I am applied hdfc international credit card before one month.
yet i have not received that card.

My self Vipin Mishra having a credit card no-[protected].Iam transfer other city many time i have large request but statement not recived my present address so balance incerase.
One day I have recived call collection team exe Mr Satish singh -Lucknow he told me your full and final staelment amt 1900/-Rs. please paid iam agree then satish told i have sent satelment lettler in your address.so i have paid 1900/- against recipt no-4758716 amt-1900/- through Mr.P.Sharma Gorakhpur, but till date i have not recived setelment lettler.I have try Mr.Satish Singh M.No but he not pick my phone.
So i requested you kindly provied me my setelmet lettler ASAP.

I am holding HDFC card no. [protected] and requested to stop smart pay for ICICI prudential policy no. 01931982. In this regard please find attached letter dt 17/06/08 which I have faxed on[protected] and[protected]Ref attached fax confirmatiom).
On 21/09/08, I have received sms that you have received bill of Rs. 18000/- for payment.
I have contacted your executive Mr. Vasant ( Complaint no. [protected])on 22/09/08 and he has also confirmed that my smart pay facility has already cancelled) Once again I have requested him to not to pay the premium and he also assured that payment will not be done but on 26/09/08 I have received sms that you have paid my premium.
Now the problem is that I don't have money to pay this amount and sent you fax to cancell the smart pay. Because of no money I was not willing to pay premium.
Please suggest me, how resolve this issue.
A early and favourable responce is highly appreciated.
