[Resolved] Express It Courier — non delivery of courier | |||
I was supposed to get courier from ICICI Bank. (Debit Card) SR18576497 Still it has been not reached to me. EXPRESS IT Courier vide airway bill no: [protected]. I received an SMS no 02/08/2011 that debit card has been dispatched on 28-july-2011 by courier to my communication address, I got the EXPRESS IT courier vides airway bill number from ICICI Bank on 03/08/2011. When I checked your website it shows a message that Consignment Returned to Shipper. Rt To Origin - LO~COSIGNEE RESIDENCE/OFFICE LOCKED, MESSAGE LEFT My mom will at home and my house was not locked on those days. Please take some stapes to deliver this post to me. i was supposed 2 get courier from Kotak Bank.which was dispatched on 1stDec2008. My AWB is [protected]. but i have not received yet.also do not know whereabouts. My contact no. is [protected].

i didnt get my Kotak credit card
Airway Bill No.[protected] (Reference No.[protected]) the delivery date is Dec16, 2008 which was dispatched by kotak bank and it was given to expressit courier, expressit courier was not picking up the phone, expressit courirer is not good in credit card
and my cell no.[protected]

When i called up last friday, they told you will be receiving it on monday. My parents are at home all day through.
Today, ie. Dec-30 i got a mail stating that it was not dispatched and the courier was returned to the sender.
How can they return it without either calling up or asking anyone in the address stipulated on the courier..
Note: Receive many letters to the address currently mentioned on the courier address..
Please let me know what to do next...

I have no choice but to opt for 'Agree'. Post dated cheques were returned to me by ICICI Bank on 16th December, 2008 vide AWB [protected], which according to the bank's customer service should have reached me by 26th December, 2008. Regretably, today is 5th January, 2009 and the cheques are nowhere near me. Express couriers have done it again. I have sent mobile numbers, landmark near my office, etc. but the results of my efforts are yet to be seen. Need help from any source to end this episode.
I have not received my SBI Credit Card having the ref. no. SB[protected]. Kindly send the same at the earliest.

On 13th Dec '2008 ICICI BANK has sent me an SMS that they have sent me Pin No. By courier, The docket No. is[protected].After a Month still i ahve not recd this and ICICI says they will send this again. When i contacted some of the No. at ELBEE given in the site all are wrong No.
Very Very Poor Service from ElbeE Couriers and even ICICI bank dint tell me that they are aware of this but dint inform me.
Whats going on at ICICI... & why always rely on useless elbee express

The status of this letter in your website is shown as delivered on 8/12/08 but till today i didn't receive any letter. I had too experience the same, i have to revieve some courier form ICICI bank but i had not received till dated when we call there customer care no one give proper response. The same monthly statement for ICICI bank is being received form some other courier company i am getting every 15th of the month but this does not co ordinate with the customer and get redispatch the courier saying that Address is incorrect.
I had also investigated the problem is that they keep the delivery Boys. who are inexperience and do not have local identification so they just get dam if the address is little difficult they just state that address is incorrect and False report
