[Resolved]  Hcl Laptop — service center

in my HCL ME laptop display is not good...i just used it from last 4 month...and from last 20 day i see a thin line around 0.5 inch always blink on the bottem of the screen...so i want to meet the experts to solve these problem...so send me your service center adderess in Chennai(TAMIL NADU) and in Patna(BIHAR) also...as soon...its my 2nd complaint...from first no replay is there...and its argent for me...so send it soon.

not only andheri centre but hcl is all over bad and the it has become so irritating after by bought and hcl laptop the customer care hardly helps in solving the problem

The "P1" button in hcl laptop is to be used for bluetooth. But
the software to program this button is not being provided.
so kindly send me that software, so that i can use my bluetooth.

Dear Sir,

I have a problem with your custmer service. Since last five months i dont get any solution about my printer laser jet 2015dn.After many call at Vadodara and Ahmedabad centre, every time i got answer that today our engineer will come, they came thrice but problem is as it is, and i had also made my complaint about my PC's problem, they took motherboard and SMPS twice but there is also no solution.
So do needfull in this matter and tell your Vadodara and Ahmedabad centre to made solution of my Printer and PC.

HCL Customer Care/Laptop — worst service provider

I have been really frustrated by the service provided by HCL customer care to there customer. I registered complain with them for last 2 months regarding my laptop, but no action have been taken yet, other then giving fake assurance and mentally harassing there customer.
