[Resolved]  Employees Provident Fund Organisation, India — Pf claim not received

Respected Sir,

This is K. Nirmal Kumar who has worked for CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE WELFARE HOUSING ORGANISATION which is having a branch in Chennai (Avadi - Poonamalle rd) and its head office is located in New Delhi, Janpath Bhavan. I worked here as a Senior Office Assistant (on a contract basis) for the period of one and half years ie from April 2007 to 15th Oct 2008.

Now i have been resigned from that concern and joined a new concern for a better prospects. I filled all the procedures of my final pf settlement and submitted to delhi except my pf account number, which i did not get till my resignation. After that chennai office wrote a letter to delhi office to give me a alloted pf a/c number which did not received from the first, from joining date. Then i received one slip from that concerned office stating that The Employees Provident Funds Scheme and my pf a/c number is DL / 14141 / 194 and amount mentioned in that. After the submission of PF withdrawl form for past one year, still i dint receive any pf amount in my bank account. Many conversation made through letters and telephone, still i have not received any proper messages or intimation about my final settlement of pf amount.

So, kindly do the needful and tell me for further action.

I was with Abir Infrastructure Pvt Ltd last year and my PF number was HP 4922/980.(Emp id 210427)
This year i have joined ICICI bank and wanted to transfer my fund. But the assigned PF number belongs to someone else(as confirmed from RPFC Regional Office, Shimla). Now Abir Infra is not responsive and coorperative. Please guide me.

I served the company cadila pharma Ahmedabad as a frontline manager at vijayawada H.Q. during the period[protected] to[protected] .I forwarded my claim form to Ahmedabad, on 07-03-09 but so many clarifications they are asking, like 1.copy of the birth certificate of family members 2.copy of the full and final settlement sheet, which they never send it. But not responding positively .company address cadila pharmaceuticals ltd, Sarkhej-Dholka Road, Bhat, Ahmedabad -382210 ph.[protected].My all records pertainging the said organisation lost it even the P.F. number also i donot know, pleas help me in receiveing my settlement.

As i am working gulf country.Past for 15 days i been trying for my pf but no one is picking up the phone every day i been giving my call once the ring goes the automatic reception tranfers the line. But the ring goes no one pick the phone i am really dispointedfor this case .Kindley request you to take futher action for this issue

My Father Mr. Kshitish Chandra Mandal retired on 30.04.2005 from ORISSA FOREST DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (OFDC). Till date he has not received hid Provident Fund dues. His EPF No. is OR NO-616/631. He was working as Sub Divisional Manager (S.D.M) in Nabarangapur Subdivision under Jeypore Divion, Orissa at the time of retirement. He has met personally to the officials of EPF Bhubaneswar and contacting also over telephone frequently but all are in vein. They are harassing and not releasing PF dues since April 2005. As the distance from our home (Umerkote) to Bhubaneswar is more than 500 k.m.’s & lacking of Train facilities it is impossible for him (father) to meet with EPF officials at Bhubaneswar again and again.
Hence, you are kindly requested to look into the matter and advice / pressurize the EPF Officials, Bhubaneswar to pay full amount of PF dues with interest for the delaying period to my father immediately. We will remain highly thankful to you.

Employees Provident Fund Organization — Not received the claim EPF and Pension Amount

The Claim form was sent to Employees Provident Fund Organization, South Region, N. Delhi on[protected] and they got the same on[protected]. My EPF and Pension A/c No. DL/23719/76091.
According to the THE EMPLOYEES’ PROVIDENT FUNDS AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS ACT, 1952, and the Website of Employees Provident Fund Organization (i.e. www.epfindia.com), the Organization must remit the claims within 30 days from the receipt of the claim forms.

Still I have not received my EPF and Pension Amount.

If I did not receive the claimed amount on or before 15th November 2009. I am free to take any legal action/s against Employees Provident Fund Organization and it's employees. And I am not responsible for any kind of loss/losses, damage/damages by any means. And I hereby declare that, the Employees Provident Fund Organization is totally responsible for my all kind of loss/losses, damage/damages by all means.
