I took a 2 wheeler loan for purchasing a Suzuki Access Bike. I took a loan of Rs 38000/-.After paying 10 installments of Rs 2381/ - I wanted to preclose the loan. So I contacted the Family Credit office in Indiranagar.I met the branch manager Mr. .Srijith {Mob # [protected]} and he told me to pay the remaining Rs 14000/- to preclose the loan. I paid every penny to Family Credit and he issued a preclosure receipt and informed me that it would take 21 business days to receive the NOC and Form 35 to get the vehicle transferred to my name in the RTO. However to my shock - FAMILY CREDIT collected the next month EMI of Rs 2381/- even after closing the loan 20 days before the EMI.I called up Srijith and he coolly informed that it was not their fault .Iam very much depressed by the service and want to take some action on these guys. I agree as I faced the similar problem as they collected my ECS even after closing the loan early.I fought and won a compensation of Rs 10000/-.Please proceed with a court case.

Hi World,
Iam sorry for not posting the updates of this case.I got a call from Mr Srijith {Branch Manager} and immediately reimbursed for my bank charges and sincerely apolozied for the error.I am totally happy with Mr .Srijith problem solving attitude and Family Credit business..

I agree with Ashwi, ,

Even I was told the my NOC would be given within 21 days after closing the loan. But within 15 days I had received a call from FCL to collect the NOC.. I think things would go smooth once we adhere to the proceedures

I went to their office to pay installment. The cashier didn't even look at me. After waiting of ten minits He told me, will attend in 5 minits, after that he told 2 minits.Finally he told me it is lunch hour and come after 02.30pm

Hi Rajesh,

Firstly thank you for not responding on time. If you remember me i had visited your office in Mid of Feb 2010 and ask for the N.O.C you had informed me that we have still not collected from the U.T.I Bank i asked to courier the details . You have asked me a letter which i have written and given to you. It was
informed to us that within one week it get couried.

After that 2 weeks passed awaya.We havent got any response.

Please let me the know the status.Above all i get calls from Family Credit asking for satisfaction level what should answer if this is your response
