[Resolved]  Employees Provident Fund Organisation, India — Pf claim not received

Hello,

I was with a company in Karur, Tamilnadu upto July 2006 and then I left India to work outside. No further contributions to the PF after that. My PF dues are presently with Trichy office, Tamilnadu. How can I get back the money lying to my credit and how can I view my current balance in my PF account ? Can somebody guide me?

i m sneh pratap singh, i was join HDFCSLIC as on 4th september 2006, due to some reason i was resign on 2nd may 2008. my employee id is - 8367. i was working for Dwarka Branch . sir i was on pip format, thats why My Boss, Mr. Kumra told me no earlier notice is required from my side . Today i m suffering with financial crisis, i request to you please do something. My full & final settelement is pending, PF AMOUNT PENDING. last 2 year i m trying for this. From HDFCSLIC no positive response till date, they want recovery from my side, sir i m job less how i can give me salary recovery ( for the notice period ) i was already on notice period from company site. Please sir do something for me.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have query with regards to PF amount contribution made by company for an employee.
I know companyis allowed to deduct employes's share of P F Contributuion. I Want to know if company is allowed to deduct Company's share of contribution of PF amount from an employee's salary each month, as the reccession has hit the market.
Is this allowed by the PF office and if yes under what act this is permissibale.. Kindly advise.

I have applied for my pf forms on 25 may 09 at office of Hathway datacable pvt ld.ab-6, kamal cinema, safdarjung, new delhi. After the form being under process for 3 months.My payment was about to
come on after 3 month (25 Aug 2009) but not yet..10 days back i called to office Hr Kamal sadi your form didnt submitted in mumbai pf office when i asked the reason he said consultant of mumbai office he came late here in office(delhi) and he said give me 15 days only i will support you to get ur pf money. i told him ok i m waiting..but still not...i called today mumbai office they said he didnt get any pf there..so pls help me i didnt get my pf money...i think hathway officers play a drama..pls assist me.

Hi,

I am a ex employee of Osource india pvt. ltd (earlier name Probiz solutions). I was working with this organisation for a period of 2yrs(March 2004 to Sept 2006) . Wherein the organisation was not providing us any salary slip & saying that the PF facility is there. I had left the organisation in 2006 without taking any dues. Recently I had visited their Govandi office to fill up the PF withdrawal form. Wherein I have been told that there was no PF deduction from your salary & so you can not claim it. Many of my collegues hav already received the PF claim .
Currently I am associated with one of the reputed organisation & working as HRD officer. According to the company rules if organisations employees strength is more than 20 in nos then they are eligible for PF. So please guide me as I have been cheated & how to go about to file a complaint against them.
