HCL Laptop-AXML0301 — No display

Dear sir,
I have made a complain on 30/09/2008 at your S.Sarani service center. I was informed that motherbord needed to be replaced. It is a matter of regrate that one month have passed but the job has not yet been done. Please complete the job immediately so that I may not suffer further.

i have purchased in 14 july 2007 and after 8 months, there is problem in display when i go to service center and told about this problem they told that i am not understanding, if we will see now then we can take your laptop otherwise you go and use. after 1 month when the problem became more then i show them .then they belive and take my laptop .whe i ask what is they problem then they told it is only software problem it will take 7-8 day for repair. i tiold them that it is not a s/w problem you should change the display. But they did not do.after complition of the warranty period my display screen became totally blank nothing is visible.

this kind of service you are providing is not acceptable...just misguiding the customer..

I have repaired my leaptop 3 times from HCL service centre NOIDA, but it is not working properly yet.
It is my humble request to you, Please take action as soon as possible.

we want display and audio driver we did not provide driver.how can we get driver your suppot service are not working what we do send replay as early as possiable

Our Company give laptop to all agency manager. one of the AM have problem in his laptop dislay not woring properly.

He want its display repair as soon as earlier most.

problem related to screen display of my laptop




please tell me what to do in this condition . display is not working properly and i dont know where is the service center in bikaner, (rajasthan).

i bought a hcl laptop on november 2007. it served my purpose for 6 months than the cd writer started giving problems. and still its not working also the display goes off. battery backup is almost nil. i tried calling the customer service in pune but the no. does not exist.

i take loptap club mahindra from lucknow.but some problem my loptap,
1-dvd rom not properly working.
2-atumatically shotdon after 10 minutes.

please take action.

HCL — disconsidering of laptop problem

I give my laptop serial no-A084AX143127 (HCL-p28pdc) the hcl service center chandigarh on 14/10/2009
my laptop is in warranty period .they do not take any action on my complaint.this is the worst case of disconsedring problem.there is small problem in its display.please take necessary action on my complaint.
