[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Welcome kit
I opened a new account in your bank on 12 th August ( A/c no [protected]) but till date I didn't received the welcome kitI contacted your customer care few days back and after waiting 35 min I had a discussion with Ms. Anjana (Phone banking query desk).I was surprised to hear from her that my courier is returned back. I do not how it happened when I received so many letters/couriers from your bank on the same address of my office Hero Honda Learning Centre, Mahipalpur. In case if it happened THEN WHY DIDN'T YOUR BANK OFFICIALS COMMUNICATED ME THE SAME . THEY INFORMED ME AFTER MY PHONE. IS THIS TYPE OF SERVICE RECOMMENDATION IS FROM YOUR SIDE. In case of no reply from Mr. Deepak Parekh only I will go for the closure of my account.
