[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Poor service!

Dear Shalini,

I again filled up the form at Jammu brach , but still i have not recieved the Credit Card . My Credit Card Application No. is 12114352. When i will get it . should i expect it in 2009. Mr irfan has commited the delivery of card before 4rth Feb but ...... Plz Help

Acknowledge receipt your latter dated 10th Nov-08 regarding payment received by you against above Card for Rs.6, 040/- & Rs.2, 856/- please note that the said amount has been credited from my Banker but you are showing the amount as Opening balance in every current statement, as per my account it should be the Finance charges/service tax/cess tax etc. I have already write you that if I received your statement after due date I don’t pay any Finance charges etc. and the previous opening balance or outstanding(more or less Rs.3, 900/-till date) made by that way.

I enclosed herewith Cheque No.178428 dated 24.12.2008 for Rs.18, 665/- ( Rupees Eighteen Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Fifty ) only in favour of ‘HDFC Bank Card No.[protected]’ drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. on account of Purchase Value of Fuel without Petro Surcharge Waiver as per your Statement dated 12.12.08 against the above Card. I also enclose the Xerox copy of my previous letter dated 25.10. & 30.10.2008 with Statement and Xerox copy of current Statement for your verification.

Now, you are requested to please acknowledge the same and settled the statement, if you do not agree I am destroying your Card and drop in your box along with covering letter to get rid of any liability to the bank.

I have applied for a credit card in the month of Aug'07 still i didnt get my card.
