I Just want to put some facts into your notice, when i chekd my pan card status from the internet i found that my pan card ha been sent through First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd and as per there informations they (First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd ) delivered it to me on 8 april( with the bill no.ZB7997783) but i have not recevied any document on my address- mayur vihar 3, Gharoli dairy colony, A-809 new delhi (east delhi), near rayan internatinal school, and its been more than 20 days from the date of delivery.
so i want my document as soon as possibe, other wise i m going consumer fourm. IN NEED YOU CAN CONTACT ME ON [protected]

Yes i agree the first flight courier persons are not delivered to residence address they only delivered to business place which is convenent to them with other couriers. so if IT department can send by speed post that is benificial or change the courier.

    I sent a consignment on 16-Apr-2008 from Asansol to Delhi, as per transit time claimed by First Flight Couriers Ltd., it should have delivered on 17-Apr-2008.
    After a long followup from Asansol, Kolkata, Delhi I came to know that it was misrouted to Mumbai. They were not able to tell any status.
    Till now(19-Apr-2008) I doing followup with no result.

    I had made courier (Rakhi) on 16 August,2013 from Gorakhpur to Gajraula... Consign No. MJ0194309 and its 21 aug 2013, still not delivered... After 5 days your status is pending...and at Moradabad...it is not there...poor service and lying status..

      The latest update ::

      I got THREE email's from FIRST FLIGHT on FRIDAY NIGHT (11th APRIL 2008)confirming they have received the mail, forwarding it to the desk, request time for resolution and they are looking into the issue.

      IMAGINE A COURIER COMPANY which got an email on 6th APRIL 2008 is still looking.

      The entire system right till the grass root level seems to be sleeping.

      The courier was sent on 1st of APRIL 2008, The issue was reported to FIRST FLIGHT on 6th of APRIL 2008

      Today is the 14th of APRIL 2008.

      NO RESPONSE / CALL from FIRST FLIGHT as yet.

      i gave one cover (not mote than 250 gms) to their Anna nagar office in the morning on 26.06.2008. When I verified from the site for confirmation of delivery, it is mentioned as the acceptance date is 27.06.2008 and the cover was delivered at Nagercoil on 30.06.2008. Even the slowest bus will reach Nagercoil within 24 hours from Chennai. I dont know why the courier company is taking five days to deliver a letter. Nothing but worst service

      One of the worst courier i never seen is "First flight courier"
      Actually i sent a CD containing question papers to my friend (Consignment no c[protected] on Sep 19 2008 from Koyambedu branch- chennai who is attending campus interview in his college.
      But still he not not received as on (sep 25 2008).
      When i asked the customer care they told the courier is dispatched. when i tracked my courier with the help of courier boy and found it has been delivered to wrong address in Erode(actually i sent to sathymangalam)

      I am very much wondering how the same name, same door no, same area, same pin code present in erode.

      Actually this is not the "first flight courier" its "WORST FLIGHT"
      I finalised that hereafter i never send any courier through "first flight" in my life time.

      My consignment no is W42252726, it was scheduled to reach on 27th Aug 2009 and I do not recieve it, when I enquire about it they do not reply and status was showing that incomplete address and then I recieve it on 28th august, how come they know the address day after if it was insufficient( i donot recieve any call regarding address).
      Why I shud i pay 5 times more money for the same service if I am getting same service from other providers .
      I want the proper reason for the delay and my money back because it was useless to recieve courier day after.

      First Flight Courier's service is very bad, they delivered at least 1 courier out of 10 to wrong address.
      in my case they delivered my Pin to some other person, even delivery boy did neither read the name nor call to me and delivered it to some other person & place. in my opinion use Blue Dart or AFL for important courier instead of first flight.
      i advice to all bank and corporate not to use first flight.

      Never trust this currier company for sending any valuable things
      I am from dubai I purchased one bike from delhi and restored it ----it was a RD 350 (a dream bike for me) I spend lots of time and money to restore my bike after one year project my friend sent this bike to kerala (my home ) through this firstflight currier service ---from that day onwards I am following this consignment through phone because there is no update in website and they don’t know where its reached after 15 days it reached trichur and they said door delivery is not possible I arranged transportation and finally its reached my home in a bad shape ---the stand already broken tank damaged, bike was in full rain there is lots of water in the bike ---corrosion started and soo many problems-----so guys don’t trust this currier service

      I agree Totally with the views of the complainant and with the views of those who have made complaints regarding FirstFlight Courier's wors services offered. I am myself a victim of their apathy as i was handed over a parcel packet that contained only half of the contents. Though I was sent a shirt and a trouser from Allahabad, on the occasion of my son's birthday, We received only a shirt. The packet was already cut open earlier and wrapped with a polythene cover again. I agree that this the WORST COURIER COMPANY AND IT SHOULD BE DRAGGED TO THE CONSUMER COURT AND PENALISED HEAVILY.

      my parcel was sent from jaipur to davangere. it contain 650 gms sweets.My cons. no was R40/142706. when we open the parcel we found that parcel was opened and repacked and there was only 150 gms of sweet. how safe we are with first flight you can see from this example

      First Flight Courier — Worst courier, should be banned

      Yes, It is the worst ever and should be banned from service. Someone had sent me a doc on 31.12.09 to my Hyderabad address. On 2, 7, 4 & 6 date it is showing as address insuffient whereas I am receiving all doc/parcels whoever has sent to me that includes ordinary pos & speedpost. In fact In the same period I received a letter from Wardha in 2 days through EMS. But for these people the address in not enough. Next on 08-01 the status showing is house was locked. My house not locked, I think they simply did not take the pain to come and mentioned that the door was locked. There is no indication that they had came because no slip or acknoeledgement is dropped as normally done by every courier service. My apartment register also does not mention the record of coming. Most worst part is there customer care no is not reachable at all, always engaged. But i[censored] try after 6 pm, it will ring but no one will pick. I sent 2 mails to corporate & regional office, but no response. They even did not try to contact me over the mobile. All lethargic & nonsense people are working with them. After waiting for few more days I was furious to see that the consignement was sent back to the sender.
      My personal experience is use govt EMS or DTDC

      I can not understand NSDL take full charges from customer our side why not paying to you.

      Then I called your branch kandivali (w) at Mumbai on 08/12/2010 and spoke with Mr. Satish Sing regarding this matter But this guy not give satisfy answer to me .

      The "first flight" should be renamed to "last flight" my courier reached to the destination station on 7th Dec, I tried to call them on their main office at Bombay as well their Pune office . Most of the contact numbers available on their website do not work at all. Even after 4 days of reaching the courier at Pune, I am still looking at them to deliver my courier. Also if you send the mails to them at their offices nobody responds.
      My courier reached at destination station Pune on 7th Nov, I am still looking at my courier even after 4 days of reaching it at Pune. Their service is so horrible that most of the contact numbers provided on their website do not work at all. Also when sent mail to them they do not respond to the mails. The name of "first flight" should be changed to "last flight". Worst courier service I have ever experienced.

      I sent a urgent courier via Ref: number w12492304 on 2/2/2011 from Noida to Bathinda(Punjab). It is 7th Feb-2010 today and still we have not.

      I was being promised that it will get delivered on 03/02/2011, and even your website also reflects the same date of delivery while calculating the time.


      Worst service I would say, till 07/02/2011, the courier has not been received.Almost six days have gone. This courier was very urgent and wrongly promised it never got delivered till now.

      This company should be dragged to consumer court or atleast brought to media for cheating customers.

CC7860791 not deliver and when i check in internet the status shows party not available. but the factual position is that no any courier boy come to my home address, and when contact the noida office,no one willing to listen us and disconnected the phone every time when i try to contact.
      I have very bad experience with your service, i have dispatch a parcel on 08.06.2011 and they said that parcel will be delivered on 09.06.2011 evening or 10.06.2011 morning . But now 12.15 noon and my parcel did not delver so far . then i called on Mumbai branch they pick my phone 4 time but did not word with me . fifth time my phone was picked and they give me 2 another number[protected],[protected] i called on these no too but the same response( pick my phone but no ans) .

      First Flight Courier's service is very bad, they delivered at least 1 courier out of 10 to wrong address.
      in my case they delivered my Pin to some other person, even delivery boy did neither read the name nor call to me and delivered it to some other person & place. in my opinion use Blue Dart or AFL for important courier instead of first flight.

      I have had never such bad experience in terms of Courier Service, as with First Flight Courier Service.
      I have dispatched an urgent courier on 1st oct 2011. from Hyderabad to kolkata.. and still it hasn't reached the destination, complete 1 week is over still no sign s of DELIVERY, , ,

      first flight courier office in begusarai bihar is worst service provider. they even not bother to distribute the consignments which they receive.consumer itself go to their office and check it whether their consignment is arrived or not.

      after that they will say we cant deliver you consignment here, we ll deliver you at your house. then you start waiting and they will never come and even they send it back by saying you not found at address. such a pathetic service is of first flight begusarai bihar office.

      I have sent a Railway reservation ticket of my son through your courire vide docket No.J63174062 on 13.08.12 evening from Varanasi Branch to NBRC/Manesar/Gurgaon.
      His journey date was 17.08.12 at 10:30 PM.
      Due to non delivery of Ticket, he could not travel & come home to attend some urgent function.His return journey was accordingly booked by T.NO.14005 in 2A on 20.08.12

      Now tell me, who should be responsible for these inconvinience & monetory loss.
      Please revert back immediately. Else I shall be forced to look for consumer court.

      The worst courier services I have never seen these types of services ..As of now no response...
      We received a gift recently from the United States which we forwarded to a friend in Kolkata. The local courier office of First Flight asked about the commodity which was a wall shelf in the shape of a car and said it would break even before collecting the shipment. I informed them that it came all the way from the U.S without even a wrinkle on the outer box and that they should take the necessary precautions if required to ensure safe passage and delivery. Although the actual product was encased in thermocole it arrived at its destination broken in several places.. This is just not a case of negligence but o[censored]tter callousness on the part of First flight Courier. I think thay should stick to delivering paper articles if they do not care about their clients and their shipments.
      I would like to know how I could proceed or take some sort of action against them. There seem to be innumerable complaints against them on the net already. We have images available for use against them.

      iam sunilkumar sales exicutive of medical instrument componey, my custumer booked a parcel for 2000rs in first fright courrier from allahabad to trissur it contain medical instrument for repaire, unfortunately this item not deilivered in my addres for past two month, also they not returned to the party,due this delay iam not received my payment it also late, so iam directely visited from trissur to allahabad my custumer said you are thefted my instrument and balance canot wright here. then iam visited courrier main office they not given any repply. so iam given a mail to courrier care center they giving wrong information so i humbely request to take necessory action about my complaint and arrange the relief for my losts
      I purchased a product from Tradus.in, the product was dispatched from Gurgaon on 15/10/2012 through First Flight Courier to Trichy. The address mentioned was in the prime locality of Trichy and 2 phone numbers were mentioned on the cover. The courier guys recevied the product on 17/10/2012 and have sent it back to Gurgaon on 18/10/2012 citing as "ADDRESS INSUFFICIENT".
      Inspite of giving a clear address, the product was not delivered and has been returned.
      This is the first time a courier company has done like this. Worst service and worst people are working in this company.
      I have requested Tradus.in to black list First Flight Courier Ltd from thier courier list.
      I Called up the number[protected]customer care of First Flight for shipping), I got this number from their mumbai office, when I called them they transfered my call before even listening to me properly, atleast there is a certain method of answering the call, even that is neglected when what really irked me was when after two transfers a male voice came on the phone in a very sleepy state "Haaaallooooooo", I told him the same cliche query of my shipment, and he told me "Ek minute (he didn't talk English ) for a minute, which I did thinking he must be doing something... when he didn't talk for a few minutes I said "Hello" and he shouted from the other end - "To bolo naaa", I was taken aback with the kind of attitude he threw on me as he was the one who told me to wait and didn't even have the manners to reply back with politeness, I too lost my cool with this attitude & told him that he himself had made me wait over the wire, to which he unapologetically replied "To system chalu nahi karega kya" ... and hung up the call. I seriously feel that lot of manners are missing in such a service desk. As a end consumer I believe in respect but that doesn't mean to take crap from people lying down. Looking at the complaints list here, I feel the company is not taking any action on so called customer care people and have hired low class staff with crappy language. Their disconnecting the call and transferring it with the hold music in the middle of the conversation is irritating too.

        A courier - consigment tracking number -T67264057 was sent to me on 1st April 2008.

        I just checked on your site and it states that door closed - no timing specified - screenshot attached.

        A few facts ::

        01. My mother in law was at home all day.

        02. I presume no courier is accepted with a contact number of the recipient - why was I not called till date regarding this. In case my mobile is busy, a voice mail facility is active.

        03. I also beleive that when the house is found locked a note is normally left to contact - same not found.

        04. The courier has examination forms which I need to fill and send on an urgent basis to enable me to appear in some career growth course - Courtesy FIRST FLIGHT the same seems to be jeopardised - BRILLIANT SERVICE.

        Can the sleeping FIRST FLIGHT COURIER have the said courier delivered to me or do I miss my examination this year.

        We have to be delivered a courier No. F991q0963251 from First Flight Courier Services. However, despite never being it delivered to our house, the courier company&#039;s website shows it locked house. Their telephone numbers[protected] to Customer complaint manager &#039;Mukta&#039; where complaint is recorded, are not working. The courier delivery was very important but First Flight&#039;s third grade service has really annoyed us.

          Please avoid sending any important document through first flight courier. They are very irresponsible. I have send my original certificate from Chennai to Ghaziabad on 18/03/2008. They have still not delivered my courier. I have send several email to all their concern branch but they don't have even courtesy to reply my mail. When you approach local courier office, they are adviceing to customer suppor and escapeing.

          Can anybody help. how to get back my certificate.

            This is after I had follow ups with First Flight Courier service I utter my problem I am facing now. I am yet to recieve one shipment from the above mentioned courier service.
            I stay in Bangalore and my shipment is from Mumbai. As per shipment date it started from Mumbai on 8th of March, 2008 and today is 15th of March, 2008. I have not received my packet.

            I tried to call to Bangalore call center at different no, even cell phone but I have never seen such a worst pvt call center. They will not respond to your call or they will disconnect your call. So this is an issue, you will not get any help from Bangalore call center.

            I tried to contact the Mumbai office, some Rahul used to answer my emails and his only excuse is next day it will reach. He is unanswrable why it is delayed.

            Third, their site gives wrong information. As per their transit calculator, it should reach me by 10th Mach, 2008. Which is ofcourse no true in my case.

            I am attaching the mail conversation and the web track report from which you can understand how much they are harassing me to get my product. I even asked their CEO contact details, but not ready.

            I request all customer and companies who send their packets through this couriers please do not rely on them as well as their customer service.

            my friend courired a gift for me on 8-march-2008. still i didnt get the gift.even they didn updated my details in website to track the status.many times i called the customercare, i didnt get the proper answer from them. somw times nobody do answer the call. the same in anothe few secons recorded voice says representative is busy. i didnt such a worst customer care service.
            i am requesting you better not to go for their service. such a rude people i didnt met in my life.
            First Flight is the very worst courier service in India.
            The incometax department of India is despatching maximum of their PAN cards thru this service only. I wonder, how they get the contract to deliver the PAN cards from Incometax department.
            Their delivery people will give only missed calls to intimate you. If you ignore that missed calls, you have to miss the PAN card. Sometimes they will not even intimate you. Moreover, they will not deliver the PAN card to your home.
            Many of my colleagues and friends are facing the same problem with First Flight. Once you get the status of your PAN card is despatched thru First Flight, you should stop all your works, and do start to follow up the First Flight continuously to get the PAN card. Otherwise they will simply return the card after 2 days. Their staff will not give proper answer to your queries.

            My vote for worst courier service in India goes to... First Flight.
            The service is really worst service...even I too called on [protected]/2531 numbers but all the phones are swithed off.

            Consignment no FM0020646 was sent from nasik road (Maharashtra) on 15 April 2008 to Oman. And as told by the your office the consignment should have reached the destination within 3 - 4 working days. But as per your tract record the consignment has left from Maharashtra only on 20th April ie after 5 days. Also the consignment has been sent to Malaysia, further delaying the papers to reach the destination on time. This delay has resulted monetary loss to me. Take necessary actions to improve your service to save your goodwill.

            this is worst courier we have ever faced in our business life, the courier reference number was given to us 03109837 for the 4 urgent packages to be delivered from gurgaon to sydney, australia, today about 1 month passed and they have no tracking record or any other details for the packages,

            i recomond that never use this courier for international delivery or face packages lost, the complaint would be lodged soon with foreign department for their non professional activity and withdrawn of the courier licence,

            FIRST FLIGHT COURIERS — not yet received documents

            We are facing lots of problem with the delivery provided by first flight courier.
            Most of the times delviery boy doesnot deliver the documents / parcels to the concern people in the company. they drop the documents in letter box. inspite of informing them several times on telephone and putting a message on letterbox "not to put the documents in the letterbox, kindly delivery in the company to some concern person" they always drop down the documents in letter box.

            Very bad response and delivery from first flight.

            i would recommend that not to go through first flight courier service strictly...

            One of the Worst customer service I have seen in my life. I tried calling the customer care, some one lifts the receiver and disconnect everytime. My courier from Standard charter bank is pending for almost a week with a comment "Customer Out of Station". I don't know whos that intellectual from this courier service made such comment without verifying me whether I'm available or not. I got a contact number from my bank and when I try that number, I always get "Switiched off" message. FirstFlight is the WORST & Pathetic service in Bangalore.
            Courier sent on Saturday at 6:30 p.m did not reach the destination till monday 05:30 pm, when contacted your Faizabad office we got a reply that ' this how we work' and 'there is no set TAT of delivery of consignments'. My local courier company took a consignment at 8:30 pm the same day and delivered that at 11:00 on monday. When contacted your customer care centre and informed her about the local courier's service the response was, 'We do not compare ourself to local courier' . WITH THIS I BELEIVE LOCAL COURIERS ARE MORE RELIABLE AND FAST AND MOREOVER MUCH CHEAPER THAN FIRST FLIGHT, BEATING YOUR WHOLE CONCEPT OF SPEED, SAFETY, RELIABILITY AND ECONOMY . Atleast your contact people should be courteous if there is a lack in service.

Its really good that you have a separate link where you are all ears to recieve customers complaints.             I had booked the consignment # A27220134 from Hyderabad on 23rd Evening and it got delivered to the addressee on 24th as expected or may be more than expected. It was a very important document and I was really happy to receive such a good service from First Flight.

            Recently, one of my Kolkata colleagues called up me stating that all the packets/percels sent to me by them had been returned to them with the remarks " Refused to accept" . Then I talked to your Dimapur people . According to them, parcels/packets were returned to the consigner because the address carried post box no. There was an instruction from the corporate office not to deliver consignment that had post box no.

            What is this ? How do your policy stop delivery but not the accepting packets/parcels with post box no. in the address ? We strongly protest this . Do you think it's a fair trade practice by any standard ? Why do your co accepts consignments which you cannot deliver ? Because of your this act, our customers faced the hardship and we suffered lost of reputation.

            SO far i havent received the same.After having teletalk with their customer care i got really bad experience.The lady on phone call strightly denied that the consighnment was been dispatched on 15th.And started saying that the consighnement reached us today & it will get dispatched till evening.
            Cant You people feel the emergencies of customer who are totally depend on us?

            Don't expect much from First Flight Couriers as they are totally a hopeless service provider. My consignment (#D991Z4722315) from Delhi reached the destination city on Aug. 17th, 2016. After three days i.e., on 20th, the courier was "Out for Delivery", but not delivered. On 22nd, after online tracking it was found that the status is still "Pending - Address Insufficient". And on the same day again the status was updated as "Out for Delivery". So the question arises, if the address is "Insufficient" (according to them), then why the consignment was again sent for delivery. However, when today (Aug 23rd, 2016) the consignment was received at my end, complete address including pin code & contact no. was mentioned on the same. The issue is not all about delivering courier from a local hub just 3 km away in 6 days, but my grievances are also about no response to my mails by the "so called" customer care vertical of First Flight Couriers. Even the customer care numbers seems to be fake as no one picked up the calls inspite of making several attempts.
            That's all about it...!!!

While tracking, we could find out that it has reached Pune only on January 5, 2015 and delay in delivery is due to branch mis- match. Whose fault is that. It is already 9 days and it is not delivered to the Pune Address. Really pathetic. The courier person does not even care to call the cell no. and inform the delay. What a service.

                I have sent a Valentine gift to my husband in India. It was shipped from Delhi to Anand via this courier.
                I work in a customer service department in Atlanta, GA. I have never seen this bad service in my life. First their website said it was on the way to be delivered, then it said it was returning back to Origin because First Flight does NOT have a service station in Anand. Well then why they include Anand in their website list? Lady from Ahemdabad office said it has been returned back to Delhi. Now i'm checking their site and it said it was delivered to destination and signed by some name "SANTOSH". My gift didnt cost as much as I paid for international calls to India!!! I bet some probably got my gift and having a ball while I'm stranded and frustrated on the other side of the world!! They should just shut down this company!! They failed to provide accurate information to their clients.

                  I have sent one parcel from Cochin to Bangalore on Friday(18th JAN 2008) via First Flight Couriers.
                  The content was a jacket wrapped with a gift cover+ one B'day card.But there has some discrepancy found while received in Bangalore.
                  I wonder ,the card was missing while received, and there were no gift wrap at all.
                  This is very shame that such a big mistake has been occurred from a reputed firm like First Flight Couriers.

                    Hi have applied my mothers and sisters PAN card, and as per the PAN status they delivered it to my address on 26 Oct 2007 throught First Flight Courier but I haven't recived till date. I logged a complaint regarding this on First Flight courier but ther didn't replied for the same.

                    Also I have creadted Demat account on ICICI bank and they toild me the document has been sent to ur address through First Flight Courier on month of Nov and again 08 Jan 08. but the same , I haven't received these as well. While others documents are recived when others mails are received properly throught others couriers company. What wrong with First flight courier.

                    What should I do for this? These all documents are urgent because I have to pay Income tax and without pAN card I cann't do that.

                      battery was stolen
                      I had booked two thunderbird bikes (royal enfield) from first flight courier service from lucknow to vishakhapatnam .

                      When the consignment was recieved in vishakhapatnam the side lock was tampered and the battery was stolen .

                      Though these guys take full responsibility of insurance and stuff but no one comes ahead even in such a genuine case of stealth ...if it wud have been by accident it is understood .....but its evident that the battery has been STOLEN

                      AND NO ONE ELSE BUT SOMEONE OF THE FIRST FLIGHT COUURIER PERSON CAN ONLY DO SO WHEN THE BIKE IS IN THEIR CUSTODY ...still ther was NO ACTION TAKEN......

                      Every regional office tries to shrug of the responsibility from their hed ....they will make u call from your phone even for the matters regarding their internal affairs .........and at the end of the day no one even The Area Manager of the company wont talk to you properly regarding anything.......

                      strict advise for all of you ......we ALL SHOULD GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT AGAINST THEM AND SUE THE COMPANY ITSELF........

                      I agree with all of you.I am in london and i sent a courier to chennai which supposed to deliver in 3 days time but wasn't...when we enquired with tracking ID they told that the courier have no Recipient name on it and that is the reason they didnt deliver....What an irresponsible answer!!!!!.....Does anyone accept a courier with out Recipient Address on it........I have the receipt with recipient address which is given by first flight london office and that is my proof that i sent the courier with recipient address on it....what a rediculous service..very much frustrating.....i advice everyone, please be careful in sending the items through the irresponsible and cheater courier like this.....it is worth to go to consumer court on First Flight couriers.....i will support also.

                      First Flight is the very worst courier service in India. The incometax department of India is despatching maximum of their PAN cards thru this service only. Their delivery people will give only missed calls to intimate you. If you ignore that missed calls, you have to lost the PAN card. Sometimes they will not even intimate you. Moreover, they will not deliver the PAN card to you home. Many of my colleagues and friends are facing the same problem with First Flight. Their staff will not give proper answer to your queries.
                      My vote for worst courier service in India goes to... First Flight.

                        This courier service is so bad... it is a shame on people who claim to service people by taking money....
                        if the company cannot keep up the service and monitor their staff 's bahaviour, they should be out of business.. The courier reps are rude, use horrible language for a servcie which has been delayed...
                        I hope this complaint is seriously considered...and customers please ban the service from this company untill they rectify...

                        First Flight takes bookings for pickup and doesn't bother at all to report or even give a call. The service and the staff attitude is pathetic.

                        This has been my experience with Andheri West Office on Tuesday, July 07, 2009.
                        THESE ARE NONSENSE PEOPLE fit to be for just cleaning my bathroom

                        An important envelop was torn to see what paper is there inside. when they were asked why they have to open they said they need to see what paper is there inside? OK but they did see a paper NOTHING other than paper inside the envelop. It was a HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL paper and being so insensible, Mr. Suryakant from First Flight Courier, E-26 Rizwi Park, Milan Subway Road, Opp Deeraj Heritage Near Sane Guruji High School, Santacruz (W) tore the 2 envelops inside one another and READ the paper.
                        Later I called Mr. Santosh - [protected] (Area Head For First Flight Courier) He said it was the Rule to see what was inside to check if any Jewelry, cheque, Cash was sent in it. But Im thinking if it was Cash inside then would they put in their pockets??? Mr. Santosh was to call me in 10 minutes. But he didn't reply back. On what guarantee can we send confidential papers through First Flight Couriers. They charge a high amount that's ok but I need a security to send anything through them. People PLEASE stop using their services.
                        The most rude and careless ppl and co. in the whole of india. dont have any knowledge of the business ethics. and they seem to have the same attitude towards anybody. also, each and every person in this co. seems to have been taught the same business ethics.                             My father received a parcel on date: 31st October 2007, addressed to 5, Rajvi Park, Opp. Vidya Dairy, Borsad Crossing, Anand – 388001. The parcel was sent from HP Company, Delhi and contained Hauppage TV Tuner worth Rs. 5000/-. The delivery boy from your company did not allow to open the parcel till my father signed. But when I came back home and opened the parcel after my father signed your receipt paper, I found the box inside was tampered and the HP seal was broken and there was nothing inside. I enquired the HP Company about the parcel and they have confirmed that the boxes are sealed and checked before dispatching.

                            I had great faith in First Flight and was impressed by the services of your company till this incident took place. I still believe that you will take necessary step and handle this case seriously. I am looking forward to a positive action and reply from you.

                            I had ordered for a Transcend MP3 and got the consignment through First Flight and we got the parcel in tampered condition. When we asked this to the courier guy, he told due to security reasons we have opened it and took our signature and ran.To my shock, the parcel did not contain MP3 in it. When I complianed to First Flight courier zonal manager Naiem, he started backing his service and was not ready to accept mistake. I dunno what to do now ?

                              There was a courier booked on 11-Oct-2007 and as per the consignee they told it will be delivered on the same day.

                              On 12th Oct I called up the[protected] number to enquiry. They directed me to 080 – 41606060. Which in turn directed me to 91 [protected]-suresh. He then directed me to call on 080 – 26700948.

                              On this number (kalasipalyam branch, Bangalore), he told me (rudely) that you have to come and collect at our office today as we have all the deliver boys are on leave.
                              When I asked him the manager’s number, he told me that even he is on leave. So we can deliver only tomorrow by noon.

                              The point is, First flight courier management team should notice how a customer after so much of traveling from one number to the other just to hear a rude remark from one of the staffs of the courier.

                              If a company is not in a position to make deliveries on time, why do you take the couriers. This courier is an urgent and delay in this has caused me a monetary loss.

                              Is First flight courier accounting me to compensate this.


                              I am posting up this complaint in various online blogs for the people just to make sure that they prefer other courier service before first flight and keep this as a last option.

I was tracking the consignment and was given to understand from your coimbatore office ( tel. 2380208) that the consignment has reached coimbatore and would be delivered before 2.30 p.m. at race course. Most of the hub nos. carry no response or telephone swithced off. no one takes the ownership to ensure the materials are delivered on time.                               For last three week ,I have been waiting for my internet banking password.I contacted to respective bank ICICI and hsbc .They told that we delivered bit it returned due to unreachable address.But quetion is how I got their card .Here I contacted with courier person.but there most numbers are not working.They told that address was not approachable but my mob. no . is written on courier but they have not called me a single time.Courier company name is-Blue Dart and Exprex IT.

                              Could you suggest me right way to lodge complain against these service provider and problem that I faced for past 3 weeks.
                              Customer care of FirstFlight is horrible. They neither pickup nor keep their promise to call back. I would also like to know how to make first flight responsible for loss of business reputation due to delays. They say they have delivared the consinment with company seal and phone number. However the company seal is not my company seal etc. So much of fruad around.

                              Can Any one respond and guide us accrodingly so that, we sue the firstflight for all the agony and pains.

                              I had booked a consignment from Singapore to Ranchi vide airway bill no. A77932970. It has been received by me after a delay of 15 days.

                              Notwithstanding the above, on inspection of the goods, I see that

                              a) Weight of the consignment was less by 4 kilos
                              b) Goods were missing from the consignment consisting of 1 leather office bag, 1 hand watch, 1 shirt and other personal items.

                              The parcel had been opened by Mr. Awadhesh from Delhi branch who had asked for the lock combination of the suitacase for customs purposes and I had personally requested him to ensure that all goods were intact and only on good faith I had communicated the combination lock. However, I had least idea that good would be missing from the consignment.

                              I would like to lodge a complain against the esteemed courier company for such poor service. The lost goods were of the value of over Rs. 20, 000 and this is such a poor service from the courier personnel.

                              I have sent 02 nos sarees & with bill to Mr. Janardan Deo, Pune., Maharashtra from jaipur, Rajastan on 19/12/09 ( Consignment No. R[protected].But the sarees are changed & the bill also not received at Pune to Mr. Deo.

                              Actually my Debit card has been sent through first flight on last monday but i have not received it till now .its very important n need urgently ..i contacted customer care, they r not responding properly.Kindly can any one help me to whom i should contact...
                              I have to inform you I got very bad service from your rajkot office. I give you details as below

                              From mumbai it was sent on Date 19.3.10 when i call to rajkot office on date 22.3.10 they told me we got your courier but if you want in emergency then come and collect it. so i went to your rajkot office on 11 am and collect my courier.

                              From mumbai it was sent on 30.3.10 when i called them today on date 03.04.10 they told me adress was not proper so you will get today may be. I want to tell you from my mumbai office they send me courier 7 to 8 docement in month and they write adress by printout and you can check it has no any problem in adress. this is completely wrong answer and when i told them to complain her receptionist told me in gujarati do whatever you like. so, i have not any hope that my problem solve after complain in rajkot.

                              First Flight is the worst courier service I ever dealt with. I ordered one UPS from BEETEL and they send the consignment through First Flight docket number D48419627. However on inquiring status at First Flight website they wrote that consignment return to the origin as "Party Refused to Accept" which is absolutely wrong. Nobody ever attempt to deliver the consignment at the address as confirmed by building security also any attempt was made by them to contact me.

                              When I written to them the casual approach was evidence from their casual reply by copy pasting the status from the website. They do not have anything near to professional approach.

                              Please never opt for FIRST FLIGHT courier service. They promise you that your courier will reach by tomorrow but it never. As in my case they have to deliver a courier to Patiala which has been sent from delhi and it reaches to me after 7 days that too when i called to their office hundred times for continuously four days. In the end the person who was supposed to deliver me courier called up and said that his cycle tyre is punctured so i have to go to pick that courier. So, this kind of service they provide.
                              Bad Bad Bad Service...Delivery time is of no importance to this company..i booked a consignment on 11.09.12 and writing this blog on 13.9.12 at 3 pm.It was promised to be delivered within a day.The parcel is yet awaited and the most ironical part is that the customer care number is not picked by any executives.What kind of service is this????The parcel was booked from Faridabad to Ahmedabad.Band kar deni chahiye aisi company aur iske maalik ko joote marne chahiye.

                              I sent courier by First flight courier in November, the receiver still not received packet, while I am trying to call customer care no one is picking phone, please help.
