My voter ID card No is XPD3519899. All The details on My Voter card is wrong. My name spells are wrong. Father Name is mntioned on place of Husband name. Date of Birth is also wrong. Please do help

In my Voter ID name is wrongly mentioned.My name Durga Vijaya Ramudu Jalakanuri but mentioned as Ramudu jalakanuri only.please change my name As Durga Vijaya Ramudu jalakanuri

in my voter id spell of my name and DOB wrongly mentioned karnati rajeshwer reddy & 1989, while my correct name spell and DOB is KARNATI RAJESH KUMAR REDDY& 1990 and also change my photo graph plese take action imediatly.
