Sub : REQUEST FOR VISTA SOFTWARE AND USB MODEM OF RELIANCE

Respected Sir,
Good Morning,

1. I would like to inform you that I have purchased a HCL Leaptop (Machine Sr. No.5094AX399710 and Product Code AXCP3830A) from Digitronics Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. on 02.08.2009. Same day, I requested to the concerned person (Dealer) to install the Vista software in my Leaptop. But he could not install Vista successfully at that time. Further I would like to inform you that there was some problem in HCL Leaptop as a Blue Screen problem. Later on request he replaced the Leaptop. But he wasted lot of time on the day and kept in dark. And lastly, he installed the Windows XP on my leaptop. For which I had to sit around five hours at their service centre.
2. After this, I requested to the concerned dealer regarding USB Modem of Reliance Netconnect, which is free as per your scheme. But he denied for this clearly. This is not fair dealing as per law.
3. It is requested that please do the needful on priority basis. And give the strict instructions to the Dealers to behave well and provide the better facility to the customer for the welfare and goodwill of yourself HCL Company.
4. Further it is also requested that I may be provide the USB Modem of Reliance NetConnect and send me the CD of Vista Software at the earliest. Because I had requested to the Dealer number of times to install the Vista at my leaptop. But he always kept in dark. This is very bad for your Company. I had already sent the same request to you in your complaint box. But still no action has been taken from your side.
5. I hope your Company would take strict and quick action on my request. I shall be thankful to you for all this.

Reliance Netconnect USB — Non receipt

I cut a sorry figure due to my own mistake. I was offered relaince net connect USB with a Goa trip. I was surprised though. I had questioned the agency when I was contacted and I am told that reliance was their reseller. I was suprised to the fact even today there is no responce either from reliance / indiaideas. I have paid an amount of Rs. 3500/- but I think this is fraud. How do I getback my money? I have already complainted to Billdesk.com, Indiaideas.com and netconnect.in. The telephone number I was contacted is[protected]. name of the person talked to me was Ms. Sangita. I think all of them are college students, who are cheating the poor people like me. Even today the ad resides on netconnect.in. What do I do in this case?
Even I was promised on the same I know our Indian market cheating technique... but I was curious on product and service rather than offer. If you were promised for net connection for 3.1Mbps check out for that otherwise lodge a complaint. Goa trip is just a freebies to attract the market I am surprised even reliance customer service is not aware of the goa trip... I am fed up in complaining to others, fact is no one will help. Who is there to ask those and to take care of our money is simply getting cheated??? Our goverment is engaged in securing their own hands... Just we have to be cautious.

LEAPTOP (HCL) — NON RECEIPT OF USB MODEM OF RELIANCE AND INSTALLATION OF VISTA

1. I have purchased HCL Leaptop from Digitronics Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd on 02.08.2009. I requested to the concerned person (Dealer) to install the Vista and provide me USB Modem of Reliance Netconnect. But same day he could not install Vista in my Leaptop. He also does not provide me USB Modem of Reliance.

HCL LAPTOP — No action on complaint has been taken

I have purchase a HCL Laptop Model L 74, which is hardly 3 months old
Within purchase of one month laptop was not able to start. I lodge a complain on 02.08.2011 against service order no. [protected] and they have asked me to collect the laptop after 5 days. But till date I have not be able to receive my laptop after no. of follow ups.
I have purchase a HCL Laptop, which is now about to complete 1 year
my laptop was in warranty period and its charger had stop working i had complained to the customer service he had given me complain number [protected] and said that the man will come within 1 day to solve that issue but its been 10 days and no one has come to check my charger
