[Resolved]  Dtdc Courier — Non delivery

We have contact Mr. N.P.Singh (Mob.[protected])(Branch Manager, DTDC, Surajpur, Greater Noida Branch) to register a complaint about the non-delivery of an urgent courier. But instead of solving the problem, he misbehaved with us and used foul language during conversation.

If you talk action against DTDC courier & recover my loss then i will be obliged

I have send an courier on 8th July in DTDC courier they have deliver the cover but someone stolen the things which I have send I made many complaint they replayed once but no action taken since now.

ICICI Bank — NON-DELIVERY OF LETTER

DTDC — DTDC is picking consignment but not delivering it

I booked the Consignment from Bangalore via Docket number B55134230 .

It reached there at its destination Branch in Dehradun on 29 th July 2009 .

The person called in and told that he will deliver tha packet but he never dilevered it .

At last I have to call the consinee to go to thier offce and pick it personally.

Afgter doing lots of correspondence they told us that this area doesent comes under thier service network . That is completely a lie .

If we input the 248001 we will find that they have the service there. If you call up these guys and ask for the service area they will say YES YES YES we will dilever it . But when it comes to the dilevery they wont dilever it.

I have all the conersation with these guys in written where they are trying to defend themselves. Knowing that they are doing some thing wrong .



This is not the way how the courier company works .

DTDC — Non delivery of courier by DTDC

I had despatched a courier on 22-8-09 from Bangalore to a local address within Bangalore.It was not delivered and as of now I have no information.This happened despite complaining to them about this.Their reply was that they were still finding out.I do nit understand how their web site claims it to have been delivered.The courier Docket is B55541801.
Pl help me to get my courier freight charges back and charges for telling my Bank to stop payment for the cheque I had given.

DTDC — Courier not delivered even after 20 days

We booked a courier through DTDC which has to be delivered in 2 days. When they tried to deliver it, i couldnot bcoz i'm not available. So they sent the courier back. When i asked them why they did not call me before sending it back, they say that it is not their responsibility to call the customer. If that is not their responsibility to call the customer and inform about the package, why do they ask us to mention the phone number while we book the courier.
When trying to explain the problem and give some feedback, he is not even ready to listen to me and shouting back saying that he cannot sit and call all the customers about their couriers. After trying to stop him, I had to disconnect the call as he is not in a mood listen to me.

MITALI CLOTHING — FRAUD EXPORTER

This is the complaint against an exporter located at chennai in the name of TOPBRANDS whose owner is mr.suadesh mahalingam.
Manufacturer this is the message for you pls beware with this exporter,were i burn my hands while dealing with order.but till date i have not received any order nor my sample back which is worth of 5000/.
blacklist this exporter so he never cheat to others.

Indian Machine Tool — WRONG DELIVERY

This should not add to the surprise, as we Indians are accustomed to such treatments at every nick n corner or department or a MNC in India. Anyways let me get to my point here...

We booked a courier at Overnite Express, Patiala, Punjab, vide C.No:[protected] dated: 31.08.09 for destination clearly addressed as: To, The Manager, United Bank of India, 33/6/2 Laxmi Narain Chowdhry Lane, Kadamtala, Howrah ( West Bengal) -711101, booked orgin from: Indian Machine Tool C/o Oreiental Bank of Commerce, Patiala.

1. The C.No. was changed to[protected] dated : 31.08.09 amongst transit. (Maybe at Chandigarh warehouse or Delhi warehouse).

2. The address of delivery mentioned in the new issued C.NO:[protected] was , To, the Manager, United Bank of India, Howrah.>>>>>The rest of the detailes of address went missing at this point of time....

3. The parcel along with documents was delivered to a branch in Howrah maidan, to our utmost surprise as to how could the manager receive a material for payment which is actually not happening in his branch.

4. The manager has accepted the delivery of the parcel after our repeated phone calls and tracking the banks details. But none in Overnite Express Patiala, Chandigarh & even in Calcutta office could so far restore the parcel back to the desired branch.

5. The managers are trying to help us by asking the right branch officials to collect the parcel from their branch. Meanwhile we have lost the client for ever apart from paying him the penalty as per the late delivery norms.

these all complaints may be 100% true. i, m also suffering from same problem i.e. wrong delivery of my courier I have sent a courier to US Embassy shantipath kalyanpuri New Delhi on 30/9/09 under Z98400923 but DTDC failed to deliver it at proper place, and my courier was delivered to French Embassy. On checking with DTDC office, the answer was sort of 'who cares' attitude from the staff in Lucknow Regional office. I made lot of call to regional office but no one bothered to reply. My strong suggestion is that there should be punitive action against service organization collecting money to provide service and failed to provide it.

I have not recieved my courier which was enquired by the courier office from Sansar Chandra Road since last more than one week to my address in Malviya Nagar. This is the worst courier service in my knowledge. if we are not getting our parcel within time, what for these services are provided.after spending same amount through speed post service of our post office we can get better service . So this is my request to all of you please avoid courier service.

Alwar (Rajasthan) against Doc No.M46657381, According to status on your Website it has been delivered on 21.10.2009 but physically it yet not received by consignee . Your Local delivery agency / (Mr Sanjay Sharma [protected]) is not responding. This consignment contains very important and costlier item that can not be evaluated without same. Please take the matter seriously. In case of no desired response we have to go consumer court.
