Inefficient Rude Service

No response from their staffs

I contacted Trichy thillinagar office thru landline[protected] number was switchoff then i tried thru mobile [protected] first time nobody attended the call after sometime i tried somebody attended the call he said why u contacted this number who gave this number before i give answer he disconnected the call and then i tried again nobody pick the call....

Very very bad and worst service

Please never prefer this first flight courier services.Very very very poor and worst service than any other couriers.I felt a bitter experience before getting my card number send through this [censored] courier service.They told like they cant locate the address .so they send back the post to the bank.So Please don't choose this anytime....

poor service

third time i got shock from this firstflight courier though i am always available at my given residential address but always they return my parced with the remark not available. making complaint to their office is of no use....

Mishandling of Package
