Gift items — Fraud about Fashion and you
I have purchased three items with a total of 675INR through my netbanking. I also have the bank statement about that deduction. After 3 weeks they have sent the material as COD. As the addressee was different, he was forced to pay the amount for which I have already paid the amount. I have also contact with them over phone but nothing has happed till date. Please be aware never buy anything from fashion and you with early payment.Fashion And You — non-delivery of orders & poor customer service
An advice for all those thinking of shopping online on www.fashionandyou.com!this website will tempt u like anything for their products. but pls never fall prey to it.
i had my order booked in the first week of march'2011. but till date, nothing has been delivered.
On writing, a number of e-mails to the support, they always say that the product will be delivered within 72 hrs. But these never arrive.
Added to it, they cancelled two out of three items of my order, saying that the materials didnt pass the quality check!!!!!
forget contacting them over phone/ writing on their wall in facebook, etc., these are totally non-responsive. on facebook, they reply that the support will contact you within 24 hrs. but the call never comes!!!! and make a call, u shall always be put on hold,,,,,their numbers are always busy!!!!
This looks like a fake complaint to me, posted by a competitor. As per my experience, Fashionandyou.com has seen an impressive growth over the last year and their customer care services are also improved over this time. Only last week I had some issue regarding the sizing issue of the product received, but the customer care took care of the matter very promptly and the product was collected from me after 3 days. Please stop maligning fashionandyou.com's name by posting such fake complaints.

I placed orders on Fashionandyou.com Around 2 months back . The delivery time shown on their website is 3-4 weeks, therefore i kept quite for 4 weeks ( though no ecommerce website takes 4 weeks to deliverproducts nw a days )
Once 5-6 weeks passed , i start calling their customer care number[protected] , everytime i called i was commited delivery in 3 days and a new complaint number was given everytime.....but till today i havent recieved any product from them...
This website is a scam site i think that shows low prices of products to trap customers, once u pay u r on mercy of god..........i think their delivery time 3-4 weeks is a way to pass chargeback period.....
So, anyone planning to buy on this website , must remain very careful and better to buy on ebay.in where u will get the products in ur hand within 7 days or ur money back.
FashionAndYou — wrong product dispatched
HII purchased a perfume from fashionandyou.com and instead of sending me the women's perfume they have now despatched me the men's version. It was a gift for my sister and it ruined it entirely....
Now since i didnot call them in 3 days( i called after a week ) because the gift was opened then....they are syaing their policy pertains them to return a purchase within 3 days....
1) Wrong order sent would mean that they need to replace it any time
2) There was no call made to me or any other information which was passed to me in detail that the return policy is 3 days.
How am i as a consumer supposed to understand that 3 days is the limit.

Fashion And You / Iphone 3gs — Wrong model supplies
Hi,I ordered an iphone3GS from fashionandyou but have received an iphone 3G. Although the site displayed and mentioned sale of iphone 3GS at the time of purchase, my order history is reflecting purchase of iphone 3G. The entire amount was paid in advance before delivery on the guarantee of the product displayed on the website.
It is really disappointing that after being a regular customer I have been provided a wrong product at a price of a more expensive model.
Request you to look into the matter and help.

My order number is 367752. It was Kenzo Leau Par perfume and the one ordered was women's version and the delivered is men's version.
Your call centre also have confirmed the error and have ascertained that indeed the women's version was ordered and the despatch team erroneously delivered the men's version.
Hope somebody can help resolve this issue.

I placed an order with the website 1 1/2 months ago after using a voucher purchased from www.dealsandyou.com. I have not received the order until now. I called a few days back and they told me that the product cannot be delivered because of some quality issues at their end. They did not have the courtesy to inform me.
I asked them to return the voucher. It has been a week and they have not returned me the voucher. I call them twice everyday and they assure me it will be done the next day. I am tired of calling now.

Fashion And You — Non-delivery of products
I ordered a two products (Order #426028) from www.fashionandyou.com on June 14. I received an email saying that the order is dispatched on May 25th. When I checked my order history on Fashion and You it showed me the tracking: 7517930.But after that there was no update. After a couple of days when I again checked the order history I was surprised to see that the status for this order shows as received, where as I have not received this order yet. I checked the status of this order on Pancity website and to my surprise it has been delivered to some other location.
I have been following up with Fashion and you agents for last 15 days and have not received any solution to my issue. All they say is that the concerned department is looking into the issue.
I am really sick of following up with fashion and you and request you to please help me with my issues.

Fashion And You Online Shopping site — Non Delivery of the product
I had placed an order on this particular site on the 22nd of may and as per the terms and conditions the product has to be delivered within 3-4 weeks from the date of making an order.My order number is 448711.There was a eyeliner and a pair of sandals.I have received my eyeliner but have not received the sandals and it is more than a month the product has not been delivered.On calling the company the executives just raise a complaint and nothing is being done.The call was forwarded to the supervisor and the supervisor was very rude and just said she would check out and when can they deliver the product.It is highly disappointing. Fashion And You — Refund not given even after 4 months
i placed an order for tie and got some weird shoes delivered on Jan 20th..order number 220697 after that for last 4 months i have been trying to get the refund money back but to no avail.. till last week the phone number for customer service was working and was told yet again to wait till tuesday for the check but today the number is not active and i havent recd the money yet.. No one has bothered to call me back
