I have ordered a washing machine on 13-Aug-2011 from letsbuy.com using 1000 discount coupon, it was mentioned on the site that it will be delivered with in 10-15 days, but today it more than 25 days but still i am waiting for the delivery.I usually purchase through online shopping this is the first time have to complain for any online shopping site.Letsbuy.com service is really very bad, they disconnect the call when we call them to know the status of our product.I think they don't want to deliver the product.
Therefore, I urge readers of this complaint to abstain from buying from Letsbuy.com unless they have money to throw.

    I ordered microwave oven a month back with letsbuy.com and they assured delivery within 4-7 days but I did not get any updates in 4 days and I started calling them. Finally they shipped item after a week and I got the item after 2 weeks of order.

    I was shocked because the oven was damaged and I immediately called up them. They told me it will be replaced, so they will send the courier guy for pick up. Again 2 weeks got passed and no one has come to pick up the product. I am totally fed up calling their customer care. They always give 100% assurance that the item will get picked up within 24 hours but their 24 hours never comes and 2 weeks are already over.

    So never ever buy from letsbuy.com if you want peace of mind
    Same case with me. I placed one order LSB-809864 on 26.01.2012. The status shows order shipped by blue dart. The tracking no, provided were false and fake. They provided tracking nos. 3 times. The 3rd time the item was shipped from Delhi to Delhi and received by someone named Vishal. Whereas I stay in Orissa. I have called up to them atleast 20 times and written dozen emails but with no avail. Planning to sue them in the court.

      I have very ridiculous experience with flipkart. On 28-Aug-2011 i ordered for Nokia E6 as my current N73 is having issues. Before placing order i spoke with their customer care and they informed me that item is available with Bangalore store and it will be delivered in 2 days, even thou official delivery is 4 business days.

      I was expecting the item to be delivered to me by at least on 02-Sep-2011. unfortunately on 02-Sep-2011 evening they informed me via email saying it will take another 2-3 business days to deliver the product. I have just cancel the order and i asked them to return the amount to my credit card account. they said it will be done within 6 business days. Hope i will get my money back within 6 business days i. e by 09-Sep-2011.

      Friends, beware of this kind of online product selling sites, it just to waste your time and money. On 28-Aug-2011 itself i could have purchased the item from Nokia priority dealer. Flipkart the looser.
      still waiting for the amount to be credit on my credit card account. Flipkart has enjoyed my money without paying interest for that.
      got my money back. First they refused to refund the credit store amount, i had to fight again with them to get that amount too. This is the story of flipkart.

        With reference to my Order No. LSB-325785 the order placed by me is for Nokia C2-03 (White Light Gold) mobile handset for Rs.3834/-. And my earlier phones and emails to you.
        In this respect I wish to inform to you that after continues pursuit of my courier to Blue Dart courier at the phone numbers[protected] and mobile number [protected]. It was informed to me that the courier so dispatched in my name has been delivered in the name of Amit. Thereafter Blue Dart courier has contacted me that they have traced the courier as it was wrongly delivered. At about 3 p.m. today (01/09/2011) courier boy come with the courier, the main packet is completely torn off. And the inner box is of Nokia phone of black color that has also been tampered with. Whereas the order placed by me is of Nokia C2-03 (White Light Gold) mobile handset. As the packet is completely torn off and the handset does not matched with that I had ordered, I refuse to take the delivery of the same.
        Please note that it seems to be some foul play at the end of Courier Company. As firstly they have informed me that the courier has been delivered to in the name of Amit. How it can be possible as it was not a simple courier that can be wrongly delivered there is payment to be made on the delivery of the courier.
        Please check at your end that details of the mobile set dispatched to me. Weather it was Nokia C2-03 (White Light Gold) mobile handset or not. You must have the IMEI number of the mobile you can easily check out the whereabouts of the mobile handset. You can easily check with the help of details of the handset dispatched by you and the one claimed by the courier company.
        Please inquire about the matter how the valuable courier and be mishandled by the courier company.
        At the end of the day I feel cheated and harassed.. I don’t think that your company feel good on account of cheating of you and your customer by your courier. You are requested to look into the matter and resolve my complaint.

          I have disgusting experience with Flipkart.com. Feeling cheated. Placed order for a new mobile Nokia C2-03 (White) which is readily available in the market. I’hv Placed the order on 22nd morning and it was promised to be delivered within 4 business days. After not getting any details of dispatching I have called up the customer care and the reply I got from their Customer care executive Mr. krishna is "currently item is out of stock, we will try to procure it by 27th and then only we can proceed."

          Flipkart is playing with customer emotions and time. Bad Service.

          beware of flikart they are cheating consumers out of their hard earned money

          shall never shop online ever again

            I had placed an order with payment of One book ( order No.OD[protected] ) on 28th July, 2011 on their web site it was mentioned that it was d imported edition it would be delivered within 7-14 business day.
            It means my 28th order should be delivered to me by 12th August,2011 But till the time the product is not delivered to me between 14th of August to 22nd August,2011 I contacted flipkart.com customer support multiple times telephoncally all the person responded witth different and contradictory information. But the fact is that I have not received the ordered book for which I have already paid them in advance. I wanted the ordered book for the preparation of my exam which is on 11th Septemger, 2011

                  i have purchased a HP 8 GB pen drive from flipkart.com on 16 july through online shopping.
                  Flipkart.com promises delievery in 3 to 5 bussiness days,but after 20 days shipment doesn't
                  delieverd at location.

                  I have mailed flipkart 3 times,and every times they say that it will be delieverd in next 24 to 48 hrs.
                  They are also in no mood for refund my money.

                  I've ordered a Sony Walkman NWZ- B152F 2 GB MP3 Player from www.flipkart.com , which was supposed to be delivered to me on 05/07/2011, but i haven't received it till now.

                  when i called the customer care, they didn't haven't sufficient information about the tracking information of the consignment and seemed confused.

                  After I've mailed regarding this issue to customer care they convinced me that the consignment would be delivered to me by 6:00 PM on 07/07/2011.

                  It is to be noticed that the promised delivery date is hardly meet by www.flipkart.com
                  I made the order on April 20th. Now it is May 5. My order was supposed to be delivered in 4 days. They are still not able to let me know
                  when I will get the stuff! Pathetic. See the mail below.. They shipped the stuff through a courier company which does not have service in my city
                  Trivandrum. Now they say its my prob and the stuff should reach back to them so that they can reship it to me.

                    My order no. is lsb-216404,i orderd Panasonic Corded phone and Nokia 2730 mobile phone and i got on 15th of july i opened panasonic corded phone but didnt bother to open Nokia mobile as i thought when my dad comes he shall open the seal but today when he opened the box (18 july) there was NO MOBILE AND EARPHONES in the box,i was very very shocked to see this,i hope this site need to do something as same happned to my friend 3 months ago,he warned me always open box and check same day but silly me who didnt hear him,now who shall help me?i am planning for police complaint for lost mobile but my money is wasted now,never buy anything at least u dont have COD in which you can check contents of mobile.

                    mobiles phones — Empty boxes

                    I have received a package without my mobiles phone on 04.05.2009 using DHL. The airway bill had the proper address. But when i went to get the was nothing in the Boxes. the were 2 Empty boxes and untill today no one says enything. was sent from HONG KONG to MOZAMBIQUE by DHL.

                    As they said. TRADESTEAD CORPORATION they sent the mobiles, but they cant prove.

                      I ordered a pair of pen-drives from letsbuy.com on May 5th 2011, and I haven't received them yet now. In spite of sending so many emails and even calling their customer care for many a times, I have not received them. Please help me get my products.

                      I have ordered a samsung chat222 order number is LSB-463471 on 9th october my transaction was successful and my account was debited for the same. on Monday morning when i called lets buy customer care they are saying they have not received the money in there account now what to do i am not getting any thing now they are refusing to give the same my money is blocked between there hand i have given them bank PRN (Payment receipt Number)4126367 a part from this i have given them confirmation mail also of bank for debit of amount were clearly name of lets buy.com is mentioned now what to do let me know. were should i make complain against them

                      Letsbuy.com — Non receipt of the order placed and paid

                      I had placed an online order for a Wespro Tablet on 8th of Dec. with Lets buy and paid via credit card. the product was supposed to be delivered with in 4-7 days , I started following up on the order when i did not hear from lets buy after 7 days and i was told by different people different stories. Once i was told that product is out of stock and they are arranging, then some one called and said they have the product and it is being dispatched. 2 days later i was told that the information was wrong and my product will be dispatched in 1-2 days . after calling up after 12 days i was told that they are sorry that they cannot give Wespro but they can offer another product which is similar and is of a higher value but they will give it at the same price to me. I was supposed to confirm my acceptance to them upon which they will immediately dispatch this brand to me.So as i had no option, having already paid for the product I did confirm my acceptance on mail 3 days ago. Up till today, there has been no mail/phone or SMS or any return from them and my product also has not been dispatched as per their website where i can log in and view the progress on my product. In fact i am writing to them everyday and they have not even bothered to reply to the emails.It is one of the most shameful behavior from a company which is being touted as the best in online electronics buying. The owner who is supposedly accepting awards for his business acumen should learn the first lesson of business- THERE IS NO BUSINESS WITHOUT SATISFIED CUSTOMERS.

                      I had ordered Mitashi Game In Smarty Ver.01 Handheld Gaming Console. The order number was LSB-916296*. When we opened the packet. The game volume was not working. We have been following up with the call center and they have been telling to contact Mitashi service center.

                      I already tried talking to the Mitashi service center number mentioned in the product brochure but the service center has moved. I ordered the
                      product just because i can't go to market. I have been following up since I ordered the product Online and there is policy of 15 days return without asking question. What is that policy when Lets buy call center employees have been passing time to delay the complaint for 15 days and then they are free from that boundation.

                      I ordered the game for my Kid and he is still waiting for right console. Could anyone help and get me either replacement or compensation for this product. I don't want to waste time any more with letsbuy finding them as if they are cheating and they are not concerned once sold.

I have similar problems dealing with big website like letsbuy and flipkart. they think that just because they have good prices they can get away with anything. I am really fed up with these people. they keep advertising on TV and make fools out of people. I have had better experience with smaller websites like www.dealsnow.co.in this is only for corporates such as Infosys and other companies. their prices are good, often better than letsbuy and flipkart. most importantly they care about individual customers like us and the service levels are pretty given that they work with only corporate employees and not general junta. dealsnow seems to have a lot of good deals like tata sky hd, flowers, lots of electronics and other stuff. even my friends at other IT companies use dealsnow

                        Let me start by telling "Lets not buy in Lets buy".
                        i ordered 4 stuffs (LG Optimus one,Lap cooling pad,8gb micro sd card,bluetooth[free with LG phone]) on Nov 30 2011.
                        Dec 5 th i got cooling pad and micro sd card[i was happy :)]
                        From Dec 7th onward i was calling "THE GREATEST LETS BUY CUSTOMER-CARE" daily some one will pic the phone and ask me to wait for 48 hours even to know the current status of my product. Till DEC 16 the same response from them.
                        Dec 17th i phoned customer care and asked "Please give me the product or refund my money[8999rs for phone]" they told ok refund will be done after 21 DAYS.Then i asked them to transfer the call to senior person. i asked his the same question. For that the stupid nonsense is replying like "DID YOU READ OUR LETSBUY COMPANY POLICY. WITHOUT READING Y YOU ORDERED THE STUFFS,WE DONT HAVE STOCK NOW SO U NEED TO WAIT OR ELSE WE WILL BE REFUND IN NEXT 21 DAYS". i would like to know who gave power to this useless waste[protected]---- to ask me like that.Then he cut the call. After some times he called me back then by GODS GRACE i got the product on dec 20[only the phone].
                        then i didn ask about bluetooth. After 7 days i got a call from LETSBUY and they asked ""DID u get ur bluetooth?" i replied "no" .Then i got bluetooth after 3 days.

                          what the hell is this guys... just got my mouse after a long delay and thereafter the product delivered is just full of . It is all crap calling them over and over again . They dont realise that is somebody's hard earned money ...all they want is just to fool people around!!
                          Did you try emailing it to them? You might want to say which product. At the end of the day, flipkart is a sales site which can help you for replacement, but ultimately its more convinient to contact the manufacturer's service centre.

                            i ordered a motorola wx295 which i received 3 days late from actual delivery date on 2nd july, 2011. order no. OD[protected]. the seal was broken, the IMEI NO. On cellphone and its box were different. the simcard slot was tampered apart from the scratches in the underbody. it had some messages stored in its phone memory sent from a delhite dated in september 2010.

                              I ordered Samsung galaxy s2 from Flipkart, the website was showing that phone is available and will be delivered in 6-8 days, from the day I have ordered they have been continuing changing the dates on the website even without bothering me once. When you call them up they say that they don't have the product yet and blaming Samsung for non delivery...there are thousands of Samsung S2 available on ebay but only flipkart don't have them. there executive consider themselves the biggest buyer of the phone even bigger than Croma (owned by TATA), no wonder!!!! if you guys are awake! I posted a review about their service on their website and they removed it.....so they are showing the consumer the wrong picture....wake up guys.....they want to compete with Amazon. Amazon is coming in India in December, watch out you flipkart's though you copied their model but execution is the biggest thing they have....you will go bust once they are in market, as you are losing your credibility day by day..the demise is near..

                              hair dye of June 12th, 2015. Shipment was done on June18th 2015 and
                              they had to deliver by June 22nd 2015. Now they say it will be delivered
                              on 25th June 2015.very poor service by Ekart logistics. Goverment of India should cancel this ekart logistics license as there is no contact number or customer care for ekart logistics.

                                I placed an order with the website for 3 books (Date of order - 13th June '11. Order no. - OD[protected] ) The email received from them said I would receive all the books in my order in 3-4 days. Their site showed that the books were in stock. I received 2 of the books within 2 days. I waited for a week for the last one. When I logged on to my account on the site after a week to check the order I saw that the book's status was showing up as Cancelled. I called up their customer support and they told me that they were not able to procure the book from their sources and have refunded my money. I checked their site and my book was showing available there but with an increased price! I paid 333/- for it and now it is listed as 428/- I asked the customer service about it and they started saying Maam you ordered the Indian version and that is the International edition. I put my foot down and told them that was not the case. My book had the same status when I ordered it. They then told me to mail the customer service. I just got an apologetic mail from them with the same excuse. They did not have the basic courtesy to inform the customer if such a situation had taken place. What gives them the right to make a judgement call without checking with the customer first? Really unprofessional of them. The difference in money is not my issue. It is just 100 bucks but Im really angry that they took a step without informing me first. They had no right.

                                  I ordered a lava M30 mobile on 25/5/11 pic of that mobile was white and no other option for any other colour was there I wanted a white phone so I ordered it to my surprise I recd. a black phone I felt very bad & then I called them & they apologized for it & offered gift coupon of 200 but I refused so they agreed to arrange for a reverse pickup and send me a white phone which I wanted but my poor luck they send me same piece feeling very awkward I called them again & told the details their customer support rep. told me he will check it & call back to me but no one called me so it looks I am facing punishment of dealing with such ignorant careless site I wasted my 3675/- & also paid call charges to call them several times so I strongly strongly recommend to all people who are planning to shop products from them to stay away from such sites which may harm you financially as well as mentally pls. all of you beware of flipkart

                                    I placed an order for Samsung Galaxy S II mobile phone with free accessories on 12 June 2011. The website represented that the Delivery Time is 4-7 working days. Very promptly, Letsbuy.com (Etree Marketing Pvt. Ltd.) charged the VISA credit card the same day! I sent an email soon after the order was placed enquiring as to the status. I received a reply from one "Kanika" on 13 June 2011 informing me that the phone and accessories were in stock and would be sent together. Thereafter, there has been no change to my order status and absolutely no response to 3 emails sent to them enquiring when the product would ship. I then called their customer service number and spoke to one "Shabeeb" who was not particularly polite. After putting me on hold for about 5 minutes, he informed me that it would take another 15-20 working days (i.e. nearly a month) to get the phone. I then asked him to process the refund.

                                    The dishnoest business practices of this company are truly shocking. They misrepresented the stock status at the time of collecting the order/payment and also the following day but have since then stopped replying my emails.

                                    I only hope that this company is not disnoest in refunding the money and I get the refund in time and don't have to take legal recourse to get the money back.
