demand money which is greater than the product price. I agreed to pay cost price of Rs750. Yet...

I contacted Trichy thillinagar office thru landline[protected] number was switchoff then i tried thru mobile [protected] first time nobody attended the call after sometime i tried somebody attended the call he said why u contacted this number who gave this number before i give answer he disconnected the call and then i tried again nobody pick the call....

I sent my Master thesis, projects and assignments for IIEE, New Delhi on 25th Jan 2011 through First Flight Courier Services Ltd, but still its not delivered yet to the institute. Its been more than 2 weeks. I logged the complaint many times to their customer support but still no reply from them and no update on delivery. Can someone help me. third time i got shock from this firstflight courier though i am always available at my given residential address but always they return my parced with the remark not available. making complaint to their office is of no use....

they refused to take my greeting card for courier.and misbehaved badly....
