I sent a courier from First flight to my home town. I gave it to the First flight collection centre at Magarpatta city, Hadapsar, Pune. The lady committed me that the courier will reach in next 2 days and also weighed the courier packet. According to weight, she charged me around Rs. 90. Consignment lost and pathetic customer care

I have sent one gift item to one of my friend from Bangalore to Hyderabad. First there was no intimation on the delivery for 3 days. Then on my apporach I came to know that it has been delivered to some wrong address. Customer care in Bangalore or Hyderabad was not reachable over phone. I managed to get hold one of the numbers and got a new number for Hyderabad office. To my surprise they accuse me that i may have given the wrong address....

Very Poor service . No response about consignment

Very poor tracking service of domestic courrier. I have booked consignment on 16th Jun. It should reach on 18th Jun 2010 to Zirakpur (outskirt of Chandigarh). Courier not delivered and no response on inquiry

Based on my bad experience and subsequent phone calls to First Flight Courier to their head of international operations Mr Santosh, Mary PS to Dy MD and to their UK operations team of Suraj, Nagraj and George let me inform you that:

They forward our consignments to overseas address particularly UK through other couriers like DHL and TNT.
