Hi Customers
This is to bring to your kind attention towards Horrifying experience from First flight couriers kollam branch, I have sent a parcel to thrissure SBI Vvallachira Branch on 27 oct 2009 and via first flight couriers. POD no is H23936067. Unfortunately the parcel does not reached the destination and their response have been pathetic and horrible .
The parcel didn’t reached the destination and I already lost around 4 hours (around 2 days) by calling their irresponsible officers @ kollam branch who always promise to call back . I have already called the kollam branch more than 12 times. I have recordings of few conversations which should establish the fact the branch admitting kerala segment is on strike and they are operating service thru Professional Couriers. I made around 12 Phone calls for it). Imagine the cost involved and trauma .

True evidence of mismanagement I have sent kollam to trissure but its shown as kollam to kollam. They explained that they are sending it by professional couriers kollam branch.
They made lot of vain Excuses for delay in delivery,Like Staff is on leave and they don’t know About a leading bank (State bank of India) situated at trissure. Finally they agreed that they delivered to wrong person. After making complaints one guy called me and said the parcel is with him for last 3 days he is traveling by bus so that he cant reach all places in time and he didn’t get time to deliver it I think they are not organized deliver parcels and shutting down kerala operations. Its pathetic to agree that local headoffice @ kochi is closed they are operating thru professional couriers. Theyw ere reluctant to hand over my call to Manager or give TVM Head office contact numbers . I strongly believe they may have steal the parcel if I didn’t enquired about that .
Such irresponsible acts of the First flight branches are quite dis-heartening never matches the credibility which First flight is having a worldwide reputation, it really damages the image of First flight in my mind. It’s a pity that a company like First flight has such a pathetic system in operation which fails to take an action for such simple issues. Better say close your kerala Branches or hand over the business to capable hands
I am bringing the above said facts to your knowledge with a request to stay away from first flight couriers & take suitable steps to secure your parcels., I wish to bring to your attention that the filing of a complaint by me against First flight Couriers in this matter before the Consumer Court, Kollam is also in progress.

Above consignment was delivered on 6-2-2009 at my residence A 1/10, Mirabai Road,Durgapur by first flight courier .The courier pack, which was having a marriage invitation along with dry fruits was tempered &all the dry fruits worth Rs400/- were taken out &the pack again closed with ffcl tape disfiguring the consignment no. The complaint was lodged with Durgapur office ,regional office &also with head office of first flight. 7 times REMINDERS were sent by MAIL to all local as well as regional kolkata &head office , but inspite of the investigation &confirmation of tempering with consignment ,till date no REPLY has been received from ffcl for compensation of (cost of material+courier charges) amounting to appox RS 500/-. i was suppose to get a courier (cheque book) having consignment no : C04373414 which has been booked on 11th of sept 2009 by hdfc bank , chennai destinationed to noida but still i haven't received it.

On further enquiry i got the pod slip and consignment number from hdfc bank. on tracking the consignment no through first flight website, its showing that it has been already delivered to someone named amrish on 14th sep 2009 at 10:30.

i am really disappointed by the service, and facing great problem, my work is getting hampered.

This courier service is damn worst in DELIVERING and RESPONING to the customer.Its being from 2nd of September,i am waiting in RANIPET(TN) for my courier which is booked on 31st august in MUMBAI.
Since then i am calling this *******courier service located in ranipet over through phone to deliver my parcel BUT THEIR LETHARGIC ANSWER IS :COME AND COLLECT FROM THE COURIER ITSELF because they couldn't find addressee's house.IS this courier RELIABLE?????.

so,this courier has no rights to stand in india as a courier service and of course this is going to be my last relationship this company.

My pan card has been dispatched by nsdl pan card div. on 19 -08-09 When i enquired into the matter personally with concerned courier i.e FIRST FLIGHT COURIER, ANANDA CHOWK HAZARIBAG, on dated 25-08-09 they said they ,"they have not recieved any docket no. ZB3805505 .' IT IS ALSO MENTIONABLE THAT their delievery boy seldom deliver thing in my office/ residence. They use to give order to recieve from their office

This is with reference to a pacel that was supposed to be delivered on the 14th aug 2009.But due to the office being closed on tht day, they did not deliver it.But to our amazement, we did not receive r parcel even on the 17th aug.2009 .On not receiving the parcel, i dropped down at their office nd asked them about the delivery, on which they argued tht the concerned person will has alreadyt left nd will be reaching in some time.However when one of them checked, our parcel of mori gate, the supposed destination was not yet dispatched, lying in unattended corner .
Here's the best part, after all this i ask them to deliver it at my home coz i had gone there on a bike nd getting the parcel was not feasible, asap.
It's been 1hour now nd still they r unable to deliver it at a distance of not even 1 km.When i called them up just now, they bluntly reply that u can complaint wherever u eel like, but we r helpless.
First Flight Kashmeri gate branch, is the one i'm talking about.

So please look into the issue with this branch or the company per se.

And others please DO NOT USE "FIRST FLIGHT COURIERS"

I have ordered something on INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB. They have couriered my order on 3rd August with First Flight Courier Co.. While i am checking on First Flight website on tracking page, i was amazed to see the progress details of my courier.
Very first day, It is written that house was closed means they have found the house address. Next day, i found that Insufficient address mentioned on tracking page.
How come it is possible that they found the house on 1st day but next the house was not there. I have also requested to INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB but as usual no response from their side also.
I am very upset the way First Flight and India Today book club behaving. This is not sign of good customer care. I am out of India and can not visit to their office personnally. I am totally stuck and don't know what to do.
This courier company looks to me a fraud company. Don't deal with First Flight Courier company

No. W12490683 on dated 31/07/09 Which was couriered by Jaypee Greens Ltd. on address of 4899, LaddoGhati, Paharganj, New Delhi-110055 with mobile no.[protected].Which was not deliverd on above mentioned address. I had sent a Courier (POD- B[protected]to Bangalore Address on 1/07/2009 and had a receipt of Bangalore for the same. But First Flight Tracking shows it has been sent to Coimbatore.
And now no body is giving clear message on Mail communication. Just saying sent to Coimbatore and not received in Bangalore.
I want immediate action should be tken to deliver this consignment to Bangalore as both destinations are not to far. If its by mistake then they should clear to me or they can return my consigment to me also.

I have an important document related to tax sent to me from Indore to Cochin on 5th July' 09.

The docket number is P30268200 and it was despatched from Indore on 5th July'09.

Due to some First Flight employee strike, my documents are stuck at Cochin office and they are not opening the offices and are not picking up the phone.

The documents are related to US TAX and I will have to pay some fine if I do not send the documents to US as soon as possible. Also, I will be losing out on the interest of my US tax returns if it gets delated due to this.

I would like to get my documents immediately. Could you please help me on this?

I BOOKED A CONSIGNMENT TO DELHI FROM MUMBAI ON 02/07/2009 VIDE CONSIGNMENT NO.-
B 35847551 AT FORT BRANCH OF FIRST FLIGHT COURIER. IT WAS CONTAINING AN APPLICATION FORM TO GET EARLY MARKSHEET FROM IIGNOU TO GET ADMISSION IN B.Ed MUMBAI UNIVERSITY. DUE TO THE ACT BY COURIER I WILL BE NOT IN POSITION TO TAKE ADMISSION.MENTAL TENSION AND MONETARY LOSS, CAREER LOSS HAS OCCURRED.

my courier was to be despatched from indore supposedly on 27 th may 2009, but due to some casualty at the indore branch it was despatched on 1st june 2009- as told to me. It is now more than 20 days and i have still not recieved my courier. On calling up at the indore and delhi branches, they just keep you on hold for 15 - 20 minutes and then they give you another branch number and tell you to talk to them because they don't despatch the courier in area where you reside. IT THE WORST COURIER COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. WHY OPEN THE COMPANY WHEN YOU ARE NOT ANSWERABLE TO THE CUSTOMERS. IT IS JUST SO DISGUSTING.

First Flight couriers were to deliver the password sent by ICICIdirect.com from Mumbai. The letter came to Kasaragod, Kerala. The address was clearly mentioned. The delivery place is within 2 km of the Courier office. There was a phone number to be contacted. The courier office sent the letter back stating the address was incomplete. The address cannot be more detailes as daily many other letters from other courier services and Indian postal service are received.

Upon contacting the office of the Firstflight it was discovered that due to lack of personnel to deliver they have sent it back.

ICICIdirect.com has within its limits of system forwarded a new password to a service center that is 200kms away. The courier has reached Kozhikode on 18th May 09. As of now no one has bothered to call up and inform about the details. There is no contact number available on icicidirect.com website of the Kozhikode center.

Meanwhile I have lost thousands of Rupees on the stock market.

a parcel has been sent to me from gurgaon through first flight nine days ago and still there is no news of it. the first flight customer support has not responded to my inquiries.they have no office in my town which i can contact.i just cant believe the sheer lack of responsibility and the casual manner in which they conduct their business. stay away from this courier company.better send all your mail through the indian postal system which takes lesser time to deliver and charges a quarter of the money you pay these thugs.

This is vijay kumar sharma applied for credit card of standard chareted but due to visting to my native place they could not deleivered that time, but after coming from native place i requested to sent it again.it came by first flight couriers on 21/04/08=9 but they could not delivered it. thay have my office address and home adtress. i had told them that i[censored] cant search my home add. you send it to my office add. i told that thing 10 time on 24/04/09.
and they promise me to delivered it to me on sat 25/04/09 before 1.00 clock after noon but they sent it agin on my home address ( chembur)
now they are telling that tey will do the same on monday..that consigment came on 21/04/09, but they could not delivered till 25/04/09.

please see the matter and do the needful

i am fed up with service. after telling 10 times to them they could not do the same ...

please ttake my complaint on serious basis.
