I agree to this. I am facing a similar problem with shipment of my playstation from flipkart.com
In my case they don't even know where the shipment is based on the tracking number provided by flipkart to me.

I have similar issue. My ref number is Ref No. EV[protected]. These guys are not reachable and customer care Hyderabad doesn't even pickup my call. I dodnt know why banks are tied up with this couriers. I have been trying to get in touch with these guys from last 2 weeks.

I would like to give -ve rating to this Courier company . Its the WORST courier experience I ever had in my life. First Flight should ideally Close their business. They are the biggest cheaters No. 1 FRAUD. My courier is taking a nice TO & FRO journey between Kanpur and Bangalore for last 13 days [from 17- APR - 2014 to 30-APR-2014] .If you call the Customer Care half of the time they wont pick up and even if they their Server wud be down and at times if its up they will update you with the same status that you get online, anything else you need you won't get the help. Why at all they get paid I wonder. Everytime they say PARTY NOT AVAILABLE thats the standard status update you get. Please I would request all consumers not to choose this courier at least and i[censored] want to be harrased then go ahead with it.

Through FIRST FLIGHT COURIER a document was booked from Kolkata on 03/04/2013 for Jalpaiguri. The booking agent has confirmed that the document, Consignment no.BE0579150 will reach Jalpaiguri next day and will be delivered by 4.pm. Next day it is told by them that it will be delivered the day after which is in normal schedule. The meanest part is that on third day they are again committing next day for delivery. Searched phone numbers on net and tried calling them and found most of the numbers are not working. We managed to call Kolkata First Flight Customer Care numbers and it is shocking to see the leniency of First Flight executives. They are so casual with their approaches as if it is your problem that you have booked a consignment with First Flight. Somehow I managed to get the cell phone number of Mr. Subir Sen, phone number [protected] (In charge for First Flight Courier, Dalhousie area) and requested him to look into the matter and arrange for delivery at the earliest, but Mr. Sen has started to explain me their working system. Talking to him was not at all convincing rather irritating. When I asked him why my document has not reached to its destination, he asked me to contact that person who has booked my document. It is strange to see that an executive of a Company could speak so leniently.
It is my one of the worst experience ever with any courier company. Reason behind sharing this bitter experience with you all is to make you aware of the fact that if you have urgency to send any consignment then make sure it is not FIRST FLIGHT COURIER. We pay more to Courier to get better service, not to buy harassment.

Hi Neeraj,

It might be happen with you if you are complaining . But you may contact to there seniors, They always provide the best to there customers. At haridwar you may contact to there Main Branch & there Branch Manager. By the way you hadn't come up with complete details of ypur complain like for which destination you wanna book your shipment, on which office you had visited etc...

I was supposed to receive my Foam-16 by courier which is dispatched from M/s Magnarico Powertrain, Manesar by 21-july. And after several contacts by me to the First flight, faridabad branch, I didnt get any response. And when I am checking on internet tracking, It shows courier is not accepted by party.

I want it by 27-july 2011.

As per transit calculator i must have received my courier on 30th June 2010 which was booked on 28th June from Mumbai...

In net it showing that on 30th June it was delivered from Hub at Salem..

But till date i.e. 2nd July i didnt receive my parcel...Its very bad on their part...

i had sent a courier through first flight from ur goa branch to kota in the name of M/s J.K. Stone & Marble Industries, E-7(2-A), indraprasth ind. area, road no-1, kota-324005 during the period 18/05/2010 to 20/05/2010 but the courier is not been received by the party yet.
i want to know the status of that courier as that courier is a c-form issued to the concerned party.

Courier was booked on 25 Oct, 2007 with First Flight Couriers Ltd. Consignment number is F30227912. Till date (on 6 Nov, 2007) the courier has neither reached destination nor origin. Online webtracking on First Flight shows that from 3 Nov, 2007 it is on the way back to origin. First Flight courier charged me exhorbantly at Rs40 (for 3 A4 sheets and 3 passport port size photos) for courier with origin and destination falling within Karnataka state. Even after several tries nobody responded when tried to contact their Customer Service number[protected]. Also made several calls to check the status to their agents mobile number and he promised several false dates. First Flight courier service is pathetic. First Flight has taken us for a ride even after paying so high amount and harassed too.

There is courier from Comibator to Banalore, it was courierd on 2/12/2008 but still we have not received it. would like to know what is the reason for it.

I too have been experiencing the same problem with this courier company. The staff working in the organisation exhibit indifference, negligence in a higher degree. They are most uncurtious and it is all, I feel, due to improper supervision over them which may lead to its doom finally. However, I don't wish it to happen like that and I advise the curier company to take steps atleast from nowonwards to keep a close watch over the performance of their staff..

I ordered a book from Flipkart that was shipped on Nov 25 from Bangalore. I stay in Coimbatore. This was couriered through First Flight couriers. The book reached Coimbatore on Nov 26 and till date (Dec 3) has not been delivered. When you go online with to track the status using the given consignment number there are various excuses quoted for not doing their job. When the weather condition was OK the reason you can find is far off area and the place of delivery is a huge corporate campus which holds some of the top notch multinational companies along with educational institutions, and hardly 15 kms away from main city bus stand. Anyway the other reason quoted is bad weather when there were rains for 2-3 days. Going to their website I tried the Coimbatore registered office landline number which was switched off every time I tried, then I called the Corporate office to get hold of the number, but they never attended the call and one time they just took the call and put me on hold for nearly 3 minutes and it got disconnected. I then tried the Bengaluru number and the customer care gave me 2 numbers for Coimbatore and hung up. When I tried them one is switched off and the other never exists!!!

I also emailed them both Coimbatore and Mumbai offices with a cc to Flipkart and got a reply note only from Flipkart customer care, but not once from First Flight. They did not even bother to reply to the mail that I had sent.

This shows the callousness of the people working in such offices, though personally I have always been satisfied with First Flight service for so long. As a brand they do stand for professionalism but I am afraid I cannot say the same for the local people working in Coimbatore.

All in all it has been 1 week (7 days) that the book I ordered is in the same city where I live and yet to reach my hands.

I agree with you there..I also had similar issue..I ordered a book from flipkart and unfortunately first flight was the courier..Eventhough I received the book, it took 15 days to reach my place in Bangalore which is at an easily accessible location..

On 6th january when I checked the status in the First Flight site, the reason that they provided was "House Locked". On 7th January when I checked the status , it said "Address Insufficient", whereas I have received hundreds of couriers at the same address from other vendors. Its also interesting to note here that the person who found that my house was locked on 6th January , could not find my house on 7th Jan. Also, my wife will be at home all the time and am curious to know why was the status shown as "House Locked" the very first day. I have followed up with the courier office and reminded them of the consignment every day , but no luck. Today when I checked the status again, it said "Address Insufficient - Return to Hub".

Please help me in bringing this to their notice as their regional office is not responding to my queries , the branches never receive the call and the mail to the id [protected]@firstflight.net bounces back.

I have sent one courier from Lucknow to Haldwani (consignment number MJ0663420) on Saturday (11 Aug 2012) using first flight service.
I was told that it will reach within 1 or 2 days but it has not reached yet. When I am trying to enquire about it using SMS, it is told that consignment not available. And when I am trying to call to customer care, it is putting me on hold for a minute and then the call is getting disconnected. What kind of service is this? I mailed to their cutomer care email Id, then they are replying it has reached to Rudrapur from Moradabad.

THE COURIER HAS DOCUMENTS AND KEY OF MY BIKE WHICH I SENT FROM LUCKNOW TO HALDWANI USING RAILWAY PARCEL SERVICE. IT REACHED THERE ON SUNDAY AND THEY ARE CHARGING ME PENALTY OF RS 10 PER HOUR FOR KEEPING MY VEHICLE THERE.I WAS PROMISED THAT IT WILL DELIVER ON MONDAY AND NOW ITS THURSDAY AND IT HAS NOT REACHED YET.

EVEN ORDINARY POST WON'T TAKE THAT MUCH TIME TO DELIVER. THIS IS REALLY PATHETIC SERVICE TO NOT DELIVER A COURIER EVEN IN 5 DAYS AND THAT TOO WITHIN SAME ZONE.
FIRST FLIGHT COURIER IS FRAUD AND THEY CHEAT THEIR CUSTOMER. THEY CHARGE HEAVILY (just double than that of DTDC courier, which is thousand times better than it). FIRST FLIGHT HAS PATHETIC SERVICE. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COURIER SERVICE FOR DELIVERING YOUR GOODS. Their customer care is also pathetic, they don't know how to talk to your customer.

The courier has been delivered today evening at 6:30 PM but I have to suffer a monetary loss of Rs 980 because of pathetic serice of First Flight courier. The railways department has charge me Rs 980 for keeping my bike in their parcel in their custody. Although the amount looks less but the first flight courier should learnt a lesson so I am planning to lodge a complanit against them in Upbokhta forum.
