HCL LAPTOP — NOT GOOD SERVICE

I have bought a HCL laptop which is not completed 01 yrs. I have found there have hardware problem and also keypads are not working properly. I have lodge a complian regarding the problem. They have told me to provide service within 48 hrs. But there have not any respond.

Please do the needfull.

I also having the same problem...i have bought a HCL laptop but I was missing the warranty card in the pack..I tried to log a complaint for 3 months over phone and email..but they they didn't logged a call...I went to their Service Center many times but they did't help w/o warranty card...nor they suggest any solution what I have to do...lastly one of my friend told to register an fir..I did went to the service center one day before my warranty card voids. It was surprised for me the guy told me that the keybord of this model have problems..they will replace the keyboard. they have replaced the keyboard..but after 4 days the same problem with the laptop. One more thing they have also changed my battery witghout knowing me..I told the service engineer he accepted that and told me that he will replac the battery with new one..Please suggest me what should I do..the problem is not solved and my warranty is void...please any one help me..should I go to Consumer Forrum for this.
