[Resolved]  Employees Provident Fund Organisation, India — Pf claim not received

Hi,
I am tierd of complaining writing emails to Pf offices still no one bothers here i am in mess this is the last time i am complaining On Employee provident Fund Office Pune, I wrote more than 10 Emails without getting even a single reply from them, They have sent the cheque to State bank of India instead of State bank of hyderabd Tarnaka Ap hyderabad branch, Please some one look into thing for god sake

Dear Sir,
I have made a claim against my PF which was accepted by the EPFO on Dec -2009 however I am yet to receive the same.
The numbers provided on the website are never answered.
I would like to know how do I take this up with the EPFO inorder to expedite the claim process. My PF Accunt No is KN/BN/34774/876

dear sir iam doing job in bhopal airport cleaning contract my epf no ismp/13710/1039 but my company cut epf amount on my salary but they not provide any details to mee so sir i want detail to my epf account

This is in rgdg the clearng of my payment in my pf a/c DL 17946/2739.i hv been follwng the same since last 10 years but nothing seemed solved till date.during the correspondances with the pf office,new delhi i hv been infmd that my pymt via chq #28073 rs 11562 dtd 12.06.03,chq#16122 rs 5550 dtd 12.06.03,chq#2142 rs uknown dtd 28.03.03 & chq# 4593 rs unknown dtd 16.12.03 has been sent to my uco bank a/c,renukoot (distt. sonbhadra, u.p) but till date i hvnt recd any pymt in my a/c..i dont know how to proceed further.i hv already sent copies of my bank a/c dtls showing no credit of money in my a/c.
pls do advise me how do i resolve this problem

Please confirm my PF Refund settlement status deposited at Delhi - My Reg.No. is DL/17452/527.

I have asked my ex.employer regarding my PF for withdrawal of the same for which I have submitted two-three forms which was provided by the company in the month of May with revenue stamp and forwarded to Delhi on 11, May 2009 since last 8 months I am waiting for the form which i have to submit to PF Regional Office which is applicable as per my area.
what can I do for claming provident fund?

Subject: Non Receipt of My P.F. Dues, A/c No.-UP/27024/0128

I want to draw your attention towards the inordinate delay caused by E.P.F. Deptt. in collecting my P.F. Dues from my Previous Office - M/s Infotech Enterprise Limited, B-11 Sector 63, Noida-201301, India. Though I have submitted my claim on July 27, 2009 but till date I have not received the payment.

After a long gap of 3 months, when I visited the office of E.P.F. Deptt. on October and December, 2009, I was told by the concerned person that they have not received any payment from my office and I have to personally visit the office to enquire / collect dues from them. None of the E.P.F department staff were ready to provide any further information as to when they have sent the notice and what answer they have received from my former employer.

This unkind / unhelpful attitude of E.P.F. Department has really pained me. I also want to inform you that when as per the advice of the concerned clerk, I tried to contact M/s Infotech Enterprise limited, Noida India.over phone, they simply refused to answer me nor I was given any appointment to meet them.

I don't know why E.P.F. Department is behaving so strangely towards my case and not sending any reminder on their own ? Why they are not putting M/s Infotech Enterprise limited, Noida, India, on their defaulter's list and not taking any action on them as per law for which they have been empowered by the government.

My humble request to you is to please look into the matter and use your good offices to redress my grievance. I am writing this letter to your with great hope of getting my legitimate justice.

I have submitted my Form Via reciept No 19030520 on[protected], almost eight months have passed since and I have not recieved my claim. I have tried a lot but there is no respose from department. I have just know that PPO has been passed (8512). I shall highly appreciate any help in this regard

I had submitted a PF claim for my friend : Mr Sarat Singh Thounaojam through his previous employer "M/s Indian National Press ". His PF account no. is MH/1200/ 1805.The PF Claim form ie. Form 19 had been submitted a number of months back. However till date the PF money has been credited to his account as reported.
Request to kindly expedite the same and settle the claim immediately.

I had submitted my PF Form in Jan 2009 through my previous employer Next Retail India Limited. Its been one year & I have not received my claim yet. I have been following up the Previous employer but they have not been giving me any reply.I'm in need of that money but the company is not paying any attention & taking me for granted. I have submitted my pfwithdrawn forms on 04.11.2009, that time v were given promise that within 60days your pf amt.will be crdited direct in your icici saving bank a/c no.[protected] by ecs.

but till date i have not recd.my pf amt.My pf no.is MH/30436/83.

Pl.note that I dont have any source of income, I have a daughter.son and wife.It is very difficult to survive ourself.

so u r heartley requested to look in to this matter and realise my pf amt.at earliest.
