I am residing in tambaram sanatorium and my name is listed in the electoral list with the photo id card but i didnot get the Voter's ID at all several times i have submitted the forms told by the kanchipuram office but to no avail could you pls let me know how to get the same.

Also, my husband's father's name is given wrongly how to get it corrected.

I would like to inform you that I am a retired Govt .officer (former Joint Secretary, Govt. of Assam) and have permanently settled in Kolkata since June, 2010, at the under mentioned address. In response to the notification issued by the C.E.O. West Bengal, in October,1012, I submitted four applications in the prescribed form for inclusion of names of myself and my family members in the Electoral Roll for 147/1 Sonarpur South Constituency and issue of necessary EPIC. But to my utter surprise only my elder son has been issued with EPIC vide No.ZCX142887. On verification of the list published by the Electoral Registration Officer, Sonarpur South Constituency, it is seen that the remaining three names of the family have been left out while the applications were duly examined by the receiving Officer at the time of submission and found to be correct.
In view of the circumstances I would like to invite your kind attention into the matter and request to take appropriate step so that EPICs are issued in favour of the remaining members of the family as mentioned below.

I have applied for selection of constables in Recritment of constables (GD) in Assam rifles in 2012.

I have been selected in written test and furher called for medical exam. In medical I was sent back as unfit and asked to apply for remedical.

I have applied for remedical in Recritment of constables (GD) in Assam rifles in November 2012.

My form has returened back without the acceptance of the form by the officials of ITB police (SHQ) BhubaneswaR, Orissa in february 2013..

Hello sir/madam,

I am very unhappy to say that when 17 december, 2012 at 1:30 i was going for vote and ask for "right to rreject" form.
Nobody is there has a sound knowledge or else.They told me that there was not any form provided and there was not any thing those people know.
i have asked toolbooth every officer and i got not proper answer eventhough one officer told me that i dont know what to do and some others were complaining on me and asked me for written instead of them.

This is not acceptable from myside i am ready for every legal action.

I had submitted all the relevant documents, forms and Photograph in the month of Sept.2011. Just I checked on Nov.2012 and came to know that Our names have been added to to the list in both No.206, Sl.No.672 and 673. But till date we did not received our Voter ID Card. Please help us to get the card soon.

Dear Sir,

I have been trying to get a duplicate copy of my voter id card which was in my wallet when it was stolen
There is a complete state of chaos and mismanagement at the Matiala Chief Electorate office.
I visited there twice and tried to submitt the photocopy of my lost voter I'd along with FIR and other credentials!
But there is complete lack of guidance and you end up spending hours in the Que and there is only single counter that accepts the forms !
I am not in need of photo I'd proof as I have passport etc but my only concern is to get my duplicate copy of voter I'd so that I can exercise my right to vote as a citizen of this country!
Right from the day my wallet was stolen I have been facing problems right from Police not writing FIR of stolen wallet but putting a condition to write ,"lost wallet " in FIR
Waiting for hours and giving money to touts to get Rc and License
Now I have given up and feel I will not go again to get the duplicate of voter id as cannot be part of this melancholy state of affair and keep facing HARRASEMENT because of no fault of mine !
