I had purchased Hp touchsmart pc which is less than 3yrs old,experienced problem with the display panel.Contacted your service center and none of them were in aposition to repair or replace the defective part.I am surprised and shocked that there is no service or support.For all the talk about product service,which exists only on paper,I hope Hp takes note of the same and offer some solution by providing a new product at a discounted price.I feel totally let down by Hp.

i didn't get my gift voucher of adidas as diwali gift voucher ..

Compaq/Laptop(COMPAQ 510) — Regarding not proper working of Battery

Respected Sir,
I bought leptop of compaq company of Model COMPAQ510 in Oct 2010 through college (Hindustan College of Science & Technology, Mathura). Now one year has gone and warranty period has been over . The battery of laptop is to working more than 50 minutes, while other Laptops which were bought before this laptops working properly with Battery back up upto 3 hours. I want to that my Battery should be changed and company should prepare all the units in the same quality.

Once the warranty period is over the company will not entertain you, so why break your head. Watching movie, too much screen brightness etc will drain your battery faster than the normal.

I have purchased "HP Compaq 621, s/no.CNU04453ND" laptop on 18th December 2010 and it came with one year warranty. suddenly after 10 days it started troubling in it WLAN, its WLAN automatically stop working while working. When I contact to the HP service center, "S.R.COMPUTERS ANNEXE, 122, DD PLAZA, PUNJABI PATCH, MATHURA." on 29 december 2010 then he told me u need to reinstalled the window 7 then it will remove this problem.Then i said ok.He make a service slip then said u have to pay 300Rs/ in advanced then rest ammount will have to pay when u will get ur laptop .

I said but i just purchase this laptop and it has 1year Warrenty so will i pay this much ammount only for reinslled window.then he get hyper and talk very rootly and misbehaviorly.which i dont like..I want to ask the compaq team "is compaq really charged when our computer is in warrenty"and the main thing is that i took it before 10days..

I request to the sir please take serious action against him so that he never do these type of misbehaviour with costomers and also not take any charges under warrenty ..
