[Resolved] HDFC Bank gold credit card — Not Changing the Statement Date | |
While filling the Form for the credit card, it was told that once i receive the card, i have to talk to the customer care, and then they would change the statement date of the card. After i received the card, i came to know that the statement date of the card is 8th of every month i.e. 28th is the due date. I want the statement date to be 15th of every month, so that the due date could be 5th of every month, so that i can pay once i receive my salary. So, I talked to the customer care and they said that i have to send a fax to Chennai at and they would do the needful. I did accordingly, but they didn't responded. When i again talked to the customer care, they said that it cannot be changed. So what i want to know is that why wasn't i told before about the same. Where the problem lies ? why every time i call the customer care and hear different reasons for the same. Please look into the matter. Thanks in Advance Vivek Was this information helpful? | |

its almost one month that i did not receive my credit card statement through local post. Plz send me my statement ASAP through email or local post whatever possible. i don't think i am liable for payment of any interest on the money payable, as its a failure on ur part to provide me statement.

HDFC gold credit card — Recovery Is Calling other numbers apart from given contact numbers.
Hi All,This is the second time i am facing a lot of problem from the recovery department. this is really dissatisfying response from the Hdfc bank Customer care & recovery department. i am trying to request from the HDFC Customer care department to approve an settlement on my Gold credit card (# is [protected]. ) since last two months, because i can not bear to pay each month installments. but i have not heared any thing from them.
But now, whenever bill payment date comes, they starts calling all the numbers (excluding my personal number), which is totally wrong and unacceptable. so request you to please inform to the respective collection agency to remove all the other numbers which does not belongs to me or what i have not provided to you. and request you to please provide me the schedule for the settlement so that instead of paying the installemnt each month, i will pay it in one or two times and close this card. please do the needful, in this regardrs.
