Dear Sir, Name of courier ; First Flight Courier , Chennai, tamilnadu Customer care number :[protected] Consignor Number : C91415304 Sender : M Suthanthira Rajan, Chennai Consignee : Mr. T R Thangavelu, Tiruchencode. Date of booking : 21/12/2009 Promise for delivery : Before 22/12/2009 evening. Date of receipt by Salem : 21/12/2009 Till now status as in transit. Not yet delivered. Urgent document to be submitted at Bank by me before 23/12/2009. I have met heavy loss because of this delay. And also what is the procedure to take necessary action towards this loss. Please advice. Very worst service... Public please don't believe their commitment. We can utilise the Govt services for safty. They are charging more but behaving worst in service.

I am Shankar staying in Kaarapakam, Chennai.I have received message from ICICI bank that my Demat account user id and password has been sent through first flight courier with consignment number (B[protected]
I have received this 25 days back.
But still I didnt receive this document from First flight courier.
I have contacted the customer care of this courier.But they have delivered this to some other place by getting sign from some other person.
This is user id and password.If some other person misused means who will responsible for this.
What s the solution for this?

This is worst courier Service is world.Name should be "Last Flight with No Fuel".
packet not delivery till now
Sir.i did give packet on 28th October for Sivakasi (tamilnadu).but till now packet not deliverd.its too much late.please take action.They took out choclate and one rakhi out of 4 which my sister sent to me on rakhi
