well today i placed an order at domino’s around 8:50pm and when the order did not get delivered till 9:45pm i called them to know where the problem was and how long is it going to take they told me they had some issues at the outlet but they’ll soon be sending the order so i asked them if the order is going to be free or not because the brand name states 30 mins or free then they asked for my number and said we dont have any order from you seems like your order was not punched and then they started getting rude with me. the domino’s i tried to place an order was the Ghaziabad Vaishali Domino’s …Number – 4060150. Its not about money but its about their services to the customer and their behavior.

    31st july 2012.. i placed an order to dominos pizza and they said you that you will get delivery within 40 min. But i didn't get my delivery ans any response when called back they picking my call and put that call on hold any when finally someone picked my call than making excuse that the boy who is took your get accident and we will send ur order second tym within 20 min. saw this on www.consumercomplaints.com.auBut i didn't get my order after that 20 min. Then i called back and said that i want to talk to your manager.. the employee said that our manager is busy in other work and he don't talk to u.. then finaly i got my order after 1hr and 30 min.

      Dear Sir, Thanks for your communication regarding my password no 7260 as a new customer. However I must bring to your notice that my efforts to order a pizza through internet totally failed as much as my ICICI bank account was debited by Rs. 551.25 vide entry in my account VIN/DOMINOBIL/[protected]/0 dated[protected] and when delivery did not mature, I contacted your Shantiniketan staff who told that there was no order from me. I had to order again on phone and paid Rs 664 cash to the delivery staff. This way I had to pay Rs. 551.25 + 664 i.e. Rs 1215.15 for a single vegetarian pizza.

      Will you please look into this ?

        iam anjali singh,placed an order from dominos(mohali 3b2) at 9 p.m to phase 7 ,the order was deliverd at my place at 10 pm that too without sizzlings and with in no tym i called them back for sizzlings they told within 5 min they vl deliver after lot of calls they delivered us at 11 30 and the pizza was
        not in a condition to eat after 3 hrs and they too told that tey vl deliver one garlic and coke to us but nothing....very bad...disgusting................

          Dear Sir,

          We ordered Pizza yesterday at 7.51pm & the bill amount was close to Rs. 400 from Purushavakkam Branch, Chennai. The excutive told me clearly it will take 1 hour to deliver, for which I said its ok.

          I waited till 9.00pm but there was no delivery. I called around 9.10pm & the executive was very rude & told me it will get delivered in another 5 minutes as the person is on the way. We again waited for 15 minutes & then continously from 9.30pm till 10.00pm, I was calling but there was no one to answer the call, forget about the pizzas. It was so annoying if you can deliever atleast inform the coustomer & he should not wait.

          & it was too late that we cant order from anywhere but had to cook at 10.15pm.


          Order getting delivered in 30 minutes is not applicable to any of Chennai outlet but if you are commiting for 1 hour then you should not behave so rude.

          Just that Dominos has got branding & so many coutomers they cant act so rudely with people.


          I was so annoyed last night that I should visit their outlet & should talk to the manager directly but Then I thought it will be of no use when they are just not responding on calls. If you cant take so many orders then better take the orders which you can deliver, dont play with customers.

          but by the way i checked bmw website and found that it was a deceit to me i knew now how can i win a lottery without buying a legal lottery ticket even than i could not win a lottery while i buy a tickets

          Been a regular customer with dominos always this has been a verry bad behivior of the staff from mahim. Store called nazma , I called n ordered for. A 7inch double cheese pizza after my order was taken I was informed by the staff that ur address is in a chawl n we will not delivery the pizza to u within 30 minss it will reach u as soon as possibele , when dominos give u a 30 min garuntee always. This has never happened before when I have ordered for more than rs 400 to 500 then why this time when the pizza value is just rs 130 , I think dominos has goy enough for customers and they do not need any more customers . I thiink we guys should raise our voices n stop ordering from them as they have many customers already patthetic behiovr from their side. N over that the staff who takkes my order tells me go ahead complain to who ever u want I don't care .... Very bad experiance with dominos
          I ordered for a Rs. 255 medium non-veg with Rs. 75 cheese burst crust. But what arrived was a Rs. 315 medium non-veg with extra paneer toppings plus the cheese burst crust. Therefore the order came to Rs. 472 with taxes.
          I had to pay for it nevertheless. I think it was closing time and the branch was running short of daily quota of sales, so they spiked my order.

          It was totally unfair since I tried calling them after that and i am getting all lines are busy tone.

          Now I am looking for a complaint or redressal number and all I find is some webpage for USA. Looks like they don't have any customer redressal for India.

          If anyone from dominos look at this then you need to know that the server name printed on the bill is - rishi 2

          Also teach your call takers the difference between "Cheese and Barbecue Chicken Pizza" and "Barbecue Chicken Pizza" because when push comes to shove the guy taking the order will obviously take the expensive one on the order.

          my name is rajesh, i ordered two pizzas yesterday at 9:52 and i got the pizzas at 10:15. i ordered one cheese burst double cheese margherita and second was deep dish fresh veggie . but sir your pizzas was so so so so poor then i called back the dominos the manager said my senior sdp will come and he check the pizzas then we will take you remake pizzas ok no problem . but sir he came to my house at 10:52 . i did't accept your pizza becouse you sdp rudely talk to me . and me and my Guest was so so hungry . so i was call to store and asked me and my guest was so hungry so he tell me you all go to MURTHAL and eat .the manager name was mr shiv kant. then i told him please give me your seniors number he told i can't give you then i told him i will complain for you he told me in hindi " JO UKHADNA HAI UKHAD LO ". what is this sir ? your staff is untrained don't even have manners to talk to customer ... come on i am going to pay for food not asking for free ??? so i should be treated like a valued customer not like a wanderer looking for free food. not the first time that the staff misbehaved over the phone and i asked to put my call through to the manager they hung up my call. eventually when i got hold of manager he starting defending his staff!! grow up mr. manager and be professional, you are not running a family business out there, for god sake. i sending you one photo of you pizza which The last time I had eaten . your pizzas your staff and his manners so so so poor and ...

AT AROUND 2.00 PM I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM CORPORATE OFFICE SMS CENTRE OF GIVING 1 PIZZA FREE FOR ALL ORDERS. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE NUMBER[protected] WHEREIN I WAS CLARIFIED THAT YOU MAY CONTACT THE OUTLET WHEREIN I HAD ORDERED THE PIZZA AS THE SMS HAS GONE LATE TO ALL CUSTOMERS.           This is Shivani Dev this side...we have ordered a pizza for kids at home around nine on 19/05/2015...we ordered online and the delivery station was dominos alankaar plaza. Vidhyadhar nagar...the money got deducted but ordered was not placed...we called couple of times to that dominos but phone was off...then I tried vaishali Magyar dominos and they picked up...
          A guy named yogesh picked up the call...I asked him for help and to track my order but on the pretext that he can't see other branch order he gave me a mobile no..I called on that no but it was a wrong no...I called again and again he picked up...I told him that no one has picked..he said I can't help..I asked him to transfer the call to manager but he said I can't and above all he was so rude and said I won't transfer call..when I said that I have to transfer he disconnected the call and said do whatever u wanna do...again I called d spoke to the floor manager and told him to identify the guy...he called and told his name as hogwash and gave me the no of the dishwasher Magyar manager which is ...[protected]

          U can ask the entire story for him..I 've all call recording..later on he called d admitted mistake but it spoiled my niece birthday completely

          It took almost one hour in this..he harassed for one hour
          I request u to look into this so that image of dominos should not get ruined

          I had ordered a pizza with dominos sector 50 noida the order no is 516 and the order date is 17 April 2015. The outlet is not picking up the phone when called to ask the update on the pizza.

            Regarding Complain number 38434 dated June 30th 2012 made with Dominoes om their Talk to Us page, I haven't received any response from their side.

            I had ordered a pizza online with coupon code wbzbogo after creating an account online and entering all the required details.
            the bill was of rs 286.88 only.As usual I was charge in advanced. After paying the bill through Netbanking facility, I was redirected to their webpage showing the process of my order.It was processing my order for nearly 20 minutes and after that it gave me an error message regarding "Unable to place your order to Kitchen.Please click SUBMIT to Push the order to kitchen ".
            It's a fault from their end as the order number wasn't even generated even after the full payment in advance.

            I followed the instructions and yet order didn't get processed.I did not reload or refresh the page while processing.
            I was promised a complete refund of my money within 7 days.
            Its been 7 days and i haven't been called neither by their customer care nor by the respective store.
            I want my complete money with the service tax I paid. (total of rs 286.88) because I think they might deduct the amount of rs 31.88 as service tax.
            Dominoes Pizza has charged me in advance and not provided me with the requested service.Hence they are not liable to deduct any service tax.
            I have complete record of the ordering process putting Dominoes pizza at fault and I even have the recorded conversation with the store.

              Dominos in roorkee is always dirty especially floors and tables, air conditioners are not working (they have power but no cooling effect) from a long time. Water drips from ACs and when customer complaints they are told to shift to other tables. None of the staff is bothered about resolving the problems. All they do is keep disposable glasses under dripping ACs.

              Moreover when customers are eating , the staff sprays Black Hit which is very poisons.
              Never seen a fast food restaurent with such a dirty and uncomfortable environment.

                I am writing to you from Home Credit India and would like to bring to your notice wrongful and rude behaviour of the store manager of your located at Unit no. 12B, GF, Tower - BUnitech Cyber Park and the invoice number is DPI66011/12-13/62 and the order no. is 61. I had asked my colleague Ms. Simranjeet Kaur, who is a regular customer of that particular store to place the order on my behalf as I was in a meeting from 12-3pm.

                On 2nd July 2012, Simran had placed an order for 8 medium pizzas (2 each of 5 pepper pizza, Farmhouse, Spicy House and Chicken Mexicana) and and for a delivery at 105, Sector 44, Gurgaon i.e the office address. First of all, the server whose ID is 0106 Mohit S, took almost 10 minutes to understand the order, which was fine as she was hoping that atleast he will ensure that the pizzas are ordered on time. But as it happened when I, myself received the pizzas at 3:15, I ushered the delivery boy directly to the cafeteria as my team was already anxiously waiting for their lunch which in this case was the order and the break was to get over in the next 15 minutes. When the delivery boy took the boxes out I noticed that the boxes were that of pan pizza and not medium pizza. So I called the store and asked if I could speak to the manager believing he would help me resolve my case. As it turned out the store manager Mr. Manish took atleast 20 minutes to come on the phone and the executives kept saying that he is busy on another call. After 20 minutes, Manish came to the call and started arguing with me saying that it was my mistake and that the order was not communicated clearly. He was very very rude. When I asked him to send me 8 more pan pizzas. My logic was, a medium pizza serves 2 people and that is why I had ordered 8 medium pizzas for 16 colleagues. Instead I got a delivery of 8 pan pizzas which serves 1 person, so I think the calculation here is very simple, I had to feed 8 more of my colleagues, and I told him that I would pay for what I had ordered for i.e. 8 medium pizzas and Dominoes to provide me with 8 more pan pizzas. It was a goo[censored]p at their end and yet I had to pay the price by drawing a sorry face in front of colleagues who were starving for a hearty meal. The store manager said that he would only send me 2 medium pizzas to which I declined because my problem would only be solved by getting either 4 medium pizzas or 8 pan pizzas. On hearing my logic, the store manager Manish, gave me a very rude reply saying that I can have the 8 pan pizzas which were already delivered to me for free/complementary but he would not send me a single pizza more after which I hung up. Ten minutes after this call, I get a call from Mohit S, the server saying that it was my fault and I have to pay him for the 8 pan pizzas. On this I told him that his manager, Manish was already rude enough with me and with immense disrespect told me that I could have the pizzas complementary. Mohit then threatened me that he would blacklist my address and no delivery henceforth would be made to my office.

                After this discussion with him, I sent the delivery boy back. At about 6:15 when I got free from my meeting, the server Mohit S was waiting for me at the security gate saying that "Ma'am, it was your fault, you had ordered for 8 regular pizzas. Because of your mistake the bill amount will be deducted from my salary." I sent him back giving the same reply again that I did what your manager asked me to do, and if he is so hell bent on getting the money he atleast owes an apology to me for his rude behaviour and all the looks that I had to draw from my colleagues because of the goo[censored]p at their end.

                I would like to question the authorities at Dominos, that are the store manager not taught the concept of a CUSTOMER CARE, how rudely they behave with the customer without understanding their own fault, and when it comes to paying the price how easily they put forward the server and get the amount deducted from his salary? My problem here is with the attitude of the store manager, Manish and therefore I would request that some action be taken against him and the amount not be deducted from the server's salary.

                Hi my name is pratap.i stay at vizag i love pizza and i love having a pizza every day and my daily place is pizzahut, and i never eat pizza at any other pizza points, but it was great to meet mister jagadish who is working at Domino's pizza point, CMR central vizag it is really lucky to have such an employ at domino's he is a good guy, two-days back on 8/11/12 it was late-night when i going out of CMR central with my kid anand my son he is 8 years old was running fast out of my hands it was great a person who saved my sons life from an accident on the main rod i thanked thet person, and he told its my duty and social responsibility i really felt great i asked his name he told me he is mister jagadish and he told he is working at domino's pizza CMR central he told me to come and eat pizza at domino's and he left with a smile on his face, and the very next day my son was playing with a paper and i saw it was an advertising pamphlet of domino's pizza i read the pamphlet feed back and started mailing to customer care domino's pizza
                I am writing to complaint u about the blunder committed by Dominos employees on 27/03/13 at Dilshad Garden Metro Station outlet.
                I ordered for a taco Indiana VEG along with plain garlic bread and cheesy dip for take away. However they delivered NON VEG taco inside the VEG box and i realized this after eating it.
                Just to make sure, that being a PURE VEGETARIAN i would not have taken any thing non-veg, i have checked the same over the internet and dominos advertisement. Which all proved me correct that DOMINOS people did a reckless mistake and spoiled my religion. I am really disturbed and highly disappointed with this kind of behavior. I am going to make sure that this kind of silly mistake should not happen again with anyone else, and I am going to file a case for the same in consumer's court.

                i have ordered pizza on monday april 29th 2013..i have paid by online net banking but payment was not successful...i did not got my money return....

                Worst service by Domino's Pizza

                i have placed order on 20/12/2014 at 6:46 PM and they have delivered at 8:25 PM. It was very cold and not eatable. i called Dominos Pizza center but none action taken.

                  This is with the concern of the company policy of delivering the order within time span of 30 minutes, and not even providing the right and prompt information about the order being placed at dominos Dehradun rajpur road outlet. i have placed the order worth Rs 300 Approx at 10.28 pm and was being assured to get the delivery, as my residence is only 1.8 km away from the outlet but then also the order was not being delivered by 40 minutes, and when i called the outlet again, i was being kept on hold for another 180 seconds and after that the line was being disconnected.
                  as the company is promising more in terms of delivery, my main concern is that these people should not make the commitment with the customer and if doing so, then it should be fulfilled. i dont know where the fault is being occuring, but its the pathetic service what i have felt twice, and because of this order at least faced a bad name for myself who used to be a publicity agent for the product as well as service.

                    TODAY 27th june 2012 at 5.15pm a person who works at DOMINOS ballygunge circular road KOLKATA entered into my house giving a wrong details at the security desk downstairs. he said he represents AIRTEL which he lied as he works as delivery boy for dominos >> he enters into our house and then tells he is for sales promotion of dominos with pamplets in his hand of his company.
                    coincidently i was present (manish rajpuria) at my house i immidiately came out and rushed him out of my house.
                    i urgently called at dominos branch at ballygunge circular road < spoke to mr Milan , head present at that time. IT is very astornishing to know that he said yes we do sales promotion and when i asked did u take my permission he tried to change topic very casually and then when i said how come he was in plain uniform ( the person was wearing pink shirt and a black pant ) and not normal dominos uniform and also when i asked him why did he lie that he represents AIRTEL and has come to check the telephone , the manager very casually said he may be mistaken ...

                    HOW CAN SOMEONE ENTERS IN MY HOUSE AND THE MANAGER IS NOT BOTHERED . KINDLY GUIDE WHAT SHOULD I DO .

                      dominos pizza guarantees 30 mins home delivery but me and my family ordered at 12.45 pm and our order never arrived
                      and to add to it the dominos people straight forward told me that they cannot do any thing and me and my kidds had to starve for several
                      hours.

                      moreover the rude dominos people kept on telling that my order will be delivered any moment but it never did.
                      my 2 small kids had to suffer alot because of their negligence.

                        We r regular customer Of Dominos Branch of AGRA. We ordered ( home delvirery )One Pizza M size, One garlic stuff bread with chees dip , One tangy pasta red veg. On 18/06/2012 at 08:02 pm. @ 498/- after discount of 25% off which is given by dominos online coupon.
                        Without any Confirmation Call of Dominos they deliver our order at 09:05 pm.
                        Then I talk to Mr. JAY (Dominos Sadar bazar NAND Plaza Agra ). Tell him about this. He said he will less LATE delivery amount @ 300/- for this order.. And say just pay @198/- after this I told him I m not interest and I don't want to take this order.. He request me...? so?We Adjust.. N then going to pay @198/- to delivery boy he said mam I don't have pasta for you... And the amount of pasta @95/- was added in my bill..
                        Then we again talk to Mr. JAY Dominos Sadar bazar Agra.. He say just less d pasta's amount @95/-... N take.. I say to Mr. Jay Now I can't take this order at any cost. If you want ur charges I'll pay but I can't take all order..
                        After this he offered me you take order FREE, than offer me DISCOUNT for next order... We say, to return all the order.. N really we return all the FOOD of dominos..
                        What is this??? Is this apart of your service... First do mistake and then offer such shameful offers to your customer.
                        You should take some action... Take action for the reputation of Dominos..

                        DOMINOS — Wrong Delivery of Pizza

                        On 3rd July 2011 i had ordered Chicken Golden Delight Pizza with Double Burst from Marathally outlet of Dominos. The payment was made for the same. The Order ID is 299 on 3rd July 2011. Order was taken by Santhamma S. When i took the parcel home, i was surprised to have normal base pizza. This totally ruined by weekend. This is 2nd time i have suffered like this from same outlet of Dominos.

                            In addition to my previous comments i would like to highlight that i am yet to receive a call from concerned department from Dominos. Additionally Dominos employee Mr. Ajay Sharma is continuing with his mischievous ways and is still sticking to the false allegations which are leveled against me in Model Town police station. what is even more disappointing is that their legal team which is adding fuel to this fire, instead of taking Mr. Ajay Sharma to task and making him understand the consequences of his wrong doing they are supporting the person whose only motive is harassment of your customer.I humbly request you to Kindly take due action against such organised way of harassing the customers with ill intent.

                              45 minutes passed and i didn't get the delivery so i called the store to checkout on the status of my delivery.they said that the order is about to reach. but it didn't reach in the next 15 Min's so i called again,they said that they are calling me within 2 minutes. the call never came.so i again called after 10 minutes.they give me the lamest possible excuse that the delivery boy who had taken my order has met with an accident and they were sending me afresh pizza once again.by this time already more than 1 hour had passed from the time of placing the order.i would also bring to your notice that i had to make repeated calls in order to get in touch with them.on calling once again they tell me that there's some problem with the delivery boy and they are not able to contact him.that means two different excuses in two calls.at about 11 25 pm they tell me that they are sending me a fresh pizza .so i waited another 25 Min's but the pizza didn't arrive and i started calling again but no one was picking up the phone. after about more than 15 tries they pick up the phone and say to me that they wont be able to deliver the pizza and disconnect.on calling again they tell me that my order has been cancelled because they didn't confirm the order via phone as it was an online order.so after 2 hours of repeated phone calls and hunger they tell me that my order has been cancelled.the most pathetic excuse they could give.that night i and my friends had to sleep hungry as we live in a hostel.we had our exams next morning which went bad due to the tension last night.it was a horrible experience.i would like to know what legal action can be taken against these people.
                              I order pizza from Noida dominos pizza . I got the number from there website. They asked me my address after that they took my order and told me that its a bulk order, so it will take 40 mins. After 1 hour when I called the same number then they said delivery person already left and he will be there in 10 mins. But after half an hour when I didnt got my order order then again I called them, This is the number what I got from their website [protected].
                              Yesterday i ordered pizza from you, but that pizza was hopeless on that cheese is coming outside also the vegetables were not fresh.Above all your delivery boy provided incomplete order he didn, t give cold drink that is provided after i complaint about this.

                              Regarding the unplaced order

                              Dear Sir, I have placed an order online on 17th sep. The amount got deducted from my account but the order was not placed, till know the amount is not refunded.

                              Charging 14.5% vat & 6% on full bill.

                              Dominoz is Charging 14.5% vat & 6% on full bill (in total it is 20.5 on full amount).

                              As per my search on internet, both taxes should not be on full bill amount (service charges can be charged on 40% on the food bills by max)


                              Is this as per the tax Rules?

                              If they are charging more. then why nobody is taking actions on them?

                                Both of Domino's outlet at Tambaram Sanatorium & Camp Road are not delivering orders at Chennai Sriram Gateway, Perungalathur.
                                Earlier there were no issues. But then they started demanding to place an order of more than 1500. We still agreed to that. But now even on ordering for more than 2000, they are not taking our order.
                                Is there any solution for this situation. Does domino's really care about customer satisfaction?

                                  Today Jun 1st 2012 at 1:50Pm. I have placed an Online order via Dominos website. Rs:314 was debited from my card but due to Dominos website issue no order number was created. When i called[protected] they transferred the call to the nearest store which is porur dominos store. Store manager Shiva spoke to he told that its an issue with the Dominos website therefore order was generated and he cant do anything. He also told that he is not the owner of the website and told he cant deliver the pizza. When i asked him to return the money, he said in 10 working days i will get my money back.

                                  I want my money back immediately when they are not ready provide what i needed. Why should i wait for 10 business day. I have tried calling South Regional Office - Ph: +[protected]/8/9. to make a complaint about this. Those numbers are not in use. I have raised my query on their own website as well.


                                  They are cheating the consumers. Think of other customer who have lost their money like me due to this kind of poor and arrogant service. I want file a case against them.

                                  I ordered for a couple of Pizza and a Chicken Kicker online to Domino's but it was never delivered. My order number is 173 (receipt attached). When i called after half an hour then they told it has been dispatched it will reach anytime soon. Again, after one hour same thing, however when i called the third time, they told me to order online again or else order on phone. I actually ordered online because there was an offer going on and did not want to order on phone. The Brookfield manager told me that there is another person's order is booked on order number 173. Domino is such a big brand however their system is so pathetic that one order is registered twice... as a consumer how should i bother about their system problem.

                                  Today I placed an order for Dominos Pizza(Order # 299) at 7:39:57 PM but it was never delivered to me. I received a call from the delivery boy(Mobile No # [protected]) at 8:03 PM for the confirmation of my order and he stated that he is standing outside my home in Phase 10, however the delivery address which I had provided was # 796, Phase 4, Mohali. The delivery boy was not aware of the complete address so he said he will call me back within 2 minutes but nobody even bothered to call me back. After 15 minutes I tried to call the delivery boy on his mobile number but he disconnected my call. Then I tried to discuss the same concern on their given phone number #[protected] but the lady over the phone told me that my order has already been delivered as reported by the delivery boy.

                                  I would appreciate if your management at least try to look into the matter and have a check on the staff whether they are doing their job perfectly or not.

I was waiting till 8:30pm and have not received the delivery. When i enquired about my order there was no proper information on when my order can be delivered. Atleast there was no communication when the delivery is getting delayed. Poor service. Finally i have cancelled my order.

                                    Dominos Pizza — non delivery of pizza & counter acquisition

                                    an order was placed with dominos, sector 34, chandigarh at 7:22 PM and did not reach our address, after repeated calls, the executive told us that pizzas had alreadybeen delivered. an hour later an executive by the name of ronny came to my place to tell us that they were two people in a car by the road who had taken the pizzas and payed the amount. hence it is not our liability whether it reaches you or not. his statement was" iam just a part time employee & basically concerned with money, whoever takes the pizza is not my matter of concern" after calling the dominos people again they just put down the phone.
                                    I am Aakash Bajaj I ahve been ordering dominos pizzas since last 5 year. Recently, i made an order at dominos and they askes 1000 question about new addresses. They did not deli9vered my order till 45 min. I called them back they said they had no knowledge of the order and the manager further refused to entertain any complaints.
                                    I had placed an order with Dominos online for pizzas through their website. I had not expected that I will be in for a complete shock. I had money deducted from my account successfully however the website for Dominos claimed that it was an unsuccessful attempt and my order is not placed. I went back to check the same and money has been deducted from my account. I had to call my local Dominos (Magarpatta, Hadapsar Road, Pune) where usually I receive my order delivered from.

                                    I had to go through an ordeal of talking to various representatives from Dominos as none of them were interested in customer service as they have no comprehension of industry they work in. I spoke with their Manager as well as supervisors named Ajinkya and Pritesh respectively. Both have no respect for their customers and are rude giving no respect to what customer has to say.

                                    THIS WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH DOMINOSE EVER HAD THAT COMPELLED ME NOT TO TO MAKE MYSELF GO THROUGH THIS IN FUTURE. I had even received a call back from Dominos by someone named Gaurav asking not to report them as it will be of no use and will do me no good. I would request authorities to help me get my money back and look into this matter as we should not be treated this way ever. I am also attaching my back snapshot stating that money was deducted from my account.


                                    The amount was Rs 340.25/- for mixed doubles and butter scotch mousse
                                    I have ordered online on 06.06.14 asking for them to deliver by 7.30PM. Its already 9.00 and they still havent delivered it yet.

                                      I have been a regular visitor of Dominos Cross River Mall Outlet, East Delhi. I visited your Cross River Mall Outlet on May 20th, 2012 at 10 pm. I placed an order for a Combo for Two - Veg Doubles. I waited for the order for 40 minutes but to my surprise when I got the delivery it was not up to the mark. The pizza was not baked properly so I complaint the same the floor supervisor Mr. Azam but this guy was not ready to listen to me, instead of being humble and polite he told me so rudely that this was the standard of pizza they prepare. I told him that I had been to this outlet Mr. Gaurav was here earlier and I never faced such issue, he could see my previous bookings. He did not listen to me at all. I told him that I would complaint against such behaviour, but so rudely he told me that I was free to do that. The steward who took my order, Sonu, was ready to replace the pizza as he knew that it was of a sub-standard product but Azam told him not to replace the order but to cancel it and refund the money. Even, stewards were more polite and humble than the floor Supervisor.

                                      I did not expect this kind of behaviour from a Dominos Supervisor. I know the footfall is getting increased by each day but at the same time you must not loose your old clients. I don't think I would ever visit or advise my family or friends to visit any of the Dominos outlet. Imagine the embarrassment my family had to undergo, when we went out to dine and spent some quality time together. Competition is tough guys pull up your socks.

                                      Hats Off to the kind of grooming sessions you do for your Representatives.

                                      DOMINOS — delivery time improper

                                      Though Dominos tag line states that deleivery in 30 mins, but even after waiting for 2 hours and continously tracking order, customer care representive has only said your order will be at your door in some time.
                                      After calling them again and again after 2 hours they have delivered the order but not for free( as they state in thier advertisement).
                                      Staff member of kingsway camp branch of dominos Karanveer misbehaved with me as he refused to give me kethcup despite requesting him that i am a regular customer of dominos but showing no respect he juat told me to keep the kethcup down and buy it from outside.Ifelt hurt as i was insulted in front of other customers.Plz take care of the issue n teach him some manners.
