[Resolved]  Employees Provident Fund Organisation, India — Pf claim not received

I HAVE MADE SEVERALL COMPLAINT IN WRITTING AND OVER PHONE FOR WITHDRAWEL OF PF NO- DL/33045/554 FROM WAZIR PUR DELHI BUT MY ALL LETTER THROUGHN IN DUST BIN INSTEAD OF TAKING ACTION .
I HAVE TAKEN FOLLOWING ACTION

1. SENT 5 MAILS TO RO AND 5 LETTERS TO RO WAZIRPUR
2. 5 LETTERS TO CENTRAL PROVIDENT FUND ORGANISATION
3. 10 CALLS
4. PUBLISHES COMPANT IN COMPLAINT SITE
INSPITE OF THESE ACTION IS NOT BEING TAKEN THEN GOD MAY SAVE INDIA FROM REDTAPISM

PF amount not credited to my ICICI Bank account.

This is regarding the Letter which I received form the PF office with below details.

Amt: 23, 503.00 Rs

Amt: 11, 293.00 Rs

When I visited the Apte road branch I received confirmation that the Bank Didn't received any Letter regarding the same.

I understand that check number 93242 dated 30/09/09 has been issued by PF Office Vashi to settle
my PF account number MH/96533/318. The check has not yet reached my bank. Please help me.

I had submitted EPF withdrawal form 19 & 10c on 25/08/2009 till now my account has not been credited. as i have listen from people EPF claim has settle within 2 month from the date of submission of form.

Please give some idea what have to do.

With due respect I want to state that my name is Vikas Sarin and I had worked in Company named :- ACRO PAINTS LIMITED from 2005 to 2008.
I had applied for PF refund on 12/08/2009 at Wazirpur, New Delhi . My PF account details are :- DL/12797/389.
But till date my PF refund is not been credited to my HDFC Bank A/c No:- [protected].




I request the concerned authorities to kindly look into the matter and do the needfull at the earliest.

I was working with ICFAI National College Hyderabad, in Udaipur Branch, and left organisation in March, My PF withdrawn from deposited by organisation on 6-Aug-9, my pf A/c no. (AP/16939/02050) after 2 month i call to PF office Hyderabad they given reply still 10-15 days its under proses and after when ever i call i get same reply and still today 16-11-9 they given same reply what i do please advice me or one other withdrawn form also deposited by ICFAI on[protected] no. is (AP/HY/56966/00207) also get same reply

please do the needful and clear my a/c

Employees Provident Fund Organisation — Not received my Provident Fund till date

Dear Sir,

I had submited my application for Refund of Provident Fund on 01/04/09, my P. F. No. is MH/19809/485, but have failed to get my refund, I had visited 31/07/09 and met the Clerk who was handling my file, and he said that he would forward the same, but I did not get it, so again i visited the P.F. Office on 25/10/09 & met Officer Mr. Hadulkar, he said he was helpless, then I met Additional P.F. Comm. Mr. R. K. Sharma, and he promised that the same would be credited by 30/10/09, but I failed to get my refund, after that I again visited the office on 03/11/09, on this day I met Mr. Hadulkar, after that Mr. R. K. Sharma, and after this Regional P. F. Comm. Mr. Nandkumar B Adurkar, and told pleaded my case before him, he told be to lodge a complaint, which i did Vide complaint No. 14, dt. 03/11/09.

After doing all this I have till date not received my refund,

I-Process — PF Claim Not Received

I have worked with I-process India Pvt Ltd, and resigned on May 2009, and I have submitted the PF claim forms to the HR office, they forwarded to the concerned PF office but still the claim is not received my PF Account Number (PF No: MH/47808/28037). Kindly do the needful ASAP.

I was working in Punj Lloyd construction in Assam Project from 1.8.06 to 3/09 . I have submitted my resignation and applied for final withdrawal of epf in 3/09. My pf A/c No. being-AS/7013/232, but till to-day i have not get any amount from pf Department. Kindly look into the matter.
