I sent a courier from First flight to my home town. I gave it to the First flight collection centre at Magarpatta city, Hadapsar, Pune. The lady committed me that the courier will reach in next 2 days and also weighed the courier packet. According to weight, she charged me around Rs. 90. I have sent one gift item to one of my friend from Bangalore to Hyderabad. First there was no intimation on the delivery for 3 days. Then on my apporach I came to know that it has been delivered to some wrong address. Customer care in Bangalore or Hyderabad was not reachable over phone. I managed to get hold one of the numbers and got a new number for Hyderabad office. To my surprise they accuse me that i may have given the wrong address....

This has reference to the First Flight Consignment Number: C02329202. This is an eBay item dispatched by a Chennai Seller from CHENNAI on 02 JULY 2010. But, unfortunately, the parcel has not yet been delivered to me at KOLKATA.

Very poor tracking service of domestic courrier. I have booked consignment on 16th Jun. It should reach on 18th Jun 2010 to Zirakpur (outskirt of Chandigarh). I had to receive a courier from Banglore but First Flight courier did not delivered to me. Instead of deliver he told me on phone that the address on courier was insufficient and he has sent the same to the origin.

The consignment has been again requested to be sent from the origin. But still I have received the consignment. The status online shows "party is not available" whereas I was at home specifically to receive the consignment. No staff came over to deliver...

The firstflight docket no. which was issued on 14.4.2010 at Guwahati office. Till now we have not received the document neither we are able to know the status of it.
Today is 20th and till date the document has not reached if by tomorrow morning I'll not get the document then I have to file case against you as I am incurring heavy losses as I have not received the document.

We have sent one courier from Galaxy Courier service who is the agent of first flight on 15.04.10. His address is thakur village opp Hdfc Bank nearby thakur college kandivali(E) Mumbai-400101.But uptil our courier has not yet delivered and it was sent to Chennai instead of Bhatinda (Punjab).When we ask him,he is just ignoring things and it is getting delayed for which we only have to suffer as it is very urgent for us.br...

First flight claims the third day delivery but it delayed my courier due to which my application form for a job of asst. professor in punjab university was rejected. It is unfortunate that it reached to delhi only in one day, after that they delayed it four days to deliver it at chandigarh. I despatched it on 23 march and delivered on 29 march instead of claimed that 25 march.

Based on my bad experience and subsequent phone calls to First Flight Courier to their head of international operations Mr Santosh, Mary PS to Dy MD and to their UK operations team of Suraj, Nagraj and George let me inform you that:

i had sent a parcel to my friend as his birthday gift from sikar(rajasthan) to patna(bihar). I had been calling them to enquire for the courier but they said that it has been delievered but was not, then said it had been delieverd to a wrong address, again they said that it was delieverd n now they say it is lost.
