MY PACKAGE WHICH IS NOT YET DELIVERED TO THE DESTINATION.

No one from Your Raigarh Office is Responding and giving me Answer or Assurance.

FIRST FLIGHT IS A COMPANY MADE UP OF A BUNCH OF LIARS, FRAUDS, CHEATS, AND WHAT NOT.

I HAVE BEEN TRACKING MY VERY IMPORTANT SHIPMENT -TD0125807 WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED ( IT HAS LEFT THE HUB TO BE DELIVERED TO OUR OFFICE) YESTERDAY ADN AS OF NOW NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO DELIVER THE MATERIAL. IT WAS A TIME SENSITIVE MATERIAL ANDNOW I HAVE LOST 50,000 RS ON THIS. WILL THESE JOKERS PAY BACK THE AMOUNT????

Incometax department sent a PAN card to me through firstflight courier services on 9th Sep 2010, consignment number is ZB4936811.

Below is the status dispalyed in their track status:

But the consignment has not reach me / my home / family.
I called up the customer care and logged a complaint on 15 Sep 2010 Morning reagrding the same. Complaint No is: 1517686. They called me late evening and told me they will look and let me know.

There after I didn't receive any call regarding my complaint, So i called them again on 20 Sep 2010 Morning. They updated me that my consignment has been retrived and dispathed and they closed the complaint on 19 Sep 2010 without even confirming with me. Then i said that I didnt receive my consignment yet and told them its very urgent for me. They promised me that they will call me in the next 10 min, But I didnt get any call till 20 Sep 2010 Evenening. Again I called them in the evening and told my complaint no and then told me to wait on the call. I waited in the call for more than 15 min, But they didnt turnup. Iam very much frustrated about their service. And I could see lot of such complaint logged regarding the same about First Flight Courier Services Ltd.

a courier was sent from mumbai to chennai which contains t-shirt and choclates but i got the courier which was opened and i found choclate was missing

I booked a consignment from first flight courier ltd., surat (gujarat) on 06/10/2010. the destination station was Faizabad (UP). However, on contacting my family members at faizabad i learnt that the same was not even delivered on 09/10/2010. The transit time calculator on firstflight.net shows that it will reach on 08/10/2010 but even today it is 09/10/2010, the same has not been received by my family. they are charging so high in comparison to some other couriers and taking time equal to them. It is a clear cut failure in providing service

This Regarding Priority Consignment - ZB4464465.Its my pancard and is dispatched on SEP 21st from Mumbai .I haven't received it yet.It used to take 2days in other couriers.No valid information on your site while tracking.Also I made calls to your lonavala,panvel&khopoli branches.All of them were useless & they were not even giving me the reason for delay.Its too bad as its a PRIORITY Courier.I understand there is no point in talking to ppl who works in FIrst Flight.
Its been 10 days I used to call everyday & they used to talk very unmanneredly, keep on saying it will take 2 more days or so.Very very bad service I have ever seen. Courier which has been desptached after this is delivered on time by other services like Blue Dart,Professional,DTDC couriers.But First Flight really sucks & they should chnage their brand name to LAST FLIGHT.And which will suit them much.
Till date I haven't received it & suffering tortures from these guys when we talk with them.They illiterate they dont even read.Too bad.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am the Tax Consultant by profession hereby want to submit the complaint against above mentioned franchise of First Flight Couriers that the said franchise has never given me the service of Home Delivery of PAN Cards. It always make me the call to collect the PAN Cards from their office instead of delivering at home by reason of insufficient man power. And the statement is " Otherwise your PAN Card will be returned back to ITD / NSDL'' which is very wrong. Courier Industry is a service industry they should have to give the preference to consumer satisfaction.

So, please do the necessary arrangements for the same.

I applied for a PAN card and it was dispatched via first flight courier via Consignment Number : ZB4181618 .
As per the status on the first flight website it was mentioned as dispatched and same was told by their customer care. But actually they did not deliver, infact their delivery guy whose name was found to be Manjunath V signed the Proof of Order himself and wrote my number on it.
Their customer care doesnt take calls anymore and I am in a dilemma.
It is rather shameful that despite of so many complaints no one is responding and how can Govt of India rely on such fake courier agencies.
If my complaints doesn't get resolved I shall be forced to take the case to the consumer court.

Hi,
I had a courier with consignment number ZM2021444 from Reliance Mutual Fund. The content was cheque/ D.D. from the Mutual fund house. Even though it was marked as Z level consignment, the courier was dropped at my residence drop box, which is accessible to everybody in the complex.
Even though the courier was picked by my mom, my concern was what if it would have been picked up by someone else. I believe the courier needs to be received by the receiver and signed on the form by the delivery boy.
When I tracked the consignment at website of First Flight couriers, it mentioned that it was received by me with my name highlighted. The joke is that I poersonally douldn't have received the courier since during weekdays I am in Pune and not in Vashi.
I hope this complaint is taken seriously and some strict action is taken against the same.

REFUSES TO DELIVER PAN CARD ON ADDRESS

This is with regard to the consignment no c10866183 which is been dispatched on 31/08/2010 to me . The same is reached at first flight courier office on 01/09/2010 itself. The delivery person is not bothered to deliver the courier to me inspite of contacting the customer service, the operation manager, the branches at coimbatore. On 04/09/2010 the person who needs to deliver is asking to come and collect the courier as there is no delivery boy. This should not be the service which has to be rendered by courier person. If it is getting delayed of 4 days then it could have been sent through normal post. I am not able to spend anything even for my childs education just because of that one courier which has my pin no. I would suggest to take an action against this concern so that in future no one suffers such a pressure just because of the courier not being delivered

I had been sent a courier C06709347 through First Flight on 12th Aug 2010(confirmed the date based on the SMS alert received from BANK & the track details in First flight website). Surprisingly the track also said it had been delivered to “RAMASWMY” on 13th Aug 2010.

On this I called up the Chennai customer care and intimated the consignment hasn’t received my hand till 16th Aug 2010. Executive over the call gave me the telephone numbers([protected] & [protected]) of Ambattur OT division who has carried out the delivery process of my consignment. I tried calling the Land number - it said SWITCHED OFF. Then call the Mobile number – none answered, on this I kept a SMS, Soon after this the Mobile Number too said SWITCHED OFF.

Once again I called up the customer care, Executive gave me Few numbers and asked me to call and report the complaint[protected], 18, 19). I did the same. Today 17th Aug 2010, my Consignment was delivered to my address correctly. I request you to Investigate on the previous Wrong updation in the track details. Where was my Consignment from 13th Aug 2010 to 17th Aug 2010.

Does it becomes the responsibility of each and every customer to run behind the customer care to get their Consignment delivered safely when the address is CLEAR. If there is any confusion in the address mention isn’t the courier go back to the sender?

First Flight does not stamp correct Tel no on Missed you Slip

I, R.N. Vatsa,A-201 Mahavir Sadhana, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, received a missed you slip from First Flight for Consignment No C06711740 on 23.8.2010 and 26.08.2010. tocollect the consignment or call he telno . The stamped Address was " First Flight Couriers Ltd. NERUL BRANCH PLOT NO 24 Sector -01SHIRVANE, NERUL, NEW MUMBAI -400706 Tel[protected].

The above Telephone no when dialed get the message this no does not exist.
I contacted their MumbaiOffice [protected]only to come to know that they don't have any branch in Nerul instead the branch is in CBD Bellapur and got the tel no of cbd Bellapur office 32208060 or 27575998.

On enquiring from this office on telephone I got the message that they don't catter to Our Area i.e. Sanpada and they informed that it would have been their Vashi Office. Tel no 32208129 , 27653138.

On Enquiring Vashi Office I was informed that First Flight has a office in Nerul and gave me another no to contact Suhas Surve [protected].

On contact this person , I was informed that by now the consignment has been returned t consigner.

Hence Because of the wrong Tel no on the stamp the First Flight Office could not be contaced. and we missed the consignment.
So First Flight should again reship the above mentioned consignment to me free of charge..

For enquiry i had call them on [protected], [protected], [protected] all this phone number provided by First Flight Couriers bilaspur is not working. No one had call to any of the receiver or sender Phone no.

the courier compayny ask me to deliver by 23-AUG-10. 24-AUG-10 WAS RAKSHA BANDHAN. first fligh courier service has deliveried my rakhi with some sweet 25-aug-10 at 1.30 P.M. I have paid 50 RS. FOR THAT.
IT WAS SO LATE DELIVERY THAT RAKSHA BANDHA DAY WAS OVER
AND MY SWEET SPOILE OUT.

My coplaint is that my pan card was send by NSDL Mumbai through first flight corier docket no - ZB3317355 from Mumbai to Kanpur on 14th -Aug-2010 and reached at Kanpur on 16th-aug-2010.I was tarck this courier through internet it is only showing that courier is reached at satellit station and ready FO.After that i was trying to contact in Kanpur with many of first flight branches than they replied that they dont know about that couier as i had given him doccket no.Than from Chunni ganj branch they Given me one mobil eno of Mr Rajesh-----[protected].But after conversation Two days conversataion Rajesh is also not able to told where is my courier.Than on 21st-Aug-2010 Mr Rajesh given me one more No
[protected] this person also not able to track my courier .This person also given me Mr Nan singh / Sanjay Trivedi – [protected] mob no than they are told they are in leave and not able to give me any information.On 23th- Aug-2010 when i was again track thi s courier on internet than I was found that the first flight people send it back to destination by giving reason that address is insuffiecnt.I was realy fade up to track my courier.The Tracking system of first flight courier is realy very poor and peole working with first flight dont give proper responce.

ZB2871123). THE OFFICE OF THE FIRST FLIGHT COURIER AT ASANSOL DID NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO ME, THEY RETURN THE PAN CARD TO MUMBAI SAYINNG "INSUFFICIRNT ADDRESS". I WANT TO INFORM YOU THAT I GIVE MY MOBILE NUMBER [protected] YOUR COURIER OFFICE DID NOT MAKE A CALL TO ME. I CONTACT TO THE HEAD OFFICE AT MUMBAI BUT THEY DID NOT GIVE ANY RESPONSE. I WANT TO KNOW WHY YOUR OFFICE SELECT THIS POOR COURIER SERVICE PROVIDER. I RECEIVE SEVERAL LETTER BY INDICATING SAME ADDRESS THROUGH "INDIAN POST", 'DTDC COURIER', BLUE DART COURIER ETC... BY INDICATING SAME ADDRESS.
I WANT TO KNOW WHY NSDL OR GOVERNMENT OF INDIA OR INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT SELECT SUCH POOR SERVICE PROVIDER.
