I placed an online order with Domino's Pizza store in DLF city - Phase-3, Gurgaon Haryana. The amount was debited to my credit card and when i called up the store to get an acknowledgment, after waiting for 2 hours, the store refused to acknowledge the receipt of any order. This is a case of clear duping. I'm stuck with no leads of my money. It's really sick and i've decided to get rid of Dominos now. After losing 213 bucks i had learned that pizza hut is the best with great customer service, food quality and all.

The people at dominos dont even care to acknowledge a fault in there syatem and rather vindicated there online ordering system to be flawless. They said there can't be any mistakes.

What i've lost is a cool sunday and my appetite at this hour.
So, people reading this please make sure you never order with these guys especially online.

    I am writing this complain to bring to your attention regarding the irresponsible behaviour of the Dominos executives (Aditya and Mugassir) at Hyderabad, India. I went to the above mentioned outlet to order Garlic Bread and Veg Wrap. I had to wait for more than 10 minutes at counter to give my order. Surprisingly, inspite of me requesting Mugassir and Aditya, they didn't listen to me for 10 minutes. I got a feeling that Mugassir has some attitude problem and is bit arrogant because he didn't even bother to take a look at me although I was standing just infront of him, kept on saying to take the order. Finally at 9:11PM, Aditya took the order. But again he didn't mention how much time it would take to give the parcel. After 15 minutes I requested Mugassir how much more time would it take, but again he didn't respond. At 9:35PM, Aditya gave me the parcel that too without any tissue papers, seasoning or dip and also NO THANK YOU or SMILE. After this experience, the picture which came across to me is that I am not a valued customer and to be honest, I don't think i would order anything from Dominos in future and would prefer Pizza Hut where the executives are customer friendly. However, I request you to look into this concern immediately as it is bringing a very bad rapport to esteemed Dominos brand-name.

    Few suggestions from my side:-

    1) The executives Mugassir and Aditya don't understand the importance of customer. They don't know how to be courteous and how to speak to the customers. Either, Dominos should train these two executives Mugassir and Aditya once again OR should sack them because they are bringing a bad name to Dominos brand-name. I hope Dominos does not loose its business to its competitors because of such dumb executives.

    2) Dominos should have a centralized call centre like Pizza Hut to take telephonic orders.

    Dear Sir,
    I received msg from Dominos on dated 27.06.2014, the msg is as under:-

    "Double the Indulgence for ur tastebuds with Dominos Buy One Pizza Get One Free offer. free pizza same/lesser category. and Coupon code is 626BoVQX . vld 06 jul. t&c"

    But when i book my order online, they delivered only one pizza and they dont deliver one more free pizza as dominos msg received. my order no. 169 on dated 27.06.2014.

      The Pachpakhadi thane west Branch abruptly stopped taking orders from a very large complex viz SAKET COMPLEX, Thane west comprising of more than a 1000 flats a mini township for reasons known to themselves.

      As such we were deprived of the product and the services which were earlier provided also the coupons issued earlier could not be redeemed as these services were supposed to be delivered at home.

      Can the consumer forum take any steps against the public company for selectively not providing home services to such a large complex?

        i am amarjeet singh cheema father of harleen (order was on name of miss harleen) cheema.
        i have ordered 2 double cheese medium margreta pizza and 1 medium single cheese margreta pizza with garlic bread and 3 chocolava cake.
        when we got pizza they were not fresh ,they were cold not hot and all the pizza seems to be shrunk excatly looking that pizza is not fresh and taste was also very bad.
        i immediately called the model town pizza from where i have ordered and told them that we are not satasfiesd eith the quality of pizza ,taste is not good. so we have not consumed pizza insted we have prepared maggi at home and eating that only.The person attending the call told me that he is having rush at present in pizza shop and he will call me tomorrow which was very very disappointing.
        so either refund my money for three pizzas or provide me fresh pizzas for replacement of the previous.
        as the pizzas were not good so we have not consumed even garlic bread and chocolave cakes , because when we opened chocolava cake the chocolate was spilled all over and decided not to consume the whole orded , that it may not effect our health.
        i am very very disappionted with dominos service and in future i will never order dominos and will prefer pizza hut pizza.details of order as on bill i have recieved:

          Today I order some pizzas fromdonimos including garlic bread and two cheese dip
          y order No is 215 at 8.28 pm .Instead of two cheese dip I was deliverd only one and when me and wife called them they told us that it has already deliverd but it was not.when I called them again to reconfirm they simply hung up the phone .this what Doninos is doing now a days.this not the question of Rs 15 but this how they care for there customer.This was not my first order for them.I am regular customer of Dominos.

          WE HAVE ORDER PIZZAS FOR HOME DELIVERY ON 10-10-10 VIA order no: 246 from dominos pizza outlet (SCF82, ground floor sector:22 ,gurgaon) at 8.56pm. It was delivered at around 9:20pm by Mr.Dinesh . Since we do not have the exact amount so we gave him Rs 300 and was asked to return the balance,but Mr dinesh did not have enough money to give the total balance.so we have asked him to give back the balance with half an hour.but the guy has never turned up.
          M/s dominos pizza has cheated us .
          need action for it immediately.
          we have order double cheese burst pizza from khar linking rd outlet but the pizza was worst there was no cheese on it
          we ask for tuesday vodafone offer the staff is saying that from last 2 week the offer is buy medium get small free instist of medium to medium
          there was offer going on buy 1 pizza & get 2nd pizza 50% off the staff is not tell to the customer
          this is very poor service 4th time im expreince this thing
          plz take some action
          I had placed an order for Dominos Pizza through the web. The pizza was delivered 30 mins late and as per Dominos policy I should have received a refund.

          I filled up feedback form, followed up through mail - yet to no avail.

          I dont care about free delivery - but these guys are taking their customers for a ride. They are promising something which they can never fulfill.

            I ordered a pizza( large pizza ) on 1-aug 2010 , at 4.20 pm at your sector -34, Chandigarh outlet . However, after waiting for more than 40 minutes, i called back around 5 p.m. to know the status of my order, then the reception manager replied that the order got cancelled due negligence. I had guests over my place and we were waiting for the pizza. Due to non delivery of Pizza, we had to order something later on.
            Inspite of my reminder, the reception manager acted rudely on the phone and wasnt ready to accept his fault for non delivery of the pizza.

            I request you to please look into this matter and ensure that in future we do not face non delivery and rude behaviour from your staff.

            DOMINOS — Refusal to admit late delivery and violation the advertised scheme

            The Dominos delivery guy as well as the manager on the phone refused to accept that my order was late and hence violated their offer i.e. " if an order is delivered after 30 min. it will be given free). The date is the 17th of November in Chandigarh. The complaint is against Dominos, Sector 34, Chandigarh. On their dismissal of my appeal i refused to accept my order and returned it. This is the second time this has happened to me and i feel cheated by the company. If they do not fulfill the terms of the above stated offer, harsh action should be taken

              I visited Dominos on 11.06.2010 with famil and oredered 2 medium sized pizzas+ 1 Large Pizza+ 3 Coke 600ml + 3 Choco lava Cake. As per the menu card there was an offer that with each coke of 600ml one can get choco lava cake for Rs 25/-. Accordingly I was billed for Rs 1048/-.
              A day before I received a sms from dominos same outlet that for a bill of 350/- a garlic bread with dip was being offered. In the end of message "T & C Apply" was mentioned.

              At the counter I demanded the same. To my surprise the executive there refused the offer on the grounds that I had already opted for offer of Cake with Coke. As I told him that thecake offer was with coke and garlic bread offer was based on the value of purchases. The executive insisted that I must cancell order for cake and get two garlic bread free as the bill was around 1050/-. I refused and requested the executive to give this in writing so that the matter could be taken up at appropriate forum. He asked me to hold on and I waited on my table where I was served my entire order along with the free Ginger Bread( 1 No) and later the shift in charge walked to my table and returned my cell phone which his executive had carried to show to the shift in charge and in a very rude manner pointed out the T& C Apply part of sms and said that though the offer is not applicable in my case I was just being done a favour.
              I requested him to show the Terms and conditions to which he replied that his words are Terms and conditions and there is nothing in white and black.
              It is a matter of great concern that a multinational is misguiding the customers by sending all such sms and then the customers have to face redicule an d mibehaviour

              shifty — domino's

              I would never order a dominos pizza online. I order a1x pizza at 14.50 and requested the delivery for 17.30 then i recieved a email to confirm it. It was 18.15 I rang them they said it was on the way. What a load bull****. Another hour went on I rang them again at 19.40 i spoke to the manager he said its was because of all the orders for delivery were around the time a requested mine but what i dont understand is i order it 2hours before 17.30. They never offered a refund which i thought was krap exspecially waiting 3hours for it to be delivered. So if any1 is thinking off ordering online dont bother.

                I had visited dominos pizza outlet at sector-12, Karnal on 01/06/10 at around 10PM. I had ordered for a pizza and I made sure at the counter, what time pizza will be served. I was told exactly 15 minutes or less. I waited for more than 15 min. and approached to the counter after 18 minutes and asked about my order, which was still not ready, I asked them to check the time in their computer and tell me. They gave me a stupid reply that the computer is not working and that your order would take still some time as there was rush in the outlet.
                And they started arguing with me with ofcourse little ettiquacy. Meanwhile one of the attender put the pizza on the counter, I was so furious that I threw the pizza there itself and rushed out with my family. Non of the waiter was concerned as expected. I defnitely want some action to be taken against them.

                they take lot of time even more than one hr which is like if i need ur pizzza
                for lunch i need to order it at thee breakfast ..
                i had many fusss with ur centre and becozz of the i really miss pizza hut in my city
                u guys are poor service makers ...

                i placed a order with dominos pizza in ponca city oklahoma and the manager had the employee call me back and tell me that he could not remake my pizza because he made it correctly and that was not the way it was ordered i have been faithful to dominos for years and WILL NO LONGER ORDER AGAIN FROM THERE

                This complaint is for the poor service of Dominos, Gurgaon Sec 22 branch.

                I had placed an online order on Sep 03, 2010 at 8:01 PM on http://dominos.co.in/. My Trace No. is CC-000327. I had ordered for 2 pizzas, 1 White Pasta, 1 Garlic Bread sticks, 1 Cheesy Dip and 4 Coke mobiles. All order except 4 Coke mobiles were delivered at 8:45 PM. When I ask the delivery guy about the Coke mobiles, he told me that he had forgotten to bring them and he will get them in 30 minutes. I said Ok. After waiting for 45 minutes, the delivery guy did not come back. I called Dominos Store at [protected] and asked them about the same. They said that they will send them in 30 minutes. Delivery guy came after 30 minutes with 4 Coke mobiles but all hot. I asked the delivery guy to take them back and called the store manager. He said that he will send 4 cold mobile cokes in 1 hour. I said that I am leaving office and I will not be able to collect them. I asked him to send them next day on Sep 04, 2010. He said he has written it on his log book and manager in the morning will send them at 11:00 AM. Next day i.e. today I waited for the mobile coke till 2:30 PM but neither the delivery guy came nor they called me back. I called them at 2:30 PM and asked them about the order. The manager said that he will send them in 30 minutes but Coke mobiles are not available. He asked me to select from Sprite and Fanta. I opted for 4 Sprite mobile. Delivery guy came in 30 minutes with 4 Fanta mobiles. When I asked him about it, he said that Sprite was not available, so he brought 4 Fanta.

                In the megacity like Gurgaon, how can this behavior be accepted from a brand like Dominos. Requesting concerned authorities to look into it.

                On 15th aug, I tried to order a large barbeque chicken pizza in the evening and had the one of worst experience of my life . I called the GARIAHAT outlet as to my knowledge that was the nearest one. They said that my residence (5 mins walking from rashbihari crossing) was not within there coverage and asked me to call the TOLLYGUNGE outlet. The TOLLYGUNGE outlet said that it will be covered by the JODHPUR PARK outlet and to increase my astonishment, the JODHPUR PARK outlet said it should covered by GARIAHAT outlet itself!! Completely confused and Dejected, I finally arranged the same from another pizza maker which practically supplied it within 25 mins!! The worst part was, after a good 45 mins of drama, ultimately I came to know that my residence is actually under ALIPORE outlet!!!
                It is painful to say, That Domino’s lost one of there most loyal customer; that’s ME.
                I had to place an order for pizza home delivery.Initially i called to their number they connected me to himayat nagar branch, i provided with my address.they failed to take my order stating my place did not come under their coverage region.they gave me their secundrabad branch number.
                when i called there , the response was same.they also said that they cannot reach us by 30min so they cant take the order. when i suggested i will pay even if he failed to deliver in 30 min,he made me wait for 15 min on phone and still said no to take the order.
                I was very disappointed to see the way a reputed company like dominos , handled the customers this way.

                Dominos Pizza — poor making of pizza

                the pizza was not made at dominos standards . had bubbles on whole pizza ...the crust was not good ... was flat like a roti....my recipt no is dpi66121
                Dominos Sucks..Worst customer service in the world...i hate the guy named BONNIE (Employee ID- 246971) he is the most rude, insolent and impertinent employee ever hired by dominos..he works in Bandra (Gandhi Nager branch) and worst employee award winner...he claims to me a store manager there...i want to file a law suite against Dominos and drag them to the consumer court...

                i have ordered one pizza from rohini outlet And when i got my pizza the pizza condition is not upto the mark and when i complaint to the manager about my problem he rudly told me this we are giving you the second pizza . and i am not satisfied with service and i will tell you all what the meaning of time and i have wasted my 1 hour in rohini just because you all at that i have to go dwarka to meet some one .for my personal work .

                Really pathetic service you are giving . i dont want to order next time in your outlet .

                ordered dominos pizza and garlic bread invoice no. DPI66019/12-13/65337 placed order around 8pm but the pizza got late by 50 mins
                i called them again they asked me to wait for 4-5 mins more and i did so because i have been a regular customer of dominos
                finally when the order arrived and i made the full payment. when i opened the pizza box i was shocked to see the pizza. it was not at all looking like a pizza from dominos..it was rather looking like a stale broken and half eaten pizza. i called them back and told them they said they are sending another pizza..i kept waiting but the pizza was not delivered till the end of the day.
                the pizza that i received was looking so disgusting that i felt il fall sick if i even take a bite. dominos has disappointed us to a great extend and we will never in our life again ask for dominos service.
                we still have that pizza kept as it was delivered in our trash corner!
                hate dominos. we need compensation for our suffering

                "I found buy 1 get offer on online order on your web site. I called your customer care the person was so rude as if I am his servant or what and said there's no offer . I am sending you snapshot of the same."
                I hope you won't let your oldest customer go this way and help me maintain trust in you. I expect at least a reply from your end.

                I Mrs. Keya Ghosh Order A pasta for my daughter on 07.02.15 at ajoy nagar (kolkata), they have taking my order which i have have registered Customer.After 45 minutes later when i am not recvd my order i have call again to that store and they tell me that we have deliver below of 400 Rs. Such a bad servive...
                Today I have placed an Advance order to be picked up at 8:45pm. They have served me a bad cold pizza at 9:15. When I was waiting from 8:30pm. I didn't expect this kind of poor service from Dominos. The person in counter was giving me a careless answer inspite of me asking for my order continuously. You are not serving me Pizza for free. You should understand the value of your customer.

                I ordered one garlic bread and it was stale. I am suffering from food poisoning after eating that. I asked the dominos guys to change the bread as it was smelling bad but they just reheated it and gave it back. This is really disgusting. Please resolve this issue at the earliest and take a serious action.

                I am very shocked with the service which i have got from dominos. I placed an order on 17/04/2015 at 9.28 pm, There were few guest at my place and i have placed an order to dominos for door delivery but i was really ashamed why did i placed an order to dominos, my order was not delivered till 10.15 and when i was trying to call the particular branch they where not answering i would have called more then 20 times from different numbers but none of the call were answered. I waited that the pizza will come and then it was almost 10.45 but still i have not received it. I was feeling very bad that i was not able to arrange food for my guest and it was all because of the poor service from dominos. You people guarantee 30 minutes delivery but forget about the delivery you were not answering calls only. I am also a share holder of jubiliant foodworks ltd. Believe me because of you i have lost all my image in front of my guest. for your information i am one of the frequent guest of dominos but the poor service will stop me to come in future to dominos.

                I want an answer for it.

                I am very sorry to say that I am a regular customer of Domino’s Pizza Leela Bhavan Patiala and from the past one month the service of this store has worsen day by day.

                Firstly during the weekends the store doesn’t even bother to pick up the calls. One day I had to call 8 times and the attendant repeatedly picked up the phone and hung up without attending. My concern is that if the store is unable to handle such rush of customers then why give offers or send messages to people to invite them, But if the do then why not employ more people on the weekends instead of harassing the customers.

                Secondly some of the employees are very polite and helpful while others are arrogant and they don’t even bother to co-operate with the customers.
                I wanted to call your customer care many times but thought these were minor issues and need not to be complained of.

                But last night what happened was never expected.

                I placed an order of one medium chicken dominator thin crust pizza from the mobile app at 8:49:46 on 5-6-2015 order no. 234. Around 9:20 I called the store and the attendant said that it would be reaching anytime.

                Unfortunately the delivery guy reached some other place and the person to whom it was wrongly delivered called me and asked my address and then he sent the guy to my place. This delivery guy named Mr. Deep reached my place around 9:52 and on asking about the reason for delay he stated that the address on the bill was wrongly written so he went on that address.

                The pizza was cold and besides your scheme of 30 minutes or free the delivery guy asked for the full price after having a word with Mr. Manoj in the store .
                I had to pay the full amount of cold pizza after waiting for approximately 1 hour.

                My query is that if the mobile app and the systems in the stores are not properly connected and they cant properly feed the correct address the customer feeds then why make fun of the customers and keep then waiting for cold pizza for hours. Secondly if you cant fulfill the terms of your tag line 30 MINUTES OR FREE then why use such.

                I feel very disgusted writing down to dominos regarding its service in jamshedpur(sakchi branch). I placed an order with order number 318 at the sakchi branch at 9:30pm, on not receiving the order till 10:15pm i called the outlet and they say that they don't give any time guarantee. There was nothing mentioned on the website when i was placing the order, there was nothing mentioned in the order mail i got regarding the no time guarantee and neither did the store call and tell me anything. then the person on the phones starts to argue with me that they want give me the half an hour or else free offer and also the person was talking very rudely and saying "do what ever you want" when i told them i would raise a complain in the dominos head office. After that when i receive the pizza its not hot at all and hardly there is liquid cheese, which should have been there coz i had ordered a cheese burst pizza. It wasn't good enough to be eaten also coz it had become soggy so eventually had to throw it away. Also, I'm noticing that from the past 3-4 orders whenever i am ordering cheese burst pizza there is hardly any liquid cheese in the cheese burst pizza and when i call and complain they just dnt agree and say that they will make it better next tim but i guess that next time dent seem to come any time soon. Hope dominos improves its service.

                  My concern is that the server Ashwani was very RUDE to interact .. He was rude with all the Guests...
                  Mall Road Shimla is a Tourist Place Where there Are Tourists from all over Specially in summers, Therefore the Staff at the counter should be polite enough ,as they represent a brand , such attitude has left a very distasteful experience in our mind .I perceive that you can understand my state of mind that i waited for 5 days so that i reach home and forward my displeasure to the concerned department of the company.

                  Hope you will fire Ashwani as he is not worth off...

                  I can assume this as i am also from the Hospitality Industry.

                    this is to bring into your notice that from one of your outlet, your delivery boy has denied to deliver at my residence and also refuse to transfer the call to his supervisor. Now my concern is if the same outlet has delivered me many times in past then why now he refused to deliver, and also my home is 2 KM far from your outlet, which is in C21 mall, AB road, Indore.
                    If you really take care of your customer then please provide me solution ASAP.

                    today i order for home delivery but both the stores A.B.road and vijay nagar. they transfer call to each other and no one reply about they do the delivery or not that process continue till 1 hour we call 7-8 times on both the branches.we tried to order online also but no response.
                    services of dominos is so poor even calling at 9 P.M. also they can' deliver the pizza.they cant able to decide that who have the right to deliver pizza in bombay hospita area. we were so much frustated today . so now we have decide we'll not go to dominos again.

                      Friends i would like to aware all of you of rough behavior of dominoes delivery man , and call receiver.
                      Actually i purchased a pizza from dominoes daily and from some days pizza was not good enough , so when i asked the delivery man to give me some extra chilly , so that i can have a spicy pizza he refused.

                      Moreover ,next day when i called dominoes , the person who picked the call told me that he will be charging 5 Rs extra per chilly .

                      when i complaint about this to dominoes customer care . I never got a reply from them till date.

                      Today i have stoped buying dominoes pizza. Now i love to enjoy pizzas from pizza hut.

                      I would suggest the same to all of you..

                      i agree .. these people must be called dominoes the beggars.. They start begging for chilly flakes also .. i ad the same experience .. The manager in rajpur road dehradun, was just talking about chilly flakes getting costlier, so they wont give more then 1 peice per pizza..

                      I would sugest everybody ... To opt for pizza hut, rather than dominoes.. even if not pizza hut, u can go for ur choice, but dominoes is the worst.

                      I placed an online order for the extravaganza pizza which was delivered on time and I am sure it would have been delicious but the problem was the discount coupon which i had mentioned in the order not availed.I was speaking to an employee named a vijendra from dominos store rajpur rd. dehra-dun while talking to him on the phone he put me on hold and I had to hold the line for several minutes due to which i had to send the delivery boy back.And when your employees finally woke up after an hour I received a call from them saying that sir you send the delivery boy back and while i was talking to the manager and i even told him that i am going to report this he disconnected the call.It was very disrespecting and you guys lack professionalism.I am really surprised, I never expected something like this from dominos.I hope this thing is looked after and you improve it.
                      I am a big fan of dominos and i personally dont think that their is anybody else in the world who can make better pizzas, it's just some professional ethics you need.

                        Hi,

                        My friend and me, went to Domino's pizza Chennai, Teynampet. Choco Lava cake was so horrible taste. Next day, due to excessive heatness, it damaged mouth's soft skin in upper part for my friend and me.

                        We couldn't drink water or any hot food stuff for two days.

                          I am a regular visitor at your Dominos centre at Dehradun( You can check the same)
                          But during my visit today, I checked that the people are charging excess amount in the name of tax.

                          On 25/02/2010, I ordered the same combination of items for Rs343 and taxes Rs42.88.. totalling to Rs385.88(order no 101)
                          today , i ordered the same set of pizzas along with side orders for Rs 343 and taxes were charged at 46.40 totalling to Rs389.30.( order no 232). excess Rs3.58 are charged.

                          Please let me know which tax has increased or levied extra by the Central Government or the State Government.

                          I am waiting for your reply before I take this matter to the Government authorities.

                          One thing is for sure , you have lost one of your loyal customers.( you can check my record for past 3 years)

                          Please revert asap.

                            Whilst purchasing a pizza from the Domino takeaway on Prince of Wales St, Norwich, Norfolk.[protected] . I was standing waiting at the counter and could see that my pizza was sitting there a few minutes before being boxed up which was bothering me as I like my pizza to be steaming hot, I said nothing. I also always ask for a bottle of coke from the back of the fridge as I like that to be really cold. I paid my bill and was eating the pizza in the shop, the staff did not see that I was still there and whilst there I overheard the Manager - Richard Marriott say that for asking for cold coke I was 'a pain in the arse' to another member of staff.

                            I confronted him on what I had heard to which he replied ' well you ask for the same thing every time' and just shrugged his shoulders. I told him that I was going to make an official complaint and he was not bothered by this or seem to care.
                            It is not the first time I have experienced rudeness from him , on another occasion I asked him if it was ok to stand in the shop and eat my pizza and he said 'it is entirely up to you' but was said in a way that made me feel that he did not want me in the shop.

                            I was distressed by his behaviour and angry that he spoke of me in this way and did not care when I informed him that I had heard what he said.

                            I like Domino Pizza and feel that I can no longer use this store because of the actions of the Manager who should at all times act in a professional fashion regardless of what he thinks. It is called customer service.

                              I ordered mexican red wave from dominos in bangalore.Cheese burst.worth rs 350.the pizza i got was looking as if its worth rs 100.No cheese in crust.Just 4-5 pieces of chicken on top.And cheese on top was minimal.Cheese burst is just way to extract more money from ppl.At the end may be just 20gms of cheese is there.!
                              Today we had ordered PIzza & Cheese dips from Domino, Noida Sector -18 shop. Domino delivered the product in time. BUT interestingly they delivered Cheese dips mixed with Fevicol in place only Cheeze. Then we call the branch manager to come and see the incident then, Mr. Sanjay (The Shfit Manager) come to our office and accepted that the dip is mixed with Fevicol openly. Then he took the sample with him and came back after 30min and told us that, the product is not delivered by them. they don't know how come we got that fevicol mixed cheese dip.

                              Its a horrable incident and 2 of our Colleague still feeling ill, after having the dip. SO REQUESTING EVERYBODY TO BE CAREFUL WHILE TAKING THESE 3RD GRADED PRODUCT FROM NEXT TIME.

                              We are writing this at the utter most frustration and irresponsibility by dominos pizza.

                                this is to bring your kind information that I ordered 1 cheese brust farm medium pizza and garlic bread along with free regular country special pizza from kailashvaibhav soc, sector-11, koparkhairane, navi mumbai-400709. my order no was 248 at 8.18 pm on 31 dec, 2009. while eating cheese farm house pizza i found a piece of thin plastic sheet of approx 1x2 inch in size, which could chock throat or create any other serious injury. i informed to the respective dominos store (at.9.38 pm on 31 dec 2009) the manger told me that he will come to verify the complaint. but no one yet turned back to me.
                                this is a very irresponsible behaviour, even to put life i danger.
                                i am very much disappointed.

                                  My name is Dinesh Railkar and I stay at Thane, Maharashtra. In December 2008 my mother Surekha Railkar met with a bike accident. She was dashed by a delivery boy from Domino's Pizza at Thane. She was severly injured and bleeding made her unconscious. She was admitted to a hospital and was discharged after seven days. But it took months for her to recover from the injury and the pain. We had reported about this to Dominos Pizza who had promised to pay the compensation at that time. But now almost a year has passed but we have not recieved a single rupee as compensation. I dont know where to go and from whom should I seek help. I will be very much greatful to you if you can help me and guide me how to move ahead so that I can get the compensation for whatever I have paid for her medical expenses.

                                    this is about my horrible expirience with the domino's pizza which used to be my favorite pizza outlet at one time.
                                    this is what happened i had my xam on 2nd of jan 2010.on 31st dec 2009 i ordered for a set of pizza from the greater noida branch with the order numbers : 195 215 making a total amount of Rs.268 of dominos.i was initially told that due to new year rush pizza will not follow the 30 minute policy,initially i agreed to it,but i was really not aware of the horror followed by it...i never assumed that the pizza will never reach to me.i waited for an hour or so then i made a call again asking for the status of the pizza,they said that it will soon reach to you.i was really excited about the new year,so leaving the studies i went to the main gate and waited there with my friend for the delivery guy to come in.then 2.5 hours past by no one came,by that time i made 3 to 4 calls,i got the same response.then i again called up and asskedc for the manager of the store then horror followed,i was told that my call is being forwarded to the manager and they hung upo on my face,that was pure humiliation.then i called up again angriliy and they again hung up on me.that is not done.i really want them to compensate to me upon this humiliation.my new year excitment was spoiled due to them and even i could not study all the time standing out there in the chilly winter night!
                                    they are nerds!

                                    Well i have read the above comments and i can see that Dominos being such a famous brand is destroying the name by providing such a pathetic service to their customers. Today only i ordered 2 pizzas cheese burst with the order no 27 and the tin no [protected] from greater noida branch Jubilant foodworks pvt ltd. DP165906, a farm house and a farm fresh and get a 20 % discount but the pizzas which was deliver to me was the worst pizzas which doesnt have cheese though its a cheese burst WELL i wanted to ask u when u give discount with the pizzas is it necessary that u down the quality o[censored]r product so that the customer felt bad as they did a crime ordering it from outlet if this is the case pls do not give such fake discounts to the ur customers and when i tried calling them up no one is picking up the call...

                                    i will make sure will never order pizza from dominos this is the 3rd time it is happening..

                                      I am a resident of Airoli, Navi Mumbai. I had called up Dominos to place an order.

                                      Mr. Ashish Patnaik answered from the other end. I wanted to place an order for mixed double pizzas (Pizza Mania) where you have 2 veg and 2non-veg pizzas. I asked him if I can replace Pineapple-Jalepeno with any other topping as I had done the same in my previous order.

                                      He said that this is not allowed. When I said that in the previous order, I had changed the toppings, he said that its not possible and that his "system" did not have any such record!

                                      When I said I dont care about your system and I know for myself that I had made changes in the toppings and that you could ask your co-workers about it. He said that how could he trust me that I was saying the truth !!?

                                      People from Dominos, do you really think that the customers will lie over the phone for a stupid pizza topping change!! All I had asked for was a topping change and I was goin to select a topping from the options that I had !! ...You allow it one time and the next time you say its against you policies!!

                                      Mr. Ashish Patnaik was very inconsiderate and rude!! Perhaps, he needs to learn how he should behave with customers!! Really poor service!!!

                                      WE HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE REGARDING OUR PHONE DELIVERY ORDER. THE MANAGERS AND OWNERS PICK AND CHOOSE WHEN OR IF THEY WANT TO DELIVER TO YOUR ADDRESS. THE STORE AT 6601 EVERHART RD, CC TX 78413 WILL ENTER YOUR PHONE ORDER, VERIFY YOUR ADDRESS THAT IS ALREADY IN THE STORES SYSTEM, GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME AND ACTUALLY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD THEN CONTACT YOU BACK WITHIN 20-30MIN TO ADVISE YOUTHAT YOU ARE "SUDDENLY" OUT OF THEIR SERVICE TERRITORY! THIS DOMINOS LOCATION HAS DELIVERED TO OURADDRESS MANY TIMES BEFORE. MY SITUATION WAS HANDLED POORLY. THE NIGHT MANAGER AND STAFF HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AFTER PLACING A COMPLAINT ONLINE, THE OWNER CONTACTED ME BY PHONE AND SUPPRISINGLY BACKED UP THE MANAGERS STORY ABOUT MY ADDRESS BEING OUTSIDE OF THE DOMINOS TERRITORY AND STATED THATTHEY SHOULD NOT HAVE DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS ON THE PREVIOUS DELIVERIES. THE OWNER KATHRYN DID NOT SHOW ANY INTREST INMY COMPLAINT AND WENT AS FAR AS TO EXPLAIN TO ME THAT IT TAKES 5-10 DAYS FORTHE CREDIT CARD CHARGE TO BE REFUNDED AND THAT THE BANK PLACES A HOLD ON THE MONEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD AND ONCE AGAIN IS NOT THE FAULT OF HER DOMINOS STORES STAFF. THE ONWER KATHRYN WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL IN HANDLING MY SITUATIONS/COMPLAINT. *THE OWNER KATHRYN ADVISED ME THAT HER STORE HAS “NOW” PLACED A NOTE IN THE SYSTEM FOR MY ADDRESS “NOT TO DELIVER - OUTSIDE OF TERRITORY”!!                                         The quality of the pizzas offered by Domino,s Pizzas have deteriorated from bad to worse.They seem like cheap quality loafs available in the market.The pizza base is also rubber like.In future I wold rather prefer roadside outlet to Dominos.Pathetic quality pizzas.
