[Resolved] Hcl Laptop — bad service and not solve the problem | |
deer sir, i am using HCL laptop model no.--B30 C2D serial no.--3084AX358079. i purchased it from meerut on 2 june 2008. in my warranty period on 1 june 2009 i done its checked out from allahabad service center. i found the information that all the things right but battery is not working correctly. they provide it to me after 45 days on 17 july 2009. my problem is that it is not working correctly . when i charged it fully then it shows time 2 hour and 10 minutes . but during use it works only 1 hour and 20 minutes. i say to the company but the not give me right information . MR. ARVIND who is working in allahabad HCL service center, behaved me very badly. sir right now after the servicing their are many other problems are came in my laptop as like screen problem, sound problem, and some button problem. in this way i want to request you to solve my problem and provide me justice. i will very thank for you . thank you sir. Your service center is submitted my laptop at job card no 907636 and told me that your system PCB is faulty and need to minimum 2 week.
then I have told to your customer complain Contact [protected] & find Complain Id[protected].She confirm to me that your laptop will repair within one week.
Sir -it is request to you to repair my laptop within 4 days other wise exchange because my job is effecting.

HCL LAPTOP — not returning my warranty card
I have purchased a HCL LAPTOP around 20th of july 2009. It was under YOUNG INDIA OFFER. In that I was to get gifts worth Rs. 4000/-. But I did not receive any gifts and the registration is in my name but different address.I have complained many times but there was no response. In december 2009 they asked those customers to send there original invoice and warrenty card so that they can solve the problem of gifts. Till now I am unable to get my warrenty card back. Even they are not responding to my mails and call.
please help me.

I Sriram Panda Berhampur, Odisha Purchase a HCL Me Laptop from Visual Computer Berhampur in August 2011. The laptop show different problems so I gave it in Berhampur center in 1st week January 2012. It was returned to me in last week January 2012. After 2 day it show same problems.

HCL leaptop — problem not solved by service center
I had given my laptop inservice center(bhopal) for DVD rom not working properly. it does not read CD or DVD properly and does not burn CD or DVD. but after coming from service center the problems were not solved.
