Sir,
My name is Nandesh and i am a businessman in Karwar. From your ad and also from my friend's advice I had booked an ACTIVA scooter to one of your authorised dealers SHANTESHA HONDA, HUBLI. On Monday 27th of SEPT 2010, We (my friend & me both) have gone to Hubli from karwar (200km) only to buy activa after a call made by show room to me. We meet Manager and told that we are coming from karwar please make arrangement of quick dispatch of our (2 no. activa ) vehicle. Manager (i think his name is Venkatesh) told - go and talk to our salesman he will deal you - i am busy. Salesman told it will take 6-7 hrs we told that we have purchased 5 vehicles from hubli within 3hrs (Herohonda CBZ and Pleasure and TVS- Apache) we have given references also but he was making stories by saying RTO takes min4 hrs and then our fitting accessories time ...... all these.

To save our time we told that don't fit accessory we will fit in Karwar showroom, he told that accessory fitting is mandatory, when we reached to Manager , he also repeated the same.

In the mean time a customer from Hubli was querying to sales executive that why they have not informed about his booked vehicle Manager interfere and told customer to show the call detail of his mobile number and when the person has shown then he was saying we have many booking, if you want to complain go and complain.

After fitting our accessories to our vehicle (almost after 6hrs), we saw the Temporary Permit receipt it was only of Rs110. When we again queried for this, Manager told that it is RTO's COMMISSION, you are creating problems since morning and it is enough of my passions and you should be thankful to us because we have delivered you within one day..... and all rubbish he was saying to us.When i asked him to provide us customer care number he told that- open vehicle service manual and see the number, he was not talking properly his behavior was to bad like a sadak-chap. He told go and complain......

I really wonder how come these people are siting in hot seats and allowed to take higher level position while they are too low level category people having full of attitude, no manners and don't have respect to the customers. They do neither value their customers not their time, how come such people be the manager.

I believe honda is a brand name but this type of behavior of a Manager results with the bad reputation of the Company

Kindly take an action against Showroom to save ur Business and customer .

Dear Sir,

Honda activa scooter (Purpole) was booked by me on 04.11.2009 with Aadi Motors Ltd., Malakpet, Hyderabad with booking No.171658. Regularly I am enquiring about delivery. But no positive response.

At the same time one of my friend who booked the same type at Autofin, Secunderabad got delivery in January ending itself. I was surprised to know that how I could not get the delivery at this show room. Whenever I approach the show room, they are telling another month's time it may take.

The real purpose for purchasing the scooter is not serving to me if you give the delivery after a long time. Since I am in dire need of scooter in January I booked the vehicle. If the situation continues to be the same, the purpose will not be served and I have to cancell the booking.

I hope a positive reply to my cell No.[protected] or [protected] at the earliest.

you peoples are not able to deliver the activa honda vehical then why you are taking booking for that, you are a reputed group with inactive dealer at akola, maharashtra. i have booked activa honda before 3 months still your
dealer is not able to give delivery. now i am sure that you are not able to give proper servicings to the vehicle.the local dealer is not behaving properly with the customer and running his monopoly.he is inactive and arrowgant person.

Honda Activa — Booked Scooter delivery denied

I had booked a Honda Activa on 21st November with Premier Car Sales Limited, 9, Shahnajaf Road, Lucknow-226001 Ph. No.[protected],4152244. They told me that booking period was more than 2 months and they will call me up when it is available. The budget was passed on 26th Feb.

I called up on 27th Feb to inquire about whether the scooter was available. I was told that since the rates would change I would get scooter after the new rates become applicable! The new rates were announced on 3rd Mar.

My complaint is that since the rates were not changed and I had called up on 27th Feb I should be sold the scooter on the rates booked. In fact any new booking within those days should be done at old rates.

I think this is similar to hoarding for which government makes raids.

Honda — poor service and reckless towards the customers

I am srihari from yanam and would like to bring to your notice that the employees of the Hasan Honda ,puducherry,are behaving in a rude manner and their service is utmost worst .They didnt even respond to the customer properly.one more important thing is that if we book a vehicle by paying an advance to our friends or relatives who are residing in yanam and wants to purchase a vehicle,we are booking it on our name and requesting the manager to replace the name at the time of invoice they are refusing to change the name..i am an esteemed customer of your product and referred so many people to purchase your motorcycles and scooters.more than hundred vehicles i referred, even though your staff is not behaving in a very ridiculous manner and they are saying that we are no way concern about the customers and they will behave accordingly..to their wish and will.

I am booked Honda Activa (Normal in 19th January 2010. I am paid Rs.1000/- booking amount. That time total Cost of the vehicle of Rs.46185/-. The dealer say me minimum 3 months. Now prices increase the dealer said that now you paid new rate Rs.47007/-. Please say me it's right or wrong.

But later on, I noticed corrosion embedded on the painted top side of the front mud-guard which even unnoticed by the first service firm viz Johns Bi-Wheelers, Mala Branch, Near Pvt. Bus Stand, KK Road, Mala, Thrissur District, Kerala. As the corrosion increased, I took the vehicle to my nearby workshop who found out the actual mistake. THERE THE OUTLET PIPE OF ACID FROM THE BATTERY WAS NOT CONNECTED. Immediately, I reported the matter on 4th March to my dealers in COCHIN who told me to reach the vehicle from my home which is around 50 km away. However, I arranged to reach the vehicle on 9th. They then realized the mistake happened while assembling but told me that they shall repaint the portion for which I should bear the expenses. I summarily rejected their proposal. Surprisingly, on the following day, they phoned up and told me that the vehicle is ready and I may come and collect it. Innocent I am, I collected the vehicle. On close verification at home, I found that my complaint was not at all attended which amounts to deceit of trust.



MY PRESENT DEMAND IS THAT MY VEHICLE MAY BE REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE.



I would request you to intervene in the matter and solve my problem. Await to hear from you.

On contacted to staff of the above show room he asked me for the choice of the colour, I choosed black colour but he asked me that there is a long list of waiting for this colour instead you chose some other colour on this I chosed purple colour as he intimated that there is very less booking in purple colour and he promised me to give delievery within 45 to 60 days, if i book the Honda Activa in purple colour today but now when i asked for the delivery after three months they are telling me that they could not able to deliver the purple colour honda as there is long list of booking for this colouir, every day they give some or the other excuse and now he gave me in writing that there is four months waiting in very bad and rude words. Please take action against the employee and do needfull at the earliest

Pls take nessseary action immediately.

i want to buy honda activa non gear scooter in the country kuwait, can you please provide me the details of the dealer list who sells honda activa or nongear scoooters in ,kuwait.
Dear Sir,
I had a very bad experience with your new service centre / dealer of HONDA in Ghaziabad, M/s Hindon Automobiles(selling dealer code UPO30003), 42, Harbans Nagar, Meerut Road Ghaziabad.

I purchased Honda Activa from another dealer in Ghaziabad (who is not available now) in year 2004 under Registration no. UP-14V 9282 and getting regular services by authorised service stations. This time I approached this new dealer, m/s Hindan Automoblies as per address above and given my scooter for service on 12th February, 2010. I got the scooter back after service replacing engine oil and some minor replacement of parts under the invoice no.09IW00313 dated 15/2/2010 (paid amount Rs 803). Within one month of service, I observed some problem in starting and therefore I approached the service centre again on 16th March, 2010 and they make some minor adjustment and said now it is o.k.
Subsequently after few days, when I was going to market, suddenly scooter is stopped and I observed that its kick got jammed and there it was not starting again. I got it checked nearby available mechanic as the authourised service station was quite far from the break down place. He told me that its engiene is seized and also checked the engiene oil level. I got supirized that no oil was present, few drop came out which was in dark black colour. Then I informed the service centre, m/s Hindon about this and they replied that engiene oil was replaced during the service but may be either leaked or your engiene might be consuming oil thats why no oil is left and the engiene is seized due to that. I am not able to understand that how engiene can eat all the oil within this short span while this was checked and okayed by the service centre on 15th Feb and susequently on 16th March, 2010. No one has told me that engiene is not well and consuming more oil. However the service centre is not ready to listen the customer and saying that this is not their fault as engiene oil was replaced in the service. Further they informed that this problem may be due to adelterated petrol. In this case, I wish to inform you that since bedining I am using extra primium grade from the petrol pump which is considered best in Ghaziabad.

This engiene seize is only due to insufficient engiene oil and due to this they had opened the entire engiene for repair for which certain parts have been replaced. I paid Rs. 3753 (under invoice no.10IW00007 dated 2nd April, 2010) for this work which happended due to negligence of the service centre.

Further I wish to inform you that unskilled mechanics those are not approved by the HONDA company are working in this service centre, may be this is the cause for such failures. I did not get any compensation for the mistake in the service by the service centre rather they are not accepting their mistake.

As such based on this experience, I can not go again to this service centre and I have to look for other one. When I was there in the service centre, other customers were also seen complaining about the service, behavior of the attending persons, delays etc. Accordingly I feel that this service provider is not sufficiently equipped to keep the HONDA as good name which you are holding currently and definitely gives you more troubles.

I need to get compensation for the repair which I had to pay unnecessary due to negligence of your authourized service centre.

Please take a serious view on the above and advise suitably to the service centre. After getting your reply, I would decide on further course of action.
