I want to tel u what kind of company this is. I have been involved in their scam, after I completed the registration, and paid the money, I called them and asked when should I expect some info, the operator screamed at me, almost making me cry. I did not expect such a reaction. They told me that I should not call, that they will call me, and hung up.

Stay away! That’s right, stay away from this company! I have been their client, if i may call myself that, for about three months, and during this time i never got a single call or an email. They did not do a thing! When i called them myself and asked when were they planning on contacting me, they said that they did not have me in their data base! How cheesy is that???

I have tried to get a job by going to this company. They promised that i would get one within a month. This promise has been given to me i july! Nothing has happened ever since, and they still got my money! I asked to give it back, but they told me they do not provide any refunds!

i did my registration on june 7 2012 in Exalt consultancy the scheduled period is till september 7 2012 and i paid 4500/- and i got money of only 1800/-
1. My executive name is Aamina begum
2. On the day of registration they told if the opportunity or job was not provided the complete amount will be refunded
3. I Spoke with the manager and Aamina begum both on that both had gave me the same details and i believed them and did my registration taking granted what they promised
as for all we are customers we believed u
4. They promised me every week interview was scheduled for sure
5. I was never provided an opportunity with in the span of 1 and half month
6. I canceled my registration in the month September where until that point no opportunity was given
7. I called refund department on that day they said that even though registration was cancelled they said that i have to wait until my term of 3 months should be completed i waited patiently till that time every time i try to reach you guys it has become very tough time before registration u give us so many calls but after that i am unable to reach you at all
8. After that span completed they asked to fallow the procedure i even then waited patiently since October on words i did all the procedures they asked me and completed it
9. I never atteneded single interview i never got a call before my registration was cancelled they had given me a amount of 1800/-
10. Why the executives are giveing false promises if they are unable to say truth and why they are hiding the procedure with us
11. 60% of my amount was deducted from my amount of 4500/- where i never attended the interview where i never got a call from ur executives
12. I got a mail from u for an interview but before that only i cancelled the registration and i replied them that i already cancelled the registration and i dont want to attend i replied them back to the same email
13. I waited patiently long for 6 months with out any justice they have deducted that much amount why they are doing this i am not able to understand

Exalt Consulting Placement Services Private limited runs a job placement services for which they charge Rs. 3000/- as a registration fees per candidate promising that candidates will be placed within 3months failing to do so will refund the amount..... So far i havenot recieved any calls from them about the openings or scheduling interview for any companies but just an email without any information of contact person, all those mails are from Naukri which we would have already received from other placement companies.... And now i have applied for refund its been 3 weeks but no status on refund also and my friend got only 1500 refund when asked they stating that for our services we have deducted the amount..... They are cheating the students and candidates by the name of placement..... Please all the candidates should get justification on this.... And this is caution for everyone dont even opt for such consultancy who demand money for placements.

They are d big cheaters. While registering dey'l tel lik placing in companies by getting 3, 500 cash. But dey even wont send us for single interview. I ve registered 3 months back but no placement nor a single interview scheduled by them.

In other consultancies atleast dey take 500 for registering n dey schedule interview for small but in exalt consulting no way. Plz dont any one register der.

Even der security beated d applicant if v went to ask for refund the amount...!

Exalt is a fraud company!!!

They said they ll give us training and placement. But finally they give placement only salary of 5000rs. Very low bad badest training. Government should take some legal actions towards fraudlent company like it.

I am also one who registered with this consultancy and thy took inr 5000 from me every week they send me mails saying they forwarded my resume to this company that company respond us back i[censored] get a call from them. I never got a call from any one. Cv forwarding to companies can be done by our self no need for a consultancy service for this what we need is interview calls that they are not able to make. I visited their office in bangalore its located in a small corner of a building the store room in my house is bigger than that. I clai'med for the money back they said to send the offer letter of the company where i placed via courier 1st ti'me i send no one received it then i called them up and second the second ti'me this ti'me they received it and said me they send another letter for me for clai'ming the refund (According to them this is the 2nd step). They didn't had any procedures of this kind during thy take the 5000 i just scanned and second them the application form. But for returning money they are asking for many things and troubling they know at last we leave it as we dnt want to run behind it. But i'm not going to leave this people i'm planning to move legally against them if they don't refund my money...

The positive feedback about the consultancy is created by the employees there itself for promoting their consultancy...

exalt consultancy in no one fraud consultancy in India. On of their executive named Husna Ara () send me a email. In response to it i called her and i was told by that that she will secure a job for me within a period of one month and also told that you will have to pay rs 4500 for the registration and if job is not secured you money will be refunded but it now more that 8 month no job and no money so all my friends looking at this complaint beware of such consultancy.

Mysel[censored]mang Dosi and i am complaining about Exalt Consulting which provides job guidance as they say.The reality is they charge 3000 rs as a registration fees and i didnt got any call from any company in a period of 6 months...it is clearly written in agreement that they will return your registration money if you didnt get job with help of them..but i am still fighting for my registration money..now it seems they dont want to give me back..which i will not quit..they dont have any contact with any companies...dont waste your money and time by joining EXALT CONSULTING..

Hello everyone, i am one of the person to pay exalt rs 3000/- till now i didn't get my amount. Initially they will call and say that we have opening such and such companies but really they don't have any offer, they simply mail u that we have sent your resume to companies if shortlisted they will call u but really they don't, one more thing is the person like
Husna, megha, nisha, syed, sahil are few names of who cal n talk. But they will say all f*ing noncense things, really i don, t know whether they are running consultancy are prostitution because i[censored] go to that place u will see that megha and nisha will be f*ing inside...

Friends please don't go even i also saw the complaint but i didn't believe before paying the money now i am suffering

Exalt are cheaters... Thy cheat ppl... Saying thy ill get you job... You need to pay n register and pay you first month salary... They ill answer all you r queries, attend all your calls and reply all your mails until they get the registration fees of 4500 from you after that they wont even speak to you properly or ans your queries or reply your mails. Before registering, the consultant ill tell all sweet words n ill say that they hav openings in all top mnc and make you register once you register you ill get nothing out of exalt, except disappointment. After registering you ill jus get some forwarded mails stating that your resume has been forwarded to this company and a hr from tht company ill call you. I got some 10 such forwarded mail from exalt but not even a single interview or interview call.. When you call them asking for any update regarding your profile no body ill ans you properly.. The only thing they say is call on saturdays coz they wont ans for queries on weekdays... And wen you call on saturdays.. Only reply you get is your profile has been forwarded to companies and will updtae you once they get any reply from the companies... But you wont get any reply from them after that. When you try to contact someone in exalt.. Thy ill literally transfer the call internally upto 10 times and at last say that the person is not available in office so call later... This is wat they do in thr... No job nothing... Its only cheating... So guys dnt believe thm n get cheated...

As i am prashanth sp mechanical engg. Searching for a job, recieved mail on 6/03/12 fro m exalt consulting services, who promised me to provide 100% placement so regarding this i went to their office situated in shivajinagar on 09/03/12, they said that there is some urgent requirement for mechanical engineers in different companies. So regarding this they asked me to pay rs 3000/- but i paid rs 1500/- and said that i will pay the remiaining amount within 3 to 4 days. I googled about them in very next day and it came to know that they are cheaters and hence i called them back on 12march 2012 for pay back the cash, but they refused to pay the cash and said that they have to speak with their manager shabeer and this process will take sometime, i once again called them on 14-03-12 but they didnt respond and i called to zara who is incharge over there but she cut my calls every time, i called them frequently but they are not responding. So i am thinking to give a police compaint against them. Dont beleive them they are cheaters.

I want to inform you all about the exalt consultancy which is in bangalore.
Exalt consultancy is a fraud consultancy. They call you and talk nicely and convince you about getting job by them. They tell you to give a guarantee of job within 10 days. I have also suffered by this consultancy.
They demand you a money of rs 3000. And they will tell you that money will be refundable 100%.
But believe me once you get register with this consultancy. They will not give you a single call from the company. And when you demand to refund your money they refuse to give.

O beware and do not get trapped by these type of fraud consultancy.

Myself another victim of ecps (exalt consulting placement services pvt. ltd) for the year 2011. advertisement will be for the post of software engineer in the naukri and we get a mail from then. when we approach them "the story begins". they will call you until you pay the initial amount of rs4500/-. (they will say it is refundable amount and you will get refund when you cancel you registration but, you wont get your amount after this also. they say it will be refunded after 90 working days.) from then onwards we have to call them and they wont answer properly and being the only answer "you will get the updates on saturday".

I have been waiting for the calls, but not even a single all i got from the companies. they lure the job seekers and torture them by not answering their calls. some of them are husna, ashfaq, sahil... who ever are going for this consultancy please be aware of this. it seems that they are creating wrong impressions among the seekers by giving wrong informations about the job they got.

I have deposited 4500/- as registration which is refundable if the exalt consulting unable to provide me job in six months.
I Have registerd ther is April 2011 and validity expired in Nov 2011. Still not recieving money.
TRhey are not recieving my call. No body answer the call. I have all the proofs which said they have to refund the money.

"please don't be got cheated by this consultancy, they will never arrange the interview or help you in placement. Waste of time and money, so be-aware. Why i say u all because, i was cheated by them.

There is a consulting firm based in bangalore by named exalt consulting i was a registered candidate with them i have paid Rs. 4500 in the month of January, i am a test engineer and was working with a middle level company, i approached exalt with lots of hope to move a head in my career, since i was not satisfied...

Guys!!! Dis is really important.. I hv seen many ppl here asking abt exalt consultancy.. Do not join did consultancy at all... Dey will calll u, sweetly speaking ladies will talk to u, convince u abt dem sayin dat dey will conduct interviews through reference basis in top companies, like ibm, accenture<cognizant<capgemini<.. But its totally fake... Trust me coz i hv a personnel experience.. I submitted 3000 rupees in dis consultancy and as i was new to bangalore. I was totally unaware of d fact dat i can get cheated.. Im really a needy person and dey don know wid how much difficulty i had submitted d amount.. Dese ppl will go to hell for sure.. Don trust dem n don give dem a single paisa... They are cheaters n they threaten ppl who are not from bangalore, i[censored]
