how to receive NOC after complition of EMI's for bike loan

i had purchased a hero honda CBZ financed by centurion bank ltd. on 17/11/2004. i paid all my EMI's without any delay on schedule. i just want to know how will i get a NOC as i came to know that CBoP is merged with HDFCbank...

i was the employye of hdfc bank , as insurance coex , emp. id was 64078 , and my salary account no. is [protected] and cust id is 26525740 .but branch manager of burdwan, west bengal , branch , named v.k yaadharthan locked my salary account without any reason but in my account available balance 9,311.93 which is came as my salary .

evenif i request him to close my account but he had no care to my request ....

and also i came to branch for more cheque book request and debit card pasword as i lost my cheque book and debit card password .

now my question is that why i am not allowed to operate my own account ...

i am sajal mandal, was the insurance coex of hdfc bank, at burdwan (west besngal) branch, emp id was 64078, branch manager intentionally locked my account in which paid salary to me from bank is avail till now . once i came branch to withdraw my salary by cheque but branch manager took the cheque from me and then he kept it to him and till now it was to him ...

why i can not get my salary ? why i can not use the account as normal savings account ? ( as i am not at present the employee of hdfc bank ) .

      Dear Sir,

      This is about falls information passed to me during my sattlement period of my credit card i was told i'm not require to pay the instalment of month jan 2010 as officer already taken approval for the same and now HDFC people are asking for the same which is really tough for me to arange it at last moment though i'm trying to do it but in this case i want a some more time to repay the pending debts which was written in letter given by Bank. kindly help me out in this.

      misbehaviour of bank person and collection agent
      This is to request you to please help me. I can't handle the such kind of pressure as imposed by the HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD COLLECTION department. They are calling me up in the morning and evening from 7.00A.M to 20.00P.M from the number[protected], in facts the collection executive comes to my home on everyday on and after 21.00PM. Apart from threatening and misbehaving they are asking me to come at the collection office. i already talked to bank person vikrant told him that i will try to arrange for the payment but now due to some circumstances i am not able to pay it. and i also asked vikrant to give me last time till 15.03.2010 i will pay rs.15000 and he agreed but the another person calling from the no.[protected] not giving his name but just saying calling from hdfc bank collection agency and telling me that now bank person will not be allowed to talk you have to talk with me and give the payment to me. speaking very very rough and indecent language and manner. they are continuously pressuring me, my father (age 70) and my son. i request you to please look on the above matter and give me some time and please inquire about the person calling on the phone. i am passing from very tensed circumstances and stop that agents from coming my home or calling me because i will make the payment to bank not that collection agents.

      Since last 2 to 3 days i m receiving calls from HDFC bank , for dues which is not related with me . the person Mr. Sumit wanted to recover money from me. his phone number is [protected].He said i used HDFC Cradit card , but i never ever hold any card belong from Hdfc bank , then plz suggest me what action i can take against such type of people of company.

        Sir, I had taken Unit linked Pension II Policy from HDFC Standard Life effective 22.10.2008.

        When I received the yearly statement dated 23.10.2009, I was surprised to find that only 60% of the premium was invested in units. The deduction of 40% was not mentioned in the policy. The agent also did not explain to me the deduction.

        I had written to the Company, who justified the deduction and directed me to the Insurance Ombudsman, who in turn reverted that the complaint is outside their jurisdiction.

        I request you to look into my complaint and pass a fair judgement.

          But after 1 week when I enquired they told me that the loan has been rejected cos my companys profile was not satisfactory. Please help.

          I submitted my docs a week ago to one of the DSA for HDFC Bank by the name of Credit Solutions in ITO and Laxmi Nagar. The person confirmed to us that it was a preapproved loan on the basis of my savings acct that will take 4 -5 days to process it. I am unable to get in touch with that man in charge. I dont know how my docs can be missused by that DSA for their own gain. Just wanted to raise a concern.

            I had taken the home loans from Centurian Bank of Punjab Ltd.(CBL) around 3-4 yrs. ago at the rate of interest of 10-11.5 % later the Bank is merged with HDFC Bank and rate of interest has been revised around 15.5 % and after some time reduced to 15.25%.
            And bank is saying that HDFC home loan rates are not applicable for CBL loans and I have to pay the home loan at rate as equal to personal loan rate. Bank is not ready to revised it and charging huge amount for Preclosure too.

              Pl refer to my HDFC Bank Quarterly statement in which the following amounts have been shown and same have been debited to my above said account:
              23/9/09 CCP D 200.00
              23/10/09 CCP D 200.00
              23/12/09 CCP D 68.82

              I have been contacting the bank since last more than 15 days . They lodged a complaint also. But thee is no result.

              Kindly look into the matter and effect the reversal of the said amount.

                Hi,

                Kindly note that 1 year ago 1 executive from charmwood branch Faridabad(HDFC Securities) called me up and told me that there would be lifetime free demat acount provided to you.now they have charged 551 rs for demat account.when I have gone to HDFC Demat desk NIIT Faridabad for complaint and closer for account no information given me and informed me that trading account no will be provided by charmwood branch now 1 executive call me from charmwood branch that all information will be provided by HDFC Demat desk NIIT Faridabad Branch now pls suggest what should I do.niether they refund me my money which they have deducted from my HDFC bank Account nor ready to close my trading account.
                I didn't use 1 transation from that demat account.

                i am in the stock market and i have got rich experiences in handling this kind complaints. i am, now doing the " consultancy in Stock market related problems" like taking the matters through the Arbitration [ADRM] and Consumer protection.

                for these above HDFC securities complaints you, all have to go the Nearest SEBI and file a Investor Complaint with the REGULATOR.

                the sebi mumbai email id is [protected]@sebi.gov.in and your local regional sebi also will receive the complaints. through them [sebi] and the Concerned Depositories/stock exchanges only can solve this matters. hence do it and get it resolved with the compensations for this illegal activities by this entity.
                I agree, these firms normally do that.

                  I have applied for HDFC car loan on 18,Dec 09. I requested for amount of Rs 540000. Initially they were saying the amount will be sanctioned. As per my booking amount the car has already arrived in the showroom . And my delivery is scheduled as per the bank payment. So as per commitments from bank the car delivery was scheduled on 23 Jan 2010. On 18 Jan 2010 I was told by the bank that they will be able to arrange Rs 507000 and payment will be done right away on 19 Jan. But still they payment to bank is not done. the amount of tension I am going through is out of speech. Now as per their employee the payment is will be done by 26 jan 2010. Daily they are changing the words.

                  The bank takes a longtime for approval of loan though they have received all the documents needed to sanction the loan. the vehicle will be arriving shortly . I donnot know what to do with this? Is there any idea ? How to get the loan easier?

                    Sub : Mental Harrasment by HDFC Bank

                    Sir,
                    I (Zaiggam Naqi) want to inform you that I am working in Dubai since December 2008. I received a phone call from HDFC REPRESENTATIVE Maahi regarding issue of Credit Card. I did all necessary correspondance through e mail. Credit Card issued by my name was received by my mother at my Uncle address in India. Since my mother is not much literate she kept the envelope containing card at protected place. On 1-08-09 my mother received one envelope through courier containing insurance paper.
                    After some times I received phone calls from HDFC regarding payment against use of credit card which astonished me because I never used HDFC credit card. After enquiring about credit card usage I came to know that payment of
                    Rs 25000.00 is done to HDFC Life Insurance Policy issued to me without my consent .This is fraud.
                    I intimated several times to HDFC bank officials regarding this matter but all gone vain. Now I received notice from Chennai based lawyer for settlement of case between 13-1-10 to 22-1-10.
                    I am in Dubai and as per my contract with my employer I can’t come India before 2012. This matter has puzzeled me and I am depressed. If any thing goes wrong with my life HDFC will be responsible.
                    I can send my representative to you and show him all doccuments signed by me and recording of telephonic conversation between me and HDFC Bank representative.
                    Take the matter seriously otherwise I will take legal action .

                      I opened an NRO account in estwhile Bank of Panjab, which subsequently merged with Centurion Bank> In this new bank, Centurion Punjab Bank, I had a balance of Rs 5299 on 1.1.2007 in my NRO account number [protected], where as minimum balance requirement was Rs 5000.

                      On 30.3.2007, the bank charged me Rs 830 as minimum balance charges, and this continued. To avoid further charges I deposited Rs 5000 in my account but deductions continued. When It was taken over by HDFC Bank on 1.7.2008, I had a balance of Rs 7117.82 but bank continued to Deduct Rs 827.25 per quarter from my account [protected]. On my visit to India in November 2009, I was shown a circular which read that my account dropped the stipulated Average Quarterly Balance required to be maintained for the account.

                      There is no mention of the amount of Average Quaretrly Balance. How I know what it is. I live abroad. I assumed that it is Rs 5000 and I deposited more and more money to see it is more than that but at no stage I was told that it is to be more than Rs 10000. Moreover the quartely charges of Rs 827.25 are very much exhorbitant and the Indian authorities should see that the bank donot charge that much money just for keeping a saving account in the bank.

                      Centurion Bank Account — Deduction against AQB not maintained

                      Dear Sir,

                      I had open a Saving Bank Account with Centurian Bank of punjab East Patel Nagar Branch and minimum quaterly balance was Rs.25, 000/00.
                      Their insurance sales person Mr Javed visited no of times regarding AVIA INSURANCE, in which annual premium was Rs. 50, 000/00 along with they had upgraded my account with zero balance for a year.

                      In between CBOP has been taken over by HDFC bank.

                      In DEC 08 I had given a letter to the Branch Manager regading change the minimum AQB to Rs, 10, 000/00.
                      But now they are telling accoung can not degraded. You have to close the account and reopen an other account as per your requirment.
                      Also they are not returning back the deducted amount. Their behavior is very bad.

                      Its the same case with me too. I am going to contact bank first.
                      It is really boiling that the bank charges such a huge amount of charges for not maintaining the AQB(Average Quarterly Balance), which is exorbitant as compared to other banks. The bank has revised its AQB since April 2010 and while carefully verifying the bank statement after having charged Rs.830 for 3 times, it is noted that the bank statement contains the announcement next to an advertisement. Whereas, there is a important section below the statement, which talks other announcement apart from the increase in AQB indicating the clear cunning intention of bank to make the customer oversee this increase in AQB announcement which is placed next to an advertisement. The earlier minimum balance used to be Rs.2500 prior to this increase.
                      This is a clear cut malafide intention of the bank to secure income through exorbitant bank charges for not maintaining the AQB - I need to close my account if the bank charges are not revised.

                      But my account have more than avereage quartely Balance
                      Please look into the matter or else i will complain to consumer forum

                        Hello all,

                        I just want to share my BAD experience with HDFC Bank regarding a new car loan. I booked a Tata manza car on 4th Jan 2010 from fortune motors navi mumbai for the deliveey on 24th Jan 2010. Next day, I went to CBD belapur branch and met Mr. Kaushik Das for car loan. He gave me all calculations of EMI, margin money, etc asked me for documents. I gave him all the required copy of documents and signed the application form. He told me in 2 days you loan will be approve as you are a existing corporate clients with HDFC and also using other HDFC product (FD, savings account and credit card). Next day i received text message from executive that my loan is approved and I have to sign agreement copy. I came at branch and Mr Kaushik introduced me to a office boy named Vijay (who I think is trained by executive for loans), Vijay took my sign on the agreement and also I also gave him copy of advance booking receipt which he said is required for disbursement form the bank to the dealer. Mr. Kaushik told me now the disbursement will be made within 2 days or most likely by Monday (11th Jan).

                        On 11th Jan, Vijay called me and asid there is problem with the dealer and sked me to change the dealer. I refused and said I have paid my booking amount and I will not change the dealer as it close to my home. I think bank executives have some commissionwith certain dealers so they push for them only.
                        I contacted Kaushik and he again assured that they will solve the issue and disbursment will be made by friday (15th Jan) and dealer will receive the money on Monday. Kaushik sent me a text message on Friday that cheques has been issued and dealer will receive it on Monday.

                        When I called Kaushik on Monday, Mr Kaushik didn't took my calls and replied with text message to contact colleague of him at different office.

                        I called this new guy and asked him about the disbursement, he said that he is still waiting for loan disbursement approval. I WAS SHOCKED that how Kaushik lied to me that cheque has been issued. This new guys (Santosh) asked me for one more day and next day he told me that loan can't be disbursed as Fortune motors has been blacklisted by the bank. I was totally frustrated by the time and decided to move to another bank because delivey of my car was on 3-4 days away.

                        Today 21st Jan, i applied for loan with another bank. Today HDFC called me and told me that disbursement approval has been made.


                        I still dont believe them till the dealer gets his cheque.

                        My Question to bank are:
                        1. If they were aware that Fortune motor was blacklist then why they accepted my application. I could have applied with other bank and saved 2 week.
                        2. Who is responsible for the harrasment i have gone through in these days bank or dealer. I think its bank!!

                        3. Why should not bank take strict actions againg Mr. Kaushik who made wrong committments and assurance to me.

                        4. Why HDFC bankk is doing promtionall event with Fortune cars on 23 and 24 th Jan, if bank is saying that dealer is black listed.

                        Guys please beware of the HDFC bank and specailly of the extra smart sales people who are over promising but under delivering.

                        OVERALL A HORRBLE AND FRUSTRATED EXPERIENCE!!!!

                          I am having salary a/c with HDFC Bank at Pune branch at Pradhikaran.
                          Later I shifted to Hyderabad & the new address at Hyderabad was also effected by HDFC in their records.
                          I had requested for a set of new cheque book since my cheque book was going to get exhausted.
                          The personal banker Mr. Venkat at St. Mary's branch told that the cheque book would come to me home address at Hyderabad.
                          After many days when I inquired with Mr. Venkat it was informed to me that the cheque book is lying in Pune HDFC & he cannot get that from him. I again reapplied for cheque book for which I received a letter at my Hyderabad add from HDFC that under KYC norms issued by RBI I cannot get more cheque books.
                          I do not know what to do since HDFC Bank is hellbent on harassing me for no fault of mine.

                            I had applied for Trading cum Demat a/c with HDFC Bank at St. Mary's branch at Secunderabad thru personal banker Mr. Venkat.
                            I have received the demat a/c bot not yet the trading a/c login_id & password due to which I was not able to sell my shares timely in the stock market. Moreover I am also not able to buy any shares from Market. I do not know what to do with this demat a/c when I am unable to buy or sell shares.
                            I contacted HDFC Bank for help thru their website which evoked no response.
                            Contacting Mr. Venkat at HDFC Bank is also of no help since he is asking me to directly deal with HDFC at Mumbai.
                            This is the type of customer service being provided by HDFC Bank when you request them to open a Trading a/c.

                              I am holding the HDFC Gold credit card No:[protected]. I have always payed my credit card dues on time but due to some urgent business i have to go overseas for 4 months from August 2009 to Dec 2009. when I returned in January 2010,i came to know my Card has been suspended for the reason that i havent paid Rs 1900/- in august which has levied with penalty and late fee to add up to Rs 4800/-,i was shocked i called customer care at number[protected] and requested him the detail of amount which on which the interest has been charged as i was sure there was no amount due...the representative rudely rejected my request and asked me to pay immediately... else face the consequence....i felt very
                              disappointed by his behaviour but i am firm as a responsible citizen i have every right to know what I am paying for , also no institution or organisation can force me to extract money illegaly .

                              You should approach the RBI with your complaint . i had the same problem with citibank, RBI guided me to write to them and they addressed the matter as well. Finally citibank apologized and returned the extra yearly dues they had extracted from me.

                                I took car loan on New Honda City in Aug 2003. My car met with an accident after few months, Insurance co. took sometime to settel claims in between my 3 to 4 ECS got returned. I informed bank the reason and was ready to pay By paying one instalment extra every month alongwith there bouncing charges extra.

                                But Bank sent some Gundas to my house for collection who mis behaved with my mom due to which I fought with the bank. No one took my complaint seriously and finally I didn't paid any instalment and asked bank to make full n final settelement. It took another 1 year and finally we compromised and paid all banks dues and took NOC from them in 2005.

                                After that I have taker one Auto Loan from Citi Corp in 2004 which is fully paid, One home loan is running with HDFC bank only and also one personal load with Standard charted bank where all installments are paid on time without any default.

                                Now I want to go for a new car but coz HDFC has given my name as defaulter in Cibil no bank is ready to finance. Agreed in that particular case I was a defaulter but Bank forced me to behave like that it was not intentional. I work for Reputed company and belong to good family background with a good track record accept the details mentioned above.


                                I would request HDFC to pls. look in to the detail and accept my loan application. if not atleast provide correct information on cibil. When Bank has already got there money why they are still penalising me even after 5 yrs. they were equally at fault......

                                  I AM SASIDARAN FROM SALEM..I hold a HDFC Credit card . i have made a MY ALL AMOUNT of Rs 28000. they said U will be receiving the NOC letter and No dues letter. But until not i havnt received any thing. The amount has been cleared and refleted in Statment also. Today i spoke to the customer service . they said they dont have the details of the payment. How come they dont have the details of the payment and other things. i need to file a complaint on this. please help me tos solve this.THE ADDRESS OF THE BANK IS GIVEN BELOW

                                    HDFC Bank started to harras consumer by charging on NEFT fund transfer . first of all HDFC are having less number of ATMS over city . So maximum tendency of anyone is to transfer money from netbanking . but now HDFC started to take unknown charges for NEFT fund transfer . Unneccessary consumer need to pay extra behind every transaction .

                                    They are already using consumer's money . Apart from that now they will charge on consumer too .

                                    Sbi also charging Rs.5.00 per transaction.no other bank except these two are charging.
                                    Absolutely right. I am using HDFC NEFT facility regularly. Now i am going to stop it to use neft service. why should i give away my 5 rs?. (I do value it as others do)


                                    I guess Indian Bank is also charging 5 Rs / Transaction
                                    yes... i was also charged Rs. 5/transaction. But only difference is i was charged 10 days after transaction. i am using HDFC netbanking...

                                    How can bank start charging for the NEFT services... currently they have started a minimum of Rs. 5 per NEFT transactions done...

                                    This is not acceptable... when we are doing the NEFT.. it is providing manyfolds benefits to the bank already and now they are started eating our money too...

                                    Through NEFT paperwork and speed of execution has already been increased and cost has already gone down.. now they are trying to make out profit against the same system which they have encouraged and never said that they have the intention of charging the same in future... please look into it..

                                    It must be stopped and at least for the already registered user... new user to this services can be charged by the bank by providing prior information... in no way, bank can charge the existing customer by their own when there is no such manadatory guideline from the RBI...

                                    Any such charges can only be done to the customer who have enrolled latter on and not to the existing customers... i know that bank might claim that the customer has given his consent at the time of enrolment of the neft services... but do you in principal agreed that these services should be chargeable...how does it matter which mode you are using for making the payment whether cheque or neft... in case of neft definitely bank are saving a lot of money and transactions execute at a faster rate without much manual intervention...i do not find any rational behind charging for neft

                                    As a statement of your bank, "Upto 1 lac of NEFT the transaction to other bank is 5 rupees".But you have taken 144 rupees from my account for the transaction of less than 20000.please consider this one, and reply me
                                    This is a matter of great shame that now RBI has joined with the Banks & started charging for NEFT.

                                    On one hand Govt. wants to increase efficiency, promote paperless banking & on the hand charging for the NEFT is ironical.

                                    NEFT has been so beneficial to all the banks by saving Fund transfer cost(Cheque, postage etc.) and decreasing workload but on the contrary Govt. is trying to mint the money and ignoring interest of the common man.

                                    The Official responsible for such policies are a national shame.

                                    Such people want to take India back 25years. Such Politicians/ Bureaucrat who are holding back 2G/ 3G technology to be fully implemented are the Enemy of the Nation.

                                    The correct approach would be to implement the latest technology with appropriate safety measures to bring down the cost of living; thus enhancing quality of life of the common man.

                                      I am using hdfc crdit cards but today on 20th jan 2010 i got call from their costomer execitive name Sameer from phone no [protected] and he abuse me and bound me to use such language also and this hurt me a lot . first they irritate me and next isult me . i want some concrete action
