[Resolved]  DTC — Hike in DTC Fair

Hi All,

I want to notice you people to the hike in DTC Fair. As per out transport minister DTC is going in lose. But I want to ask them have they find the reason behind that. I dont think so they try to find it is very easy to say that DTC is going in loss and make hike in the Bus Fair because they not travelling in these buses specially in DTC. The blue line bus operator who has started his bussiness with a single bus he has more then three in now days but DTC is in loss. I was reading in NBT of 27 oct that the total running average of DTC was 226 km but now days they are running only 171 km. Is this the fault of public way are you punishing the people else punishing you managment, drivers and other. On the peak hours like Morning & Evening the DTC is not there only blueline buses are plying. The DTC driver not stoped the buses on every stand because he has to complete his round as soon as possible. Thay almost show the bus breakdown on the way no backup for them on the spot but the blue line has full backup. I think that we should start some new bus point and routes but it seems that the old bus route are not running properly like 262, 270,271 Etc. In some routes there are only Blue line, Charted Buses, RTVs, Phatphat sewa & Auto are available there is not DTC at all some. I have Lots of idea for improving the DTC perfomance. Increased DTC Bus fare wef 04.11.2009.

Sir,
As per notification regarding increased fares of DTC buses new rates, the minimum ticket will now cost Rs.5, the Rs.7 ticket has been upped to Rs. 10, and Rs. 10 fare to Rs. 15.
Before increasing the fare bus ticket was for Rs. 7 from Najafgarh to Tilak nagar. But very surprise to note that DTC now charging Rs. 15 from Najafgarh To Tilak nagar. So, please clear the matter on which ground the are not following the notification and charging Rs. 15/- instead of Rs.10/-
Thanks.
Suraj Bhan
the hike in dtc bus fair is not comfortable for the people travelling in DTC BUSES.it is sure that not any transport minister is going to travel in dtc buses.only normal public is suffering.
The hike is fair is purely unjustified. Moreover, people in my circle are thinking of taking two wheeler as the Rs.3 ticket is costing Rs.10 because of decrease in the kilo meters.Short distance travellers are finding like being pinched by the Government. The inefficiency of DTC management is covered up by cutting the pockets of poor travellers.More over there is total chaos regarding the fair and kilometers even among the DTC conductors. Why the Government is coming out with a clear chart of fair for every route posted in the internet or in the bus itself so that people will know the actual cost for kilometers.
blue line mafia is operating over the cost of dtc with the help of dtc staff. on the pretext of blue line operators dtc conductors are charging new fare
previous fare hiked fare dtc conductor charginf new fare
Rs. Rs. Rs.
03 05 10

07 10 15

this is happening to support blue line mafia bus operator. since dtc conductors are charging un fare ticket charges from passengers hence blue line are charging with power (mussel man ) un fare ticket fare from passengers.

DTC staff is working for blue line bus operator mafia and for thaie profit on per trip commission.

is there management is looking into this issue.
