[Resolved]  Hcl Laptop — service center

Dear Sir, About two years back I had purchased HCL Leaptop Model B-23-C-20 from HCL authorised dealer at Lucknow which uses A.32.T.12J Lilon battery. This battery icon is always 'red' in the window. Using power saver option, the battery shows life. Kindly advise whether the battery requires replacement or is there any problem of charging. Also necessary charges may also kindly be indicated.

In my HCL Laptop display is not working properly... I absorbed that when i switched on its loading the os but its not displaying anything... what's the problem... can u suggest some service center's in chennai, other parts of Tamil Nadu

Hello Sir,

I had pc purchased on[protected] hcl PC in chennai the dealer is surya computers. Presently my computer motherboard was fault if i start systerm just 5 or 10 minutes it will turn off. The warranty is 36 months so kindly find this fault and proceed. No response in customer care.

Sir my name is chandu i gave my laptop for
service in a hcl store(near spencer plaza) three months back to
replace
mother board.There was no responce from the store every time i call
them they say in one weak it will be replaced. It has been almost 3
months the laptop was in the stores.Sir i would be kind i[censored] can take
an immediate action aganist it.My laptop serial no is3074AX391339.This
is the third time my laptop mother board has been replaced.When it was
replaced for the first time it didnt work a week also for replacing
that board they took 3 months and this is the 2nd time they are doing
the same thing keeping the laptop for more than 3 months...sir plz
take a serious aganist them i hope u will reply for my mail and solve
my problem as soon as possible

the services provided by hcl touch point hazratganj, luckow are worst. the attendants present there seem to be over smart and are not ready to understand customers problem. i just think that i have taken a wrong decision to buy this laptop whose services are so worse.

Dear Sir,
I had purchased desktop from M/s Talent Computers Jhansi vide bil no 148 of dt 11/7/2009 in Rs 31000/- during that time of purchase the dealer had told us that we will get two gifts as free i.e watch, carry bag from company side just we have to make one sms and so on dt 11/7/2009 we had made sms. but till date we had not received .
further i just request you to please look into the matter and get these gift courier to my address please or if any other enquire is required than please mail me.

hcl leaptop is the best . itz really nice and above all itz the only leaptop which can compete with MNC Brands. east or west hcl is best im very happy with this laptop very much i nused dell, acer .hp, lenovo at last i bought hcl and for 2 years nom problem .it dependz up on how you use it not hcl ka problem guyz.hw dare you tell againgst hcl .one of the best in laptop and pc

dell is bad battery problem .and itz too costly. dell had one case against high charges of laptop pricing acer is also not good .hp service not tat much good hcl with hcl touch service really gr8 my hats off to HCL people .and their inventions and ideas . itz true itz available in 4000 cities in 11 languages including urdu yar

sir I've HCL laptop model (p 38 pdc) in one year warrenty period
IN my laptop bluetooth deriver isn't install, when I istall the bluetooth deriver there is a massege on screen that put or connect hardwere of blutooth in ur system . while in latop manual book "P1" button presh for bluetooth ON or driver intallation.Im not understanding this problum.
so I requested pls tell me abt this model that blutooth hardwere is not in this system or some other problum .
Ive taken a service due to speaker problum from hcl service center BHOPAL after then this prolum arrise in my system and I not bring this system on any computer shop and service center .
