Fashion and You — Incomplete order delivery that too after several phone calls

I ordered an oven toaster griller and a set of cosmetics together from fashion and fashionandyou.com website. After waiting for more than a month , I received the order that was incomplete. Only the OTG had been delievered. As i had piad the whole amount online while ordering, this bothered me a lot. So i made multiple calls to them also I emailed a number of time. They told me that my package will be delievered soon, so I waited fir 2 weeks before calling them again/ Then they replied that they have already sent both items in one go and that they dont have any record of it now. So I mailed them again because I had already shopped with them before but to no avail. So I am writing here to inform everybody that this company is a big fraud and that you should refrain from buying from it.

I was about to order an IPhone and a few perfumes, but thought of verifying user reviews on the net, after reading everyones experiences I'm glad I did'nt order anything and just to add that many things listed out here are available for less than the discounted prices on FnU.

Hello Viewers, I have got the calls thrice form courier company. Now they are asking me where to ship the package :). Courier person so confuse stating I cant pick the package until unles I am not sure about the ship address. How funny? bless her...
FNU:you should have strong association with ONE courier team, it seems like you are changing a lot of courier companies just to save money based on the price of deliver.

Worst Service till date. Now follow ups. No confirmations. No Orientation. When I can call for 20 od times why dont you call me once asking is it proceed further or not... All what you know is to sell and promote using you sucking SMS's and emails. In between a heart/key winner thing is missing in your process that is SERVICE.

Viewers: I have 4 more order #'s facing similar or different issues of my friends with FNU. WATCH !!!.

Fashionandyou is certainly not a fraud company. I have been shopping with them for quite a while now and haven't faced any trouble till now whatsoever. I am sure this is some kind of miscommunication between you and the company. I would suggest you to include your order no. and other details in the above complaint and I am sure the executives from fashionandyou.com will take notice.

Fashion And You — Non Delivery of Orders raised

I have an account on the online website www.fashionandyou.com. Fashion and You issues discount voucher if any friend referred by me places an order for the first time. I get a Credit of Rs.1000.00. It has been observed that every time an order is raised using a Discount Voucher issued by Fashion and You the order is not processed. If the order has been raised using a Credit Card payment or Cash on delivery for the full amount the order is processed and dispatched. This is not a single case but it has happened four times. Today I came to know that the order was cancelled because of non availability of product. They also do not inform the customers that the order cannot be dispatched. I only came to know when I call their customer care department. I had raised the last order on 25/023/2011 and was continuously following up for the status of the order. Today when I called after keeping me on hold for about 31minutes I was informed that the order cannot be dispatched and it has been cancelled.
I am confident that Fashion & You is deceiving its customers and do not process the order if a voucher is used. When I ask to speak to a senior staff or the head they also do not transfer the call. I have never received a call back for the complaints rasied with them.
I would like to have your assistance to take action so that other customers are not looted and get a fair service from Fashion and You.

guyz its seems like they are asking for order num always... cant they work to resolve all issues, that means if someone is silent - they wont resolve the issue at all.

its been 32 days now, In my case file I'll ask for 50 times of the product price as harassment Charge... wait and watch. Too late for your guyz to take a call with me.

Fashion And You — Completely unprofessional shopping portal

Fashion & You is the most unprofessional online portal I dealt with. It has the most poor after sales-service for the customers
My complain is regarding 2 incorrect orders delivered to me in Jan 2011 - 1 women shoes-catwalk (order no – 173064) & 1 men shoes-blue kites(order no -218038). The day these product were delivered (1 month delay in the delivery) I had called up the customer support number informing them that the incorrect product was delivered to me. They assured me that the order will be picked up with 72 hours and the cash would be re-funded. This has not happened yet despite making at least a dozen calls and explaining the same problem to various executives who answer the call
My main grouse is the attitude of the executives & floor supervisors that I have spoken with all this time. Apparently, the company policy does not allow the executives to give out their full names (Joy, Priyanka, Abhishek, Tarun – naming a few people whom I recollect speaking with) so that you can never get hold of them again. Also the executives are not authorized to allow the customer to speak with people at the managerial level (I’m surprised as normally managers in such firms are employed to help their customers). It is a shame that the customer who is paying you for the goods he/she purchases is not considered worthy of speaking to when there is an issue. This is the most unethical practice a company can ever follow.
Fashion & You claims to keep a record of the conversations their executives have with the customers for any complains – I defy anyone from the management team if they are reading this to go back and check the history of this case – how many times we called, what tall claims your executives made, what reasons they provided for not disclosing their names, not passing the line to the managers – you would probably be ashamed to know how your customers are being harassed. The last person I spoke to was Tarun (supposed floor supervisor) who assured me that he will get back to me with a solution in 2-3 hours and as expected that never happened – and I have lost hopes of hearing back from them anyways
I post this complain to make people aware of the unprofessional ways in which this online portal is operating – since its online you would not be able to catch hold of anybody to redress your complains. Please be extremely careful while making purchases from this site
Lastly – if anyone from F&Y is indeed caring to read this complain, please go back and train your executives better and learn how to address a customer’s complain genuinely

Buy and Die situation. I recommend dont buy anything from them. These people will eat your money with no burp.

I lost 1000 and trying to regain since a month. Nothing has happened so far and not expected to be.

Yes, F&Y team is a bunch of fraud people involving into luring the buyers' money with tempting offers. It does not mean business, rather they operate like fly by night operators. No wonder, they will also soon disappear cheating lacs of buyers' hard earned money. Wake up sleuth and catch the frauds.

Its easy to rant about good websites like fashionandyou.com. You haven't mentioned any details here. This makes me think that you are just agitated with them and somehow the money you lost was entirely your fault. Please stop rantings without specific details.

I do have details but its just about giving awareness to the people no just me getting back my money. And I am nowhere in the picture for the cause of lose. I am busy like other but they made me to do all this. Just helping and will keep on.

Hi. I had ordered for a Blackberry Storm 9530 at Fashion and you.com.They had told me that it will be a brand new product with a company warranty of 18 Months from Balck Berry.They have send me a refurbished hand send that’s unlocked from Verizon tele communications. Then I demanded for a return pick up and for giving back my money.

I have never delt with such a irresponsible company were the employees who has promised to revert me on time shall neither give a call back nor pick up while I try to reach them. I am sick dealing with a company. 2 employees namely Deepika and Tarun who had promised me to make it happen has not even reverted nor attended my calls (tried reaching around 5 times, end result was putting me on a hold for more than 15 mins and call disconnect.)
I want my money back and would like to take any action against this fraudulent company so that there might not be another victim like me.

No doubt this is a fraud site. They have delivered wrong product to me. When I asked for refund, they started there nonsense policy that they will get this picked up within 7 days and post that they will refund. 10 Days have gone and no one is now responding to my emails. Not sure what mr. Uppal is doing. I think we all should log case against them in Cyber Crime. I have checked and such type of cases can be logged. i am trying to find way to log this and will soon file case. check this link.

So again after lot of confusion nothing has happened for ORDER # 229239 and I guess wont be. Leader in worse service providers 'FNU'....
