MY PAN CARD DESPATCHED BY NSDL ON 9 DEC 2008 THRO FIRST FLIGHT COURIER.SO FAR THEY NEVER DELIVERED THE PAN CARD. WHEN I CHECKED THEIR ON LINE TRACKING FACILITY...IT SAYS MY HOUSE FAR OFF AREA. OK . THEN WHY SHOULD FIRST FLIGHT ACCEPT TO RECEIVE AND DELIVER MY PAN CARD? WHY DOES NOT NSDL USE INDIAN POSTAL SERVICE?

Pan card — Never Use First Flight Courier

I was sent my pan Card by First Flight Currier on 20-Ayg-2011(ZB5163879), But without coming to my address or calling me to inform, They People simply send it back vey next day Giving the excuse (Address Not Found).
When I called them, They Miss Behaved.
I am Getting all letters on the same address from last 5 years by other services, They never had Problem.

        Flight Flight(FF) in renowned & best courier service in India. Believing on same line I dropped a Courier to my native place as Raksha Bandhan Gift through FF." First Flight (FF)" staff assured me that anyhow it will be delivered to Destination @ 16-Aug-2008 (due to 15-Aug-2008 holiday) BUT I have yet not received any confirmation from FF as well as from family.

        This is seriously frustrating experience. FF didn't give value to "Emotions & Feelings" attached with couriered gift.

        This courier is supposed to be delivered to "Mr. XXXXXX, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh". It is a Raksha Bandhan Gift & if doesn't deliver on time what should be significance.

        It is at ALL UNACCEPTABLE from "First Flight".

        I have completely lost my (& my nears/dear too) faith in "First Flight". Probably this would be my last instance o[censored]sing "First Flight" courier services.

        I too would like to add my two bits to the lack of proffessionalism and deficiency in service provided by First Flight Couriers. I sent a letter from Pune to the US. The courier has lost the letter. On its site it claims to have delivered it with signature. Nothing can be far from truth.
        I have contacted them several times but they do not respond beyond we are investigating. I had chosen them as courier becauae they are situated close to my house. I am repenting my choice.
        They are irresponsible and not worth doing business with.
        I wish I had read this site before choosing them.

            I have handed over a book to representative (Mr. Nitin [protected]) of 'First Flight Courier Services, Kothrud, Pune' on 28th Aug, 08 to be Delivered to Bangalore on a home address. First Flight Courier is official courier service provider for my company Magna Steyr. Mr. Nitin was in hurry that day and told me he will give receipt on the next day, and also as it was urgent to courier the book from my side aswell, I didn't bothered about the receipt but paid full amount (Rs. 102) for the delivery. Its been more than Two weeks now and the Courier has not delivered to the given address. I am frequently following up with Nitin but he is not giving proper information about the delivery, lying frequently and now he is not responding to my call aswell.
            The book is of a Library and the fine is increasing day by day.. who will pay for it.

                The following is the letter written to their contact us at [protected]@firstflight.net. The response is still awaited more than 48 hours later, though they claim to normally revert back within 24 hours.

                Dear Sir,

                A packet from Dr. Reddys lab, was delievered at my residence through your delievery man on 8th July, 2008. Now, Surprisingly, the packet doesnot contain either the name of the addresse nor the name to whom it, is, addressed. It does not even mention the consignment No.

                When, I made a telephone call, at your Arera colony centre, on 10 th july, I was informed that the delievery was made by Mr.Abhay. He then, forwarded the call to Mr. Verma, who assured me, that the entire lot has come like this to be delievered ( Without the name / address of the receiver )

                I requested him to provide me the document no., so that, I can verify that who has send the packet & it is addressed to whom.
                I was told that the delievery man would come to my residence the next day to sort out the matter or alternatively, I can visit the centre to clear the facts. Today, 12th july. 08, I visited the Arera colony centre, to get the consignment No, but, again the documents could not be found & a fresh assurance of sorting the matter on Monday has been fixed.

                Now, My query is :

                1) Do you as a polcy take absolutely blank document with no Name/Address mentioned to whom it is to be despatched ?
                2) Do you not mention the document no. on the parcel, so the receiver can follow it up with the sender in case of any clarifications.
                3) In problems faced, such as above, why is the information, not provided quickly, so as to mitigate the grievance.

                Now, The whole idea of getting this inf. is that, I have encountered problems in the past where locating a parcel is a problem. But with proper document details, one can approach the sender to sort out any discrepancies.

                I hope in keeping up with the spirit & mission of your esteemed organization, My problem mentioned herewith would be taken up in the right spirit & the details asked for, would be provided, at the earliest.

                I would appreciate, if you could provide me a photocopy of the Receivers copy.

                  From Chennai to Adoni (AP), courier booked on 28th June 08 vide their consignment No: C26437999.

                  Two days back from their tracking system understood that courier not delivered, in fact coiming back and reason given - Non service station.

                  I am surprise to understand that while accepting the booking it self, they whould have mentioned this.
                  Why, after a week this msg appering on their information sysyem.
                  Document sent was time bond one and which was suppose to re-couried after necessary processing from destination. Where as un-delivered courier also not come so-far.

                  1. While accepting these peoples are not aware destination point has no service?
                  2. Or they accept just to make money, but what cost?
                  3. Is it any action by raising complaint here?
                  4. I won't think any changes? I would like to ask one question? so far 13 complaints are were raised any action? any improvement in service?

                    ICICI bank had dispatched platinum credit card to me through first flight couriers wide number CC4529973(booking date 18th June) but that has not been delivered to me yet.Yesterday I got a phone call from ICICI bank Chennai and I was told that the card would be delivered today.But just now again when I checked the website of the erring first flight courriers it shows " no service area and card returned to origin:.This is all nonsense and rubbish on the part of the renowned courrier agency.If the courrier agency does not have service to a particular area they should tell the clients in advance.This the third time I have faced this.Please look into the matter.

Patna Branch. to my sister in Glen Allen, Virginia, USA.My consignment no is FU0004940.The consignment contained documents which included Marks sheet, sealed official transcripts from BIT Mesra, Ranchi; sealed Recommendation letters of three teachers. All these documents were supposed to be submitted for MS Admission in Virginia Commonwealth University.Upon opening the envelope my sisiter found sealed envelopes containing Official Transcripts, Recommendation letters were opened, teared.These sealed envelopes were to be submitted in US Universities for my admission in MS Programme.Now these documents cannot be submitted as they seal is being opened up.When i had complained first flight office at Mumbai they are not helping me out.They told me they will enquire in the matter n let me know.But no response came from their side.On 17.06.2008 when i called in the office they told me they couln't not help in this matter and they are not responsible for this since they don't open up the documents.I have even requested to ask someone from US to go and visit my sister's place and see personally how my documents have been damage dbut they are not even ready for this.What shall I do now . First Flight Courier Services is so irresponsible that they are not understanding the seriousness of this matter.Because of their I won't be able to submit my documents In US Universities.

                        Hi,
                        was supposed to have received a consignment from ICICIDirect containing the account details and password of the trading account. The consignment (nu: B[protected] was in my wife's name. The consignment status on your site states that it was delivered on 7th-June-08 at 14:30. As I had not received the consignment I called your call center, only to be told that it has already being delivered. And then the person at the call center forwarded me the POD (Proof of Delivery) challan which shows that some one else has signed and accepted the consignment. Also I would like to bring to your notice that, I actually suspect the delivery boy has a key role in this, because

                        1. The telephone number mentioned in the Delivery challan was infact used by my wife around two years back (currently she does not use this number). This points the suspicion towards the delivery boy who "may" have forged the signature and given the old telephone number. You cannot call it a co-incidence.

                        2. Secondly in the delivery challan the Time Shown is 15:21 as the time out from the Banaswadi branch where as in your online status the time is 14:30. How is this possible.???

                        The next day I called up the call center again to find out the status. They gave me another number to be called, that was their regional office number. I spoke to some one called vijaya who again re-iterated that the consignment was delivered. This shows how poor their CRM system, though I had raised a complaint, it is not available with the regional office. She asked me to get in touch with the Banaswadi branch from where the delivery happened. Bhagyanath, of Banaswadi branch said that he shall check with the delivery boy and then inform me by around 1.00 PM. At around 1:45 PM the delivery boy has gone and delivered the consignment at my residence. When I called back the Banaswadi branch, I was told that the delivery boy had delivery the consignment at the wrong location to a security and he has collected it back from there. I find it difficult to digest this story of theirs. When I asked him again how can a security sign using the name in the consignment, he had no answer.

                        This clearly shows that the consignment was not delivered in the first place, and then to cover it up the delivery boy has forged the signature and updated the status as "Delivered".

                        Though I have sent a mail to first flight I have so far not received any responses from them.
                        I dont know how many such consignments have gone missing due to the lethargic attitude of the organization.

                            I was sent v imp insurance papers from chennai under FIRST FLIGHT COURIER AWB NO. ZC 7209273 on 28th May. The status informed by courier comapny shows the packet as delivered on 29th may 2008. But I am yet to receive the packet. Frequent calls to DELHI< NOIDA< GREATER NOIDA offices have been futile and persons have been really un cooperative. I have myself gone around and checked with near by buildings and apartments but to no avail.

                              I am arun kanojia e-mailing you from Pune-Hinjewadi.

                              I had courier my fees DD of Rs. 90, 500 to Symbiosis Centre for information Technology (SCIT), MIDC Plot 15, Rajiv gandhi infotech park, Hinjeadi, Near SBI bank, Pune-411057.

                              The courier was sent to my college in regards of payment of fees for which the last date to receipt was 23-05-08.

                              I courier my DD from Evershine nagar, malad (W), Mumbai-400064 on 21-05-08 at 4 p.m.

                              It was assured to be delivered within two days of dispatch.
                              But when i came to my college on 31st of march 2008, it was noted that college never received any courier from First Flight on that day.

                              When i inquired your Aundh - office in pune they apologized that it was by mistakely delivered to Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in Khadki - Pune.

                              The address was clearly written and even your concerned person agreed upon it and ask for apologies.

                              I am Ravi Shivhare and I have major complaint to First Flight Staff, One 57000/- Demand Draft was sent for me from Standard Charter bank by first flight currier AWP No. B[protected] Date is 26/08/2010, but I did not get that letter in time I have called many times to Bank call centre and your office number. Yesterday my patience gave up and I had gone to first flight office to find my Demand Draft, I hardly got my Demand Draft only yesterday, I was sucked by one disgusting matter, on 28/08/2010 that first flight’s delivery boy had embezzled cover by signing my duplicate signature so I request you to look into the matter and you will punish these irresponsible staff and I request you not to be repeated such a shame problem to your customer.

                                I had got some samples couriered from Goa to Chandigarh thru First Flight Courier vide docket no. M46434453 dated 24/5/08.
                                The said packet hasn't reached Chandigarh yet nor are it's whereabouts traceable by the so called 'efficient' staff of First Flight Courier.

                                The whole purpose of getting those samples thru courier is defeated & i might loose orders due to non submission of samples on time. Would First Flight compensate for the loss suffered due to their inefficient service.
                                The response of their customer care centre at Chandigarh was also hopeless. They never chose to keep me informed about the status of my packet inspite of my calling regularly to them. I think one can get better response from post offices than from this courier company.

                                I won't recommend this courier service to any one even as a last resort because of the indifferent/callous attitude of their staff.
                                I call on Phone No.[protected] at Ashirwad Plaza, Aliganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226024‎ for status our consignment[protected] at 6.24 pm. dt- 21.11.09 but he is not any responding for consignment & his behavior was so badly.
                                so plz. take a action against him for negligence work.

                                  I have asked for new password from ICICI direct . They have send the courier thru the above mentioned service. The main issue is that the mail deliver should deliver the concern mail to the Person mentioned on the face of envelop. What they did they have handed such a confidential matter to someone else.

                                  I have faced the same problem. The courier was dispatched on 1st oct from Chennai and has not reached till date. Consignment no C 06427116. I called them numerous times at First Flight and was now told taht it has already been delivered to some Motilal. How can the courier company deliver a courier to anyone other than the addressee or his immediate family.

                                    This mail is to complain about service I recently received from First Flight Courier Services customer service representatives named Javed (Tathawde) and Ramesh (Aundh). Pune office.
                                    This is Nishant Kalvankar from XYZ Technology Solutions Ltd. Here in XYZ, we have an annual gift policy under which 10000 employees get gifts by courier. I believe this is quite a big business for First Flight. Since my other collogues received the gifts but I did not, I thought to enquire this.
                                    I called on 17th April 23, 2008 to find out how to deal with a problem I’ve had with the service. After I had been on hold for several minutes, Ramesh came on the line. I had to explain my problem to him several times because he did not seem to be listening and therefore asked me the same questions repeatedly. Ramesh put me on hold for several minutes, and then returned to say he could not help me. Meanwhile I heard him talking to his collogue that “Kya yaar ye +#*@ customer dimaag ki %*@# maar raha hai”...and so on”. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated.
                                    I did the follow up and had the similar experience for two weeks.
                                    On date 20th April 23, 2008 10.30am, I received a call from Sagar (Delevary Person) saying that, he has the parcel with him and he asked me to stay at home. Since I was busy in a family function, I asked him to come by 5.00 pm. As per the time given I came back to home at 4.30 and waited till 7.00 pm. But he didn’t turn up. Upon inquiry I came to know that, he called me on my cell phone but it was switched off. (How rubbish)
                                    When I called up again to the tathawade office, I am asked to collect the gift from the office. (Is this your service? I thought you deliver stuff at doorstep. I am sorry for that)
                                    Thus, my overall experience with First Flight is
                                    1. There is no coordination between management and the delivery persons.
                                    2. One can not track the consignment status because tracking system is hopeless.
                                    3. FF employees are illiterate as they do not know how to handle customer calls.
                                    4. FF employees should be trained on soft skills.
                                    5. I can not file a complaint online. (Portal dose not have the feature)
                                    6. One should not deal with First Flight as it is such an annoying experience.


                                    I expected a much higher level of service from First Flight, and I am quite disappointed. Because I do not want to spend any more time on such problem in future, I shall not choose First Flight Service. I will be sharing this experience with my friends and family. Also will bring this up to the HR dept. of XYZ Technology Solutions Ltd.

                                    Gentle man, I completely agree with you. The first Flight courier is the worst courier i have ever came across. Their website is worst, there is no portal for launching the complaint. Most unprofessional people. Their customer care number is busy like anything, and if you want to track your consignment you will have to call at least 10 people.

                                    I am sorry to say that I have not seen this much bad services in my life with any courier services. On[protected] ICICI Bank Limited, Central Mailing Room, CPC II, ICICI Bank Tower, Andheri (East), Mumbai on[protected] has sent a document in my favour with my Address : K. Srinivasa Rao, Bhagavathulavari Street, Railpet, Bapatla, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, with POD No. B55240119 and it was reached to Guntur Branch, on[protected], on the same day the Guntur First Flight Courier Authorities simply entire in their Books that the above said document was delivered to me. But the above said document kept in the custody and after some days they have given the same to one Unauthorized Courier services people of Bapatla. The aunothorized courier person simply kept the same in his custody without trying to deliver the same to my above said Address.

                                    I made several attempts to trace the above said cover and spent huge amounts to Phone Bills . Finally I came know that the above said document as under custody o[censored]nauthorized Courier Person. When I asked him about the non- delivery of cover, he gave me evasive reply and said that the address is not correct. If address is not correct, why did he kept the same in his custody more than 7 days. I received other two documents of the same same through other courier services with same address.

                                    I used to feel that the First Flight Courier is Prompt Deliver Services. When I taste the bitterness of their im-prompt delivery, I have changed my opinion towards First Flight Courier Service .

                                    I request the authorities to made proper care in my case and avoid this kind of bitterness services to any customer . Because of im-prompt deliver of the above said document, I have faced huge amounts of loss.

                                    I would completely agree that first flight has the worst customer service infact they shouldnt even call it customer service as they dont know the true meaning of the word. I called up the customer service department who doesnt have a clue on how to talk to customers in the first place and also dont know what to do with missing consignments. The worst part was the representative just hung up on me as she didnt know what to do. I didnt take her name down as I never knew that they would be so rude. I made a call on 12 April 2011 at about 17:20. And Im still the process of chasing up my consignment. I would recommend everyone not to use first flight services not only because of misplaces consignments but above all becaouse of pathetic customer service

I don't understand why FF does not want to improve even after so many consumer complaints.

The status wasn't updated till today, today i see that status has been updated for last 5 days, all of them reading, "House locked". Is this the standard status u have FF??? U better think of some new status folks!

                                    First Flight couriers Service is very-very poor. If you call on customer care even they are not responding in a good way and give the status update about your couriers. i send 7 days back courier from Hyderabad to Bilaspur (Himachal Pradesh) but still not reached. They sent the courier to Kolkata and then Chattigarh(Bilaspur). I clearly mentioned Bilaspur(Himachal Pradesh) on the Courier Packet with PINCODE Number on City.

                                    Don't ever and never use this First Flight courier service.

                                      I'd sent a parcel to dombivali (thane dist) last month through first flight courier (noida).I'd sent chocolates, bodysplashes, umbrella and 2 wrsit watches.In the letter, I'd mentioned only chocolates and sweets. And to my surprise, when the consignee recd. the parcel, the wrist watches were missing while the chocolates were all scattered inside the parcel and were half the qtty i'd sent.I've written umpteen mails to the courier company, but all they say is that since I'd not mentioned the watches, they can't do anyhting and they are not responsible.                                         Pan card — not received courier

                                        I have recived your sms on 19.01.08 12:38:38

                                        D/Sir, we are unable to deliver your courier from NSDL your ref. no.[protected]. Contact us: [protected]/17. Tks - Overnite Express.

                                        My courier had deliverd from NSDL on 17.01.08 through Overnite Express courier but I have no recieved my courier till now.
                                        If you are not able to diliver to my courier at persent address than you delivered to following adderss-

                                        My PAN card issued by the Income tax department through NSDL was sent bythem through First Flight Couriers Pvt.Ltd., vide Airway Bill No.ZB6605697 and the website of the department says that the same has been delivered by the couriers to me on 31.7.2012 which is not correct. The couriers in Rajasthans never deliver the post in villages.

                                        Dear sir, A courier was delivered from chennai to faridabad according to your record it is delivered but i did not get my packet please let me know about it shipment no is-0C[protected].to whom you delivered and his contact number.

                                        It around 15 days but still haven't received my courier

                                        Pathetic service i must say. i have wasted contentiously around 1 hr to call your customer care service but non of your agent is picking up the phone.i will never book any docket nor recommend any one to book any in future from your company
