[Resolved]  First Flight Courier Head Office — NOT CREDIT MY PF

Dear Sir,

I worked for

Hyderabad

3months ago, I have resigned the company. I submitted form for PF(Provident fund) withdrawal & did many calls to HR and Hyderabad PF office for my PF enquiry but still my PF is not credited to my given account no.

My PF no. is, AP/23645/1654 and Form sent by company on to PF dept. on 30/sep/2008.

kindly do the needful for my PF settlement.

I have received a documents on[protected] from Mumbai as per Docket No.ZB7840399 from your Rishra Branch, Hooghly District & this documents delivered by ARUN JHA on[protected] & he charged Rs.200/- from my daughter for any reason.

As per telephonic discussion with Mr.B.K.Biswas [ Rishra Branch Manager ] on 20-1-09 about this matter but, sorry to inform you that Mr.Biswas does not take it serious matter from his side. Mr.Biswas take this matter very easyly. Fist time when I talk with Mr.Biswas, he disconnect my telephone & I asked to give your senior authority, that I complain to them but Mr.Biswas do not give any contact number to me.

I asked why Mr.Biswas disconnect my telephone ? Why he does not give your higher authorities contact number ? Mr.Biswas know this matter from beginning ?

I do not expect that behaviour from Mr.Biswas as he is a Hooghly district branch manager.

Why Mr.Arun charged Rs.200/- ? you do not paid the salary ?

i have booked docket no J15301977 by your fazal ganj office in KANPUR on 12th may for shahjahanpur
but after one week our doc. will not reched in prppper station in kanpur mr. dubey and neetu already know this metter .dubey commite to me on 18th may doc. confirm reached at site .but on 19th we checked on mail enq. doc. position not confirm. on screen i asked to you why we send doc. by F.F
I THINK YOUR EMPLOYS WANT TO SIXTH PAY COMMISISION .becuse his mind is not work propprly to read the destination station. REASION YOU ASK HIM PL FOR GOOD FUTURE FOR F.FLIGHT
Sub: Wrong Delivery

Refer your C/Note No. ZB0711443 from Bom to MAA addressed to SKV Financial Services, 8/18, Naidu Street, Kotturpuram, Chennai which contains our TDS Certificate from HDFC Bank. As per your records it has been delivered to Mr.Balaji.
There is no one in the name of Balaji in our place.It is wrongly delivered somewhere, That we have complained in Chennai wide Complaint No. 1241501 on 23/7/2009. Till now we have not got the feedback. Requesting you to do the needful at the earliest.

I smt.Sabita dutta have applied a PAN card on dtd 18-08-10 from NSDL PAN collection centre Chinsurah. My acknowledgement no. is [protected] and they have despatched my PAN card on 28-08-10 by your courier company as per airway bill no.ZB3632860. After that dtd. on 3-9-10 I have seen in internet that my PAN card was delivered to C.Mukherjee on 2-9-10 at 11.30 am by your deliveryman but I haven't received my PAN card till today. I want to asked that why your deliveryman delivered my PAN card to another person . I want you immediately send your deliveryman to my address and get back my PAN card from the person and deliver it to me otherwise I will take legal action against your company. Consig No – CC6070633 NEVER RECEIVED. HIDEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM FIRST FLIGHT COURIER
Hi,
I would like to register a complaint for the non-receipt of courier having Consignment No – CC6070633 from First Flight courier. Added by the most unpleasant customer service. Following are the list of events which occurred:
1. On 23rd Sept ’10 evening 7 PM, I receive a ‘Missed You’ note
2. Within few minutes same day I call the contact number[protected] /[protected]provided but no one picks the call despite the printed call time is 08:00 AM to 08:00PM
3. On 24th Sept ’10 I call up most sincerely back to speak to a clumsy man to know that the courier has now gone to some MIDC office
4. She gives me following number 39557826/27 for further contact
5. I call the new given number to meet a woman who accepts my request to send the courier on Saturday 25th Sept ’10 between 10 AM to 12 noon. This was required to be done as I was in office then & have holiday on weekends only
6. Due to sudden work I come to know that I need to leave home at 11 AM on Saturday 25th Sept ’10. So as a responsible customer I call the same day to inform required change in delivery time but again no one replies my call. Time then was 7 PM
7. The same attempt is made on Saturday 25th Sept ’10 right from 9 AM to hear from the new person that my courier has gone to Borivali branch so I should call the third contact number 32208059
8. I call up to speak to the most unethical man to hear that the consignment number is incorrect. The same number on which printed by the company & used as a reference for past 2 days. On being little uncompromising the person DISCONNECTS THE CALL. This happens thrice. Then continuously the phone comes BUSY so I leave the futile attempt to get the courier
9. No ‘Missed You’ note left in case if someone tried to deliver courier on 25th Sept ’10 as promised. Does it mean the courier is LOST / SWALLOWED by First light?

*Note – Three different contact numbers given. All busy for long time. If received then are either asked to call other place / HUNG UP.

I request Citibank to black list ‘First Flight’ couriers for the awful service given to your customer.

I had send a document on 29-10-10 to bangalore along with Rs.2000. It was an educational purpose which was an emergency. Since i am new to chennai I did not know that i cannots end money. Later when they received the courier only the document is there and money is not there. I gave a call to the customer service, the no is:[protected] and she did not respond properly. So is this your courier service does. Your service is just cheaters. The document is also missing...Request you to take action regarding this.

I Monica Singh did course from HPES 2012 and the certificate was dispatched from your courier vide consignment No. J20477841 from Kanpur Office on 24 Sep 12 and the same was delivered to Mr. Rajesh on 25 Sep 12 at 1030 hrs. without having ID check and confirming the relationship. I had spoken to Kanpur Office and not get any solution nor getting any satisfactory reply. Please check the delivery note and confirm from the individual who had delivered the consignment and re-dispatch it to the consignee as per the address given on the envelope. Also confirm me at my email ID [protected]@rediffmail.com.
