[Resolved]  Fashion And You — online fraud

I have ordered for 4 different products from a website called as I made the entire payment but initially received only one product(cheapest among those). Then after making not less than 30 calls I was told that the products will be dispatched soon and then i received a package. But I was shocked to see that there was only one product in it. Now after making not less than 50 attempts to reach them I was told that they do not have any stock with them. So when I asked for refund I was told that I will be getting my money only in the form of gift voucher forcing me shop with them again. Even after expressing my severe dis-interest in shopping with them they very arrogantly replied that thats the only option left for me. Even when I warned them of taking this issue to consumer forum the relpy was " No problem at all, please go ahead" and here I am seeking justice.

I should say that this is my most disappointing experience in my online shopping spree of 3 yrs.

To all those who are shopping with please stop doing it right away or some day or the other you are going to face the similar or even bigger problems. Its only because of such fraudulent companies many genuine websites are facing problem in India since people are losing their faith in online shopping.

So people please be careful about such websites

Fashion And You — product not dispatch

my name is sonu n i ordered a namero sun glass n two ardan wella kuttas bye 497067 order no n compay only dipached me sun glass n other products not dispached me then copany told me we will give u store cradit for these products one month later i didnt get cradists lots of time i called the company they said all time sir wait for 72 hours .but problum is as its now what shud i do ([protected] is my id n order place with sonu bhardwaj name)
acorrding ur comitment i didnt get my store cradit for order no 497067 till 28july n called to ur custmor care they said it will next 2 days all time what is this n when i will got my store cradit or rs860
I agree i bought a cotton throw from them recently for 500inr. However when i received it, i was disgusted as they had sent me a cheap nylon piece of cloth which cannot be defined as a throw. You can get these kind of leftover pieces fro less than 150inr. They have advertised that all products are branded and, but that deosnt seem to be the case. They sell all cheap second hand stuff. They show something and they send something else, im totally disgusted with them, and hope that this site should be closed to stop people from being duped.

Fashion And You — Received Damaged goods

it is truly a cheating company. i received my products in damaged condition and they are not willing to take it back and return the money. i am at a loss of 6000 here because of this. the clothes canot be used, the watch is damaged and the jewelery broken. never ever will i shop here again. and i advise you to think twice before shopping at this site.
I have ordered 2watches on 23rd may, 2011..they sent me a confirmation order mail..they said they will send the items within 3or 2months and 1week passed away..i didnt get my items and you is really disappointed with the service..
Fashion and you is a fraud online website...I didnt get my items even after 2months and frnd also ordered a sunglass..she also didnt receive the parcel even after 2 and half months...please dont trust fashion and you..its a fake, fraud, unfair, cheat, trap, humbug website..

Fashion and You — Cheating people

Hi All,

I am Afrooz i have been using Fashionandyou since few months and had a very bad experience. These website gives away free vouchers to the users for refering friends. when ever we buy anything in a chance (in Offer) buy using our voucher the product will never be dispatched rather they will keep it for very long and cancel the same. I faced the same on many orders here is one example ( Order # 593481) i purchased a sony phone by using voucher and paid cash which costed very less for a touch screen and 3G phone (Sony Cedar) but at the end they canceled my order by saying that the product failed the quality test. My Question why shouldn't they do a check before they put the offer. I guess when ever they dont make a margin in the sale they are canceling the orders. I want to take this ery seriously and i request you please take some action against them.

If i was responsible of taking the decasion i would have canceled the license of this kind of websites who cheat people.

I dont think you get this kind o offers again and again, Neither you can do anything nor i can. So just have to be careful befor i purchase anything.

I had placed an order on the 22/07/2011 for a Wester digital external disc, i called several times after that and they said your order will be delievred in the 2nd week of August after i did not receive any news about the shipment, on the 19th i happened to check the staus of the order. to my surprise the order stated cancellled and i had not received any notifications about the same. this was a gift to be given to someone that i was longing for and after waiting for so long the order had been cancelled i called FNU to find out why they had cancelled the order, and the stupid reason given to me was because they went out of stock.
My query here is that if FNU displays products online requesting customers to buy them, we become fools by wasting our time looking at this ordering it and then knowing its been cancelled due to no stock. Does FNY not no how much to display on line and how much stock do they have before they display stuff instead of making us suffer like that.
and to make things worse the customer service agent (vinayak) is guranteeing me that please place the order again we will not cancle the order. this is absolutely ridiculous, when someone whos is not even a supervisor but trying to keep me in High hopes,
I was later transfered to the the Supervisor called Vijay, all he did was not listening to what excatly my problem was but only saying a sorry i repeated it numerous times why i was was not notified about the order cancle but it looked like he was running out of words and only stated that he was sorry. i wish speaking to so called supervisors should have answers to questions than just staing sorry for the inconveince caused. i even told him after being a frequent customer from FNU is this the way youll treat customers, ill be happy if youll tell me that the order would take another a week or two instead of just cancelling the order without notifying me. its seriously annoying and frustrating as well to know how FNY treats their customers

I too have a bad experience with fashion and you, recently.. I ordered 3 items and 2 of them were delivered, in which one was not the one i ordered. When i contacted they asked to send a picture of the item received and later they gave a number to contact them. When i spoke to them they asked me to return the item through courier, there is no replacement and only part of the money will be refunded.. I'm really disappointed in this point (Why should i pay unnecessarily without receiving any item).. I'm going to send this item anyway as i don't like it and will never use it.. Let me see whether they refund at least what they promised..

Btw, i suggest u to read "".. I should have read ur reviews b4 ordering via FNU.. :(
