HP Printer 3055 Laser Multifunction — Hewlett Packard and Compaq - They are Cheaters

I do not recommend HP producst ato anybody as these are not what they describe. Their service is extra poor and they change models very ofenly making your PRODUCTS redundant even before u start using it... Foolishness. then they charge more than the price of so called GIFTS on every purchases- Rs.1000-Rs.1500. then they are not paying any service tax on this charges. as they are charging this amount in lieu for services being provided to make free gifts. Then they take months to send free gifts (in this computerised world, where everything is going on-line). They are real cheaters and must be ousted out... I request you to send email to [protected]@hp.com aand ask her to send Mr R K Aggarwal at 49, Balbinder Aptt., A-6, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063 a Stopper of my Laser printer 3055 immediately as per my compliants lodged more than 50 times.

My sincere advice - Pl. do not buy any HP Products.... and send email to [protected]@hp.com pressurizing her for my genuine replacements. HP Pavillion DV6602AU Laptop — receiving no(free) tv tuner till date

while contacting hp service center on[protected] I was told to collect the parcel(FREE TV TUNER) from 1st flight currier. While contacting this currier service they has told that due to incompete address (specifically- PUNITKUMAR A PILLIN. BHOIWADA, PAREL) they could not find my location & sent back the parcelon on 22/2/08.How could u sent a parcel with such an incomplete format ?

I DO EXPECT MY FREE TV TUNER WITHOUGHT ANY FURTHER DELAY.

i have purchased compaq note book c738tu, on 19/02/2008, from apple computers, aurangabad, maharashtra, india. the problem is there is no controll for sound. it displays sound controll window, but does not mute, mininimise, or increase - no effect at all. and also start up is also slow. what shall i do for solving this problem?

This is to bring to your kind attention that, i have been continously compalaining about the missing webcam and the headset in the package delivered to me as a free gift on purchase of Hp laptop with serial no. I have lodged the complaint about this at the Delhi office . I have spoken to the customer care executive Mr.Varun and Mr.Raj and Mr. A.Singh regarding the same from last december 21/ 2007. Lastly they said they will be delivering a new package, but three weeks have passed since then and no webcam and headset has arrived. Moreover, there is no proper authorirty to whom i can lodge my complaint.I have put the same complaint to the local postofiice also, but they said as the seal of the package was not tampered, they canot help me.
I request you to kindly treat this as urgent and respond.

Hewlett-Packard - Bangalore — Income tax refund

Dear Sir,

I filed my IT Return on[protected] for the Assessment Year 2006-07 claiming refund of Rs:4896/-

I have contacted ITPRO many times and Chif Comm office IT. As per their update it is send on 25th jan 2008. And you need to wait.
When further I have contacted them, not giving proper response. I contacted Gourgon, Mumbai offices also. No updates.
As per https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/refundstatuslogin.html site, it gives as
"No refund information is available for this PAN and Assessment Year.
If this refund has been sent by your Assessing Officer within the last week, you may wait for a week and again check status. "
I visited IT dept, they asked for my bank account details and again promised me that now this time it will directly go to the bank, but so far I have not received the refund. I made several calls to the office but there is no positive response.

Could someone please help me in getting my legitimate IT refund. I am surprised at the behaviour of IT Dept.

HP Laptop / Compaq NX7400 — Service center _ unsatisfied service against vintech Solutions service centre pune

I am a student of SCMHRD(Symbiosis), Pune. My laptop charger is not working and it was under warranty period. I gave it to your pune Vintech Solutions service centre. after 2 day when i went there for taking my replacement they told it is physically damaged. they showed me a big cut on the wire. But when I submitted it there was no cut as been verified by them. It got damaged in their office. Finally on that day they agreed that it is due to their fault and told me that i will get replaced one in 2-3 days. Now again they are saying that it is phyiscally damaged and not replacing.

It was first problem in my laptop. and I am really dissapointed by sevice provided by them.
Hoping that you will take serios action against them and help me to replace my charger
