Express It Courier — Non - delivery of couriers by express it | |
Dear Sir I was expecting the courier from ICICI Bank which was sent thru Express IT Courier.I am not been told AWB no.All couriers sent thru the EXPRESSIT from ICICI Bank are either delivered very late or not at all delivered to me.I only came to know when they called from different branch and said we are not the delivering branch.I dont know that delivery branch had made attempts to deliver or not.I am sure they didnt turn up even a single time.I have never seen such a non professional and non-sincere courier company in my life.They deliver couriers according to their convenience.They are not at all sincere. I didnt get a single miss you intimation nor I got any SMS from them that one document could not be delivered.Some lady called me from this no[protected] and she didnt spoke properly about the delivering branch, awb no.Then I tried to contact this number more than 10 times, she never lifted the phone. Instead after the call was over becos of no answer, she put down the receiver as if she was not bothered and all at her whims she does anything and she switched off the phone. Not even a single time they lifted the phone.Becos of these bad/worst behaviour of this, some of my couriers have been returned back to the sender and causing lot of inconvenience becos of there unprofessional attitude. I regret to say this that non of the courier company is sincere in there work almost now and then i have brought to notice many times about this ones viz Overnite Express - Wrong numbers in SMS, nos get feeded wrongly by non skilled boys. I was assured by Mr Firoz that it will not happen again but still the same SMS having wrong feeded nos gets distributed and list is endless about Professional courier, Express It and many others. I request you to do something to these non professional persons otherwise lot of persons would keep getting affected and waste our time to dig into there . Very much correct. Very Very poor service. Dockets have been sent from chennai on 28th Jan thru Express IT to cochin. But till 8th Feb 2010 the same has not delivered. No responsibilty for proper service.

Express IT Courier — Absolutely no response
It's absolutely impossible to get in touch with this company. I am expecting my PAN card and have been waiting for it for quite some time. To find out its status, I tried calling them on the following numbers:[protected]No. temporarily out of service) - this is their main no on the website

I mean, how can it be so difficult to contact this one company. When you type in 'Express Courier' in Google, the second page that pops up is consumer complaints against this company. That itself tells a lot. Someone with authority must initiate action and ensure that the company is liquidated. My next step is legal action.

but i am present the the doc addres proof ( as electricty bill, mobile bill.and citi bank credit card statement) and As ID proof ( as pan card and driveing license)

Not only sluggish i would rather say pathetic service. Worst Courier service i have ever come across. You guys should better shut it down. It seems as if you are in the wrong business and causing trouble to people.
Numbers that i have arranged on my own they are always busy and even if it gets connected nobody picks it up. I must have tried 100 times. Express IT in fact sucks.
Never ever in case of any exigencies courier it through them.

Express IT Courier — Non delivery of ICICI IT documents
My provisional IT certificate is dispatched on 29 Jan 2010 By ICICI Bank through Express IT Courier,AWB no. [protected]. So far i didn't got delivery. Imfact after calling before 4 days they told me, they are not able to locate the address, they asked me landmark and told next day itself they will deliver document. Today after 20th day also i did not receiced my IT statement document from this courier.Thanks and regards,

This people have no responsibility. They look the address, make their own descision that the people are not the in their address and giving the comment that they are not reachable in their mobile number.The worst service they are providing.

Express-IT is really the worst courier service ... I have given my home address for communication and the person didn't deliver the courier and said This Consignement is Returned to ICICI BANK on 23/02/10, Due to Consignee Could not Provide Stuff Identification. Even after he didnot come even once also I got the 2 contact number an no one is picking any one of them.

i have never seen such a irresponsible courier service provider like "EXPRESS IT". I have applied for my pan card two months ago that has been dispatched on 19th feb.2010 from pune. But till now 27th feb 2010 i have not received my pan card. I have also called the ph. no.[protected] [which they have shown in their official website], but i did not got any response.
They should be banned from providing courier service of pan card, as it (pan) is one of the significant id proff of a person and it plays some important roles in official operations.

My pan card was supposed to reach me on the 20/21st of february 2010 and after calling them numerous times, i have still not recieved it. My airway bill number is [protected]. On their website it says that they had tried at my residence numerous times which is highly improbable cause i have parents and 1 servant and a watchman who are ther 24x 7. I have also made a visit to their office and they have said that the pan card has been returned to the source (obviously i have no idea how to track it)
Please look into the matter today since i'm extremely upset about the lax attitude of the income tax department in employing such an idiotic courier service.

Hell with the courier . Don't know how much time I would have to pay to get my documents to be delivered to my place. Phone is off or busy or rining not the same of Expressit courier. No one is there who can behave responsible. How these people get work when don't deliver their duties. May be low cost attracts them to be in services
