[Resolved]  Hcl Laptop — PARTS NOT AVAILABLE

I agree, even i am facing the same problem with the laptop. they say that hinges doesnt cover under warrenty. and the sickest thing is to get new hinges they are charging 2100 + service charge of 1700 + Tax.

I have this HCL service and HCL Products.

i dont have lan driver with me. if im connecting the rj45 means it will be network is detected.

Even I faced the same problem with the hinges. It is a company defect but this fraud company is not willing to own upto it.

I paid 2100 as well for the hinges but they seem to have broken again. I THINK HCL SHOULD STOP MAKING LAPTOPS AND RETURN THE MONEY TO CUSTOMERS THEY HAVE CHEATED.

THEY GIVE INDIAN COMPANIES A BAD NAME.

HCL as employer very bad. They are showing TV adv. like HCL is heaven for employees but all is wrong.

I have purchased a HCL laptop model-T12C some months before from Singh Computers, Rajnandgan, Chhattishgarh/India but after some days a problem comes comes in there DVD drive & when I gone to that shop they told me to replace it, but unfortunatly thare small pin which is necessary to fix the driver is missed and that is not avilable here...so please healp me.

hai... i am prasad and i am from GUNTUR . I bought a HCL laptop 2 years ago .And my laptop hinges are broken and when i went to the service center they are saying that it will take 200 later 2000 then 2500 and they told that it will take around 3000. damn with this HCL laptop service and this company doesn't maintian a proper website for customers. i suggest you not to go for HCL laptop though it is cheap in cost it's response towards customers is not upto satifaction...

Hi Guys! Iam Sandeep from hyderabad. Even iam facing the same HINGES problem with my HCl laptop, many people advised me not to buy HCL but i didnot listen. I took risk and facing [censored]ing problems now. My HINGES were broken once, I repaired it at the servise centre paying 1200/-, that used feviquick and 2 screws and fixed it. it again broken the very next time. iam fed up. GUYS PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONOT BUY HCL LAPTOPS!
