This is with reference to my withdrawal done on 5th may 2008. I went to HDFC ATM in shere punjab, as we had a function in my house i had to withdraw 27000 thousand rupees from my account number [protected],
1. I punched the amount Rs 2000 and money was dispensed bearing transaction number 3443, with balance remaining in my account Rs 58907
2. then i had punched Rs 20000 and received the money with balance remaining in my account Rs 38907 transaction no 3444
3.Third transaction, i punched Rs 5000, MONEY WAS NOT DISPENSED to me and a blank receipt was generated with depleted balance of Rs 33907 towards transaction number 3445, (as you can see in the receipt) which was over looked by me
4. I again punched Rs 5000 and money was dispensed with Balance 28907/-  remained in my account for which transaction number is 3446.
To My shock when i opened my mail box i got a mail from CITI stating my ECS of Rs 13163.16  declined after checking my account i was astonished to see the Debit of Rs 5000/- again. Now to the best i can do, I had attached the ATM slips dispensed by HDFC bank, (thanks God, i have not thrown the receipt, Which i normally do)

I had mailed CITI-Bank with all the ATM Slip Scannedand the reply from CITI was

Further when it was not resolved i mailed to Aditya Puri and there was the reply from Rajeeb Chatterjee

Dear Mr Sheikh,

We have once again checked the transactions that you did at our ATMs and have concluded that requested Cash was dispensed to you for these transactions .

From our side we have sent necessary confirmation and supportings to Citibank . You may please take up the matter with them for any further clarification .

    I had a HDFC credit card and there was o/s of 15000RS 18 months back. There was one gentleman Mr. Ratna Deep Gupta visited my place and i told him each and every nuisances about the case. He agreed that you will sent me a mail and i will settle the amount asap (becz the issue is at HDFC end). I forwarded him couple of mails and called him up but there was no reply from him.

    Suddenly one day, they sent four goons to my house and they threat my parents and try to hamper my image (in front of whole area). They shouted, like i am a person who ran away with their money. They tried to impact my creditability and my Image. This is not at all acceptable.

    After few days, they started calling on My mobile/landline nos. on a daily basis and using unprofessional and unparliamentary language. When we are asking them not to use cheap lang, they are giving us life threat.

    We had sent so many communications to HDFC/Ombudperson but not getting any reply from HDFC but still they are still calling me and giving me life threat / unprofessional and unparliamentary language.

    They had put a lien of my account and when i am asking for letter/communication/statement, they are not providing to me.

    I am in a Mental Trauma, hypertension and understress..

    For the last 18 months, i am trying to resolve the issue but they showing unprofessionallism.

      we are using your credit card machine, for my business transcations. The machine has not working from last month 15th
      but my transactions not processing, so please clear the problem as early as possible, if any clarification please return to the mail for the next processing

      We are using your swaping machine, for our business transactions. We mostly have foreign customers.In front of them we are feeling ashamed when they give credit card and when we have to say sorry.They ask which is the bank we say it's noneelse hdfc only. The machine has not working from last few months.I contacted ernakulam branch starting they said they will find solution in few hours after three days when i contacted i got reply is it will take atleast one week. When i asked for complaint no. after a long time they gave me that is 010 .
      So, please clear the problem as early as possible, if any clarification needed please mail us,

        Sir / madam,

        I have a saving account with Centurion Bank of Punjab since 2004, I had two problems with the bank which is not consideration to my repeated email and written complaints.

        First one, I have changed my mobile number one & half year before and requested the Melvisharam bank for up-gradation of my mobile banking to my new number. I'm complaining this for the past 18 months and no actions were taken related to this.

        The second one is my online banking for money transaction is blocked since the newly up-gradated service of CBOP, again, I mailed to the branch manager and he is telling he is not responsible for this and gave a written complaint on 24th April 2008. So far no action were taken to solve my case.

        I just seen your online consumer complaints and believe in confidence that your intervene will assist me from this deaf eared bank.

          HI, THIS IS MUKESH, IS HAVE BEEN USING HDFC VALUE PLUS CREDIT CARD FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS, I DO NOT GET THE STATEMENTS ON TIME INSPITE OF CALLING UP THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPT, WHEN I CALLED UP THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPT. I GOT THE INFO OF MY BILL N I WAS SAID THAT THE MINIMUM AMT. I HAVE TO PAY IS 680 APPROX. SO I MADE THE PAYMENT THROUGH ATM OF Rs 1000, AND NOW I HAVE RECIEVED A BILL FORM THEM, AND THE BILL NOT ONLY INCLUDES LATE FEES, AND A PURCHARE OF Rs 3, 800 WICH I NEVER DID I HAVE A DISPUTED THE AMT. BUT I DIDNT GOT ANY REVERT TILL NOW... JUST HOPING TO GET A REVET SOON OR PLANNING TO CANCELL THE CARD...GOOD CO-OPERATION BY THE CALL CENTER DEPT.

          It is so frustrating to see that despite requesting you'll to fix an issue which was created by you all, my credit card bill shows a finance charge.

          I have been paying bill in full without a fail.You guys created mess after March 09..& I have been penalised for the same..It seems that there is no resolution coming out.

          You have issued reversed the finance charges, service charges & at same time your charging the same ..declaring transtion to nill.ultimatly only reversing 654.67 Rs...and then surpisingly you are charging a finance charge if Rs-445

            I am holding a hdfc credit card and its limit was Rs 45, 000 and I have asked to enhance into Rs.1 lac .And they have changed my card to golden categuory and was told that it i enchanced and can start using the card.And iI used it upto RS68, 000 and when their statement came i have charged Rs.2000 odd as excess limit finance charges . I am sure i am not going to pay that excess charges .

              i steped into hdfc ATM within bank premise (address: #548/D, Maruthi Mansion, CMH Road, 1st Stage
              Indira Nagar, Bangalore - 560038) to withdraw mini statement i was amazed as wel as disappointed to notice that for my previous withdrawal frm centurion bank ATM which is now under hdfc is deducting charges for cash withdrwal ..

              i requested the guard(1 usually found seated at ATM) to provide me the wireless toll free equipment to let me clarify this with cx care. .1 guard(probably senior) standing nearby stepped-in & he rudely denied saying "u r late" its possible only till 3:30pm.. . I asked his name. he says "P K GIRI" now this guard was having gud mery-making time resting himself on railing, "no name" visible on his uniform, (no way i can verify his name) "no id card on chest" same scene is prevalent at ATM doorstep till the date of typing this msg!

              one gentlemen provided me cx numbers & infornt of guard i called cx care.. executive named Usha picked-up she provided satisfactory clarification including that 'all communication with the bank n frm within the bank is possible only till 3:30pm(mon-fri) n 1:30(sat)'
              now I conveyed abt the attitude of the guard . . .to register my complaint she insisted to verify his identity "now comes the trouble" since guard is aware that im complaining for his rude behavior he is no mood to provide his emp id . .rather he yelled at me in public, arrogantly shouted at me saying "I DONT HAVE ANY EMP ID"

              cx care executive on the other end overheard the entire conversation n registered the complaint against his uncivilized behavior

              but the guard is still hanging on at the same ATM with similar vibes. . i longer wish to step-in.. it clearly suggests that the bank management doesn't hav any room for customer's dignity

              today I visited bank, yet again, I found the guard who misbehaved with me has made a point to stare at me on my visits .. not his fault may be coz he hail from slums.. .I feel sorry about the authority within the bank who fail to initiate action despite my complaint & subsequent calls to cx care to inquire about my complain status (I didnt received any cal/mail frm cx regarding my complain resolution)

              On a cal made today(27/6 at 6:20pm) cx care executive admitted that my "feedback" not "complaint" would be forwarded to my home branch i.e, Aliganj in Lucknow, which will further take up this issue with Indiranagar branch in bangalore . .isn't it cool :) reason provided: "since I am cx of AliganjBranch, Lucknow" unfortunately till today I was under impression that I'm cx of HDFC Bank :(
              We Manjunath & Sadiq booked for a Dio Bike on 9th July 2008 in Cityhonda, St.Marks Rd, Branch, B'lore. one Mr.Karthik from HDFC Bank was following regarding my loan & i made my down payment & all my cheques also given to him on 22nd July 2008, when i booked on 9th they said you will get the loan by 3days but today is 31st July & i received a compliant from Mr.Saravanan Murthy (D.S.T Manager) Cityhonda St.Marks Rd, Branch, B'lore stating that my loan payment is still not released from HDFC Bank & they don’t know the reason why.

              I seriously don’t understand why you people are making so delay. If the problem is with your Executive Mr.Karthik means bloody [censored] off such staffs from your Bank or if the problem is with Bank I don’t need such service at all. Please cancel my loan and give back my down payment Amount what ever I paid. I never expected such service from your HDFC Bank. I am an Admin of Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd. We had a plan to open a Salary edge Account for Staffs of Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd But after seeing such service from your side I don’t need the Loan or any service from HDFC. This compliant is sent to all Pvt Bank’s of Bangalore all Branches.

              I have taken Loan from HDFC for SAP Certification of 170000 whcih had been issued to me in January 2008. But due to some resion I did 'nt attend that Certification and contected to HDFC for close this in April March 2008(Date -19th March 2008) that time HDFC Person told me that I did cant close that Loan before 6 month and I had to paid all six EMI.
              Now in Present condition i had Paid all six EMI properly and want to close this loan with returning this CHEQUE for this I contected so many persons of HDFC but nobody replied me properlly and they dont have have propen answer to close this loan with returning my cheqe (That was issued by HDFC to me ).
              i contect MAMATA in chandigarh, Ayesha in DELHI, Sandep in Jaipur, Nobody has proper answer .

              Before 7 days i had sent a mail to HDFC Regarding this issue . No i am finally giving a warning to HDFC.
              Close this Loan and stop the ECS Deduction otherwise within 7 days I will file a complain in COURT regarding this issue
              The amount of 112.36 Rs Has been deducted from my account as the IBT code i.e on 12/09/2008.can i have clarification on the same please..

              I was surprise, Bank are treated like a Cheater because bank are forcebly deduct amount Rs. 9956.95 without my knowlage in my HDFC Bank A/c after final sattalement of credit card payment. I was so many verval communicate but no resonce at you side.

              Complaint Details : THIS IS THE SECOUND TIME I GOT CHEATED BY HDFC BANK.WE HAVE MORE THEN 5000 ACCOUNT OF EMPLOYEES OF MY COMPANY IN HDFC BANK Consequences : yestreday when after takig fuel from a pertol pump, i had give my debit card to service people for swipping the card, petrol pump person returned it back to me saying insufficient funs in the account. i got shocked because was having inr9960.00 in my HDFC account and was not acrrying enough cash with me..
              Kindly reverse my payment otherwise I go to consumer Court.

                Not providing loose check leafs

                I have applied for the check book with HDFC banks online portal and that showed me that it would take 4 days to get the check book, now when I called their customer service and they are telling me that it would take 7 working days. I need 5 checks urgently when I approached the bank they are telling me that they could not provide any loose leafs and the check book will take 7 working days, I am getting loses in my business....

                I had applied for HDFC bank credit card after some executive from bank visited our office. I specifically asked that officer, whether this is life time free card, he said YES. I applied for card and after 15-20 days, I got the card containing one credit card and another MINI card. I kept both the things aside. On 18th June 2008, I got bill for rs. 111.23. I approached ms geetanjali at their Jaipur office and Ms Bhavna at Delhi and lodged the complaint, they have also confirmed that this is wrong from bank side and the same shall be cancelled. As this is second cheat from HDFC bank, I streight forward requested them the tell me the procedure to cancel these two cards. As per them, I am destroying these two cards and submitting to your chennai address. Please cancel the same and confirm to me within 15 days i.e. by 5th July2008 that you have cancelled the same.
                If I shall not receive the reply from your HDFC Bank Credit card section by 5th July, 2008, I shall constrained to write to consumer grievence cell posotively.

                I am YogeshKumar Shukla From Amreli (Gujrat), I have hdfcbank visagold credit card at least one year. during this time I tranject only Shree Krishna trading co. Ahmedabad, but some unauthorise use could have been used my cards through internet so I have lost atleast 20 thousand indian Rs. I Acomplain submitted by me at Ahmedabad Office through post and At chennai Office via email sinse tow months ago but still no proper reply by bank authority and bank never speak about my lost money so now what can I do please tell me my mob no is [protected]

                  Dear Sir,

                  I am Sarfaraz Inamdar having saving account ([protected]) in your bank also Credit Card ([protected]) Link with the above account no.

                  My query is on 17/06/2008 I had called up on the credit customer service no.[protected] on the other side Mr. Umar has picked up the phone. I tell him I had Rs 12000/- as Cash Credit limit in my credit card as on date If i withdraw Rs. 10000/- from it then what are the charges has to be applicable for me.

                  After listening to my query he had suggest me to go for the COC (Cash on Call) system of HDFC Bank on credit card, I agreed what explanation given by him on COC and I told him that I go for the same for Rs. 10000/- but at the same time I had enquired him about the billing cycle of my credit card which is on 18/06/2008, I also enquired him that if I had take COC today (i.e. 17/06/2008) then it’s EMI I had to pay on 8th of July 2008 (because my billing cycle is 18/06/2008) then I would not agreed for today and I’ll call you on 19/06/2008 but he told me that no sir the EMI would be reflect on your August statement (i.e the date of EMI is 8th August, 2008 for confirmation please you can check your recording system).

                  Now the matter is when I had download the June’s statement to pay my dues (Actual Amt Rs. 3394/-) the statement reflect the dues is Rs. 4270.12 which included the EMI of COC which has to be actually reflect on July’s statement.

                  Also the statement shows the EMI, Processing Fees and Service Tax deduction date 19/06/2008, which I didn’t get.

                  Regarding the above I had contact with your 3 customer executive, details of calling date, executive name and the complaint no. given by them is below.

                  you already hold my hdfc saving account with out inform me .i m ready to pay these amount in installment only .if i m not interested to pay these bill, why i deposit my amount in the hdfc bank.
                  u dont have any right to hold my account . i[censored] r interested in sattilment please revert the mail otherwise we will meet in consumer court .

                    I had applied for a loan against property from Centurion bank of punjab Phase 7 Mohali, Punjab.I was promised a loan of 12 lac, which after taking a processing fee of RS. 5000, -(Part of total fees) vide "yourself" ch. number 203679 from C.B.O.P. account which was credited to C.B.O.P. on 29.4.2008.Then the bank started adding lot of other charges to the offer they had given earlier, saying that the bank is getting merged with HDFC, and hence there will be new additional charges. For which I refused and hence the loan was cancelled. I was promissed refund of my processing fee...
                    I have followed up regouriousely for my refund, but as on today havent got it. Neither the bank official Mr.Amarjeet or Mr.Deepak who were running around me for taking loan at the time of application are even approachable.

                    I am fed up of this bank and the service.I want to complain seriously against the bank and the officials, so as to get the refund at earliest, and in order to avoid others falling into trap of these officals/bank.

                    I had applied for a loan against property from Centurion bank of punjab Thakur Village, Kandivali East branch.I was promised a loan of 1CR, which after taking a processing fee of RS20000(Part of total fees), was reduced to RS35Lacs.Since I had already paid processing fees, after making too much noise, finally I agreed to accept it.Then the bank started adding lot of other charges to the ofer they had given earlier, saying that the bank is getting merged with HDFC, and hence there will be new additional charges.For which I refused and hence the loan was cancelled.Loan cancellation was done on 5th April08, and I was promissed refund of my processing fee after deducting RS2000, that makes it RS18000.00, within 5 working days.
                    I have followed up regouriousely for my refund, but as on today havent got it.Neither the bank official Mr.Anant or Mr.Surya, who were running around me for taking loan at the time of application are even approachable.

                      I was Having HDFC gold credit card bearing no. [protected] which was permanently suspended in 2007 january after the settlement of RS.8000 with the bank .This 8000 were paid by me in four installments with one the installment late by one month as bank executive didnt turned upto collect the fourth installment as per commitment.
                      After paying the last installment i got call after two months that i am having some outstanding of Rs.450/- due to late payment after paying that they told me that i will get the NOC within one month which i didnt got till date, and this become their routine that they called me evry month and took money from me and promise to send the NOC and in feburary 2008 i paid Rs. 1340/- and i was told that this is my last payment to close my account which i took in writing from the collection executive, i paid around 12000/ after the settlemnet of 8000/- still i am getting harrasmet from the collection ageencies and their goons are coming to my home and till date i havent recieved any NOC.

                      HDFC Credit Card — Cheating and Harrasment

                      my credit card no. is [protected], was having a settlement of Rs 8000 n i paid around 12ooo/- in installments as i didnt recorded any payment.
                      After that in Feb 08 i paid Rs 1340/- and took in writing from the collection executive that my account is cleared.
                      But after 4 months i again started recieving threatning calls and the collection goons started visiting for collection which i refused. The bank didnot sent any NOC after being called for that and also they refused the signed document of their collection executive.
                      I have received Gold International credit card No. [protected] from HDFC bank. At the time of form filling HDFC executive told me the credit card is come with petrol card with cash back offer, accordingly I filled the form for credit card. And same I got within fifteen days time. But when same thing I confirmed from customer care center they simply say to me this offer is not for your credit card

                      I mrs sharmila jitendra chavan regular customer of your bank i am having value plus credit card i am using it without fail every month and the amount of bill also i paid before due date in the prevoius month i paid the bill amount directly as i was not having balance in my account i gave a cheque also but the bank charged by me fine of bounced cheque as i need not have to pay for anything even though i paid that charge but this month again the bounce cheque charge came so i find it very difficult to manage and in the kalyan branch they are not giving proper guidence also as if we are doing something crime by using the bank products. please help me out in this matter. my card no:[protected].

                      I regret that I am not getting any proper response but still I am ready to settle the ful and final amount once.

                        I have settled my Credit Card with waiver and again paid all waiver as per the following dates:

                        1. Settlement letter issued on 18/10/2006 and I have paid the same as per the settlement letter
                        2. Paid all dues on 16/04/2008

                        Please find below the facts behind this:

                        1.One of their representative approached me in october 2006 and offered the settlement with some waiver, based on that I have paid the same.But they have listed my name in the CIBIL as defaulter.

                        2. I have approached them in February 2008, and send a lot of mails they are not responded, finally they wants me to pay the waiver+interest+late payment+overdue, etc.etc to the tune of Rs.36, 000/- and cleverly they have not given any written instructions, they informed over phone only and confirmed to remove the name within 7 days from the date of credit.

                        3. I had no option, because I was tremendous financial crunch, I have paid the same on 16/04/2008 and mailed them the scan copy on same day and made of lot of calls to their collection centre & customer service, but no response from them.

                        5. Finally, after lot reminders they have issued the No due letter on 25/04/08 and confirmed me that my name would be removed from CIBIL within 15 days. But so far it was happened

                        6. After several mails & calls to the customer service, today I have received a mail from them stating that I need to wait another 60 days for this regard.

                        Please suggest What I am going to do next, shall I file a complain with proofs I have and claim for the compensation.

He is bad to women and they are harrassed by him. Kindly take action or else we will bring out a special negative feature in our National Paper

                              I am not quite sure about the clerk, but the bank is absolutely inefficient,
                              I applied for a personal loan over there, i had to take a half day leave to submit the papers even after repeated calls no one collected the pappers, and after all that Mr .farakh(who is incharge i guess), cancelled the loan telling me that i was not at home for the enquiry,
                              how the hell can i sit at home for the enquiry taking leave once again ?, moreover there was no prior intimation.
                              Poor coustomer service, there are 100's of people working under me, anyday i wont be hesitant to say "never go to hdfc bank".
                              This branch is a virus in its network, clean it before its too late

                              I completely agree that HDFC bank silvassa doesn, t know customer serivice they dont provide good customer service.Actually it happens to me one of the Asst. manager promised us to activate the account in 3 days but after 3 days the account is not activated and even when we call him he is not picking up our phone tell me is this a good customer service if he is not responsible for this then to whom we will ask i went to the bank myself but there is no response . I am really very upset with there service they are just wasting our time.

                                  I hold an HDFC account through which I withdrew Rs 20000 on 7th on recieving money I was surprised to find fully torn note of Rs 500 further joined by cellotape, on quering the gaurd I was told that he do not have any contact no of any official, then an employee named Mohit entered the branch both saying visit branch to get the currency changed in working hours, if I have to visit branch then why ATM machines are there and moreover I got Ms Priya Nodel officer of the bank nos. I tried to contact at 8.45 AM but she didnt recieved the call, I logded complaint on HDFC customer care they said we will revert in next 2 hours but till date no revert is recieved. If a bank can put torn currency in ATM machine how can this be ensure that HDFC Bank is not into practise of putting Fake cureency which due to negligence or any other reason is recieved in the bank. this is all about atm outside hdfc sector 8c chandigarh branch ATM.

                                  i agree with you - Ashok - I got a torn note of Rs.500 from an HDFC bank ATM located in East of Kailash. I spoke to the security guard and he told me the Bank will change the note.. so i walked 10 minutes to the nearest HDFC bank at East of Kailash and the guy at the counter replied ' am sorry mam, this is not an ATM note'... He told me you either go to your home branch in Kalkaji or visit the HDFC in lajpat nagar since the ATM used was in their zone. They not only outrightly refused to verify this matter but literally washed hands and gave a negative, almost impolite response, as if I was trying to con them. I came away disgusted at their service.
                                  This is in reference to incident happened with me at HDFC Bank ATM at Pinjore Garden Complex (Haryana) . I am having Account with SBOP, Baddi Branch, H.P. (A/c no. [protected]) with Debit card

                                  On 21.06.09 in evening, I made withdrawal request from HDFC ATM for Rs 5000/-, but no cash was received. On inquiry from Security Guard posted there, I was informed that ATM has gone “out of order”. I waited fro 10-15 minutes during which other customer also tried for withdrawal but in vain.
                                  Thereafter I went to SBOP ATM (Pinjore) where I withdrew Rs 5000/- & on Balance inquiry I found that other amount of Rs 5000/- has also been withdrawn from my account on same date.
                                  I immediately rushed back to HDFC ATM and booked a complaint in complaint Book placed there with complete details of Incident.
                                  I was assured that within 24 hrs, HDFC Bank will call me regarding complaint .But till date I have not received any call .

                                  I got a torn note of Rs. 1000 from HDFC Karol Bagh branch, incidentally there was no guard in the ATM AND therefore no one to claim. The bank could not be approached as it was night time. Kindly replace the note and mail on [protected]@gmail.com
                                  Same with me I got a torn note of Rs. 500 (left side ) from HDFC Tower A B CYBER GREENS, GURGAON ATM on dated 25th July 2016 at 6:59pm, incidentally there was no guard in the ATM AND therefore no one to claim however there were guard for DLF building. I tried calling HDFC customer care but could not get through. The call was getting disconnected again and again...

                                    I have applied for HDFC Credit Card near about Dt:15.05.08, all the documents were correct and collected by HDFC agent, sorry to forgot the name of agent.

                                    I wish to state that I have been receiving the credit card statement month wise n thank u for the same. But my problem is the statement you provided to me is in such a designed that it is not easy to reconcile the same with that of credit card statement in my books of account. While reconciling the credit card a/c for the period from1/04/2007 to 31/03/2008 I find it so difficlt to reconcile the same after my constant efforts. As I understand for reconciliation and credit card account firstly both the account means your CC statement for the last month should show the only out standing balance n the same should agree with that of CC A/c Balance in our books of accounts.

                                    Can you show me some easier way of reconciliation of CC a/c.?

                                      Respected Sir/ Madam

                                      I deposited a HDFC cheque on 23rd of last month(Friday), for my HDFC credit card at the HDFC bank branch in Chennai. My cheque was send for clearing at 12 noon on the same day, I knew the clearing time, since I was physically present and I saw the staff had handed over all the cheques(including mine) to their internal staff who collects and delivers the cheques to the corncerned department.Being the same bank cheque, it should have cleared on Sunday morning or Monday morning, unfortunately it didnt happen.When enquired to the call centre, I was informed even local cheques takes 4-5 working days. But, the call centre executives are unable to answer as to why.
                                      What's the point in depositing the same bank cheque?
                                      My 2nd issue, as usual not receiving statements regularly.
                                      I also requested for a redemption form on the 29th of last month, till date no redemption forms send to me. I again requested on the 13th of this month, and I informed the staff its my 2nd request as I didnt recieve 1. The staff said the redemption form was delivered on the 31st through courier, but staf[censored]nable to say as where its been delivered, who has collected it, which courier company, or the airway bill number.

                                      HDFC started off very well with credit card service, but as years pass by their services are going down.

                                      Please do consider this complaint. Hoping for a better service in future. Thanks.

                                      i have deposited my credit card dues before my due date amount of Rs 7677 from my debit card
                                      from Annanagar HDFC ATM, and my amount has been deducted from Debit card .

                                      Kindly confirm me for receiving the same, when i am telecalling i am not getting any valid answer .
                                      i expect u to revert me on this mail my credit card no :[protected] .
                                      pls revert me on my mobile .
                                      also iam not getting the statement plks update the same
