I have not received any statements for the first month. I visited your milestone office Nagpur 3 times but they told me that they are facing printer problem and hence were not able to deliver the statements. Lastly I asked the pending amount and pay by check immediately.
There after I received the statement in the month of November which stated that there was minimum due 240 Rs.
I was told that the Mini card issued to me was free but I have been charged with Rs 223 towards card fee. I request you to remove the charges levied or take back the card.

I request you to waive off the same as I was not aware that I had over used the card nor was I intimidated for the same. I would suggest that in future please intimidate well in advance about over limit use.
I would like to have the statement for the first month for purpose of verification and maintaining my records.
I had talked with customer care personnel Ms Bhavana about all these queries and she had promised me to solve the same after consulting with senior staff but till date I have not received any communication from your side.
I haven't received my credit card bill for last 3 months. i recieved the text msg on my cellphone that my credit card bill is disatched.the msg is telling me that my bill is of Rs. 9311. which is very wrong as per my calulation. so plz tell how can i pay the amount before seeing my bill. It should be reached to me in time, so that i can pay my bill in time.

This is happening to me also. I have an mastercard through orchard bank and they were charging me late fees of 35 dollars for 3 months for charges 0.35 cents every month of Account secure Plus and never send me the bills for the 0.35 cents so they can charge me the late fee. Besides that they were not even supposed to charge me the 0.35 cent for secure plus since this my account was paid in full and I had a zero balance. They are supposed to chard .035 cent for every 100 dollars of balance that I have. Anyhow I got screwes in both ways, but I think I am going to complaint to business bureaou... They are probably doing this to millions of people.. so if you figure they do this to a 100 million people time 35 or 70 or 105 dollars depending on how long it take for the poor people to realized they have a balance in their account, they are stealing about 350 millions of dollars low key in 1 month for doing nothing. This companies should be regulated and people should be held responsible and put in jail They are stealing money and no one is doing anything about it.
I Laxmi chand choudhary is not geting my credit card bills from two month. I have complent three time's on your phone No. [protected] in jaipur but they ara not give me any complent No. They told your card No. is your complent. But my complent not solved. Hii.. i had faced same kinda problem from my HSBC credit card, Delhi office... after sevral complains to their customer care they didn't sent me my account statements... and one day i searched the head office website of HSBC in London and sent my complain in detail mentioning the cheapest services of their bank in india... and within next day they from london replied me back and said sorry about the bad services and asked me to send my complain in writing on the name of Chairman HSBC at their london office and my letter reached to them within 10 days and after that guess what? The Head Office of HSBC called me and apologized for the problems i faced also they deducted the overcharges they made on my account which was Rs.2000+ and not just this they opened my net banking account and since thereafter i am getting my account statement at my address every month on time.. :)... so dear fight for ur right... just find out your bank head office emails or address and send ur complain directly to the name of Chairman...
dear credit card department of hdfe bank, i syed devjani from patna and avail the facility of gold credit card but i dont know why the limit of my credit card has not been enhanced for last 17/18 months though i have been paying the monthly instalment of my credit card very carefully and honestly.kindly reply me on my email address with concreate reasons.thanku!
