[Resolved]  Family Credit — irritating auto dialer calls

the most irritating bank i had ever seen in my life, we recieve calls from their head office in kolkata saying something, and when we approach the our local branch with same info, we only get a simple answer that "we dont know what our head office people do"

Useless fellows

Family Credit Kolkata branch cheat everyone. First of all they broke RBI & SEBI rule & taking interest rate which is far more than any other nationalized banks. Secondly they have hired some local anti social people to recover their loan amount by threatening & forcing. Even they uses slang words if you even humble to them, in case any failure of your loan due to personal problem. They will also come to your home and make you harrash all the time till you pay off the loan!
I will strongly recommend to stay away from Family Credit. I would request any legally connected people that to stop these nonsense banks who are indeed cheating customers by high interest rates!

Had an active loan from Family credit bank through Mr. Kamlesh @ Emerald Honda, Shahibaugh, Ahmedabad. At the time of proceeding for loan, we paid 31000/-INR as down payment and for rest of the amount i.e. 26, 500/- INR we had loan from your bank in September 2011 having been told that we would be charged 13% interest per year. Even after repeated reminder to Mr. Kamlesh (Mob: [protected]) we did not receive welcome letter or copy of loan agreement for 7 months. We then contacted C G Road office and received welcome letter stating that our loan amount is 32, 700/-INR. One person from Emerald Honda i.e. Mr. Miken along with Mr. Kamlesh deliberately manipulated documentation and showed that we had paid approx 26000/- INR and rest of the amount actually went into their pocket. Then our loan amount was then increased to 32, 700/- INR. We came to now this when we got welcome letter from C G Road branch of Family Credit Bank today. I have called to their toll free number today and has requestd for a copy of loan agreement.I have already paid 7 installments but rest of the installments I amd not gaoing to pay till I get clarification on the same. Emerald honda ahmedabad is the most rubbish one dealer. I will advice everyone not to buy any vehicle from Emerald honda ever after.
