i have used freecharge and got full talktime for 333 airtel recharge. but I haven't got the inkfruit coupons i ordered

Request you to pl share your order id so that we can arrange to send the coupons again.

As far as contact no. is concerned it will take one week for the no. to be dispalyed as we are few months old company and our call center is near to completion.

Freecharge.in — Fraud...NO COUPONS RECEIVED

The service is highly dis-satisfactory. I have been recharging my mobile through this website. Though the recharge is successfully done, I have not received any coupons till date. I don't understand, why the companies promise something like this when their whole intention is to cheat customers.
The order ids for which I have not received any promotional vouchers are mentioned below :

This is amar i rechaged rs.100 . money deducted from my a/c but recharge not done


this website or company is not belivable...
Total Fraud company... twice my account is not credited with balance... and the amount is deducted from the bank...
i recharged my no: from freecharge with rs. 100 and rs. 10 was additional deduction for coupons.when i checked my account, it showed rs.110 debited from my account, but neither the balance nor the coupons came.
freecharge is a total fraud..it cheats few of their customers and never return the money..freecharge shows this attractive offer to customers and steal their money by doing fraud.
its been more than a month and yet no money refunded from freecharge.
i recharge many times from freecharge.in but never lost my money and got free coupons regularly

This is w.r.t order # 2838764, I applied for online recharge of Rs. 50/-via freecharge.in for my vodafone number.using visa debit card.
The money(50+10, for Coupon delivery) was subsequently deducted from my account;
However, I didn't get a recharge in my mobile.
Now, it remains to be seen if they send coupons or not..

but as of now..a big thumbs down to freecharge.in..

As per our records the courier has been dispatched to you by first flight courier. However, as a gesture of goodwill we are resending fresh coupons.

i have been using it since February ..its awesome everytime i have received mcdonalds voucher frm them as i placed...even for my order id 2741462 i received t wrong voucher tat cant b redeemed at chennai.. when i mailed([protected]@freecharge.in) regarding this once again thy send me t voucher that can b redeemed at south region ...

yes its a fraud. i have recharged nearly 500 rs. for the first time i got 2 coupans and later. i didn`t receive any coupans. and they are charging 10 rs for every transaction. this is totally fraud. dont recharge from this site
I have used the free charge and have not bee cheated yet... I have even used one of the coupons too...
Its may be some error for the others but this is working smooth for me..

I recharge it 22Jun, and till 6 July i did not receive any Coupons.
I have recharge my mobile and order number is 3431617. I have not receive the talktime, please tell me if this freecharge is a fraud company. I have advised so many of my friends about this website but I regreting now..

i too have not got the coupons yet...being from the poor family i expected to go to macdonalds and dominos through the coupons i will get from free charge but the company has frauded...
