compaq V3611AU — system starting
I was using my system Compaq V3611AU since 1 year but suddenly it crashed and it was not starting any more ... i picked up it to the service center. They said that, the mother board has been not working and they changed it. After replacing the motherboard, yet 24 hrs had not gone and again it crashed. What does it mean? I doubt they changed the motherboard or they replaced it with a damaged/ repaired one. Still it is in the service center. Just hoping for the best.hp presario — i don't receive my lcd tv

My documents were submitted in personal on 28th jan 2010 . and its already toward the end of 9 weeks. I havent receive any notification from the redemption cell. I called so many times but they said they are processing and will send it soon but still nothing happened.

Dear Sir,I had bought a Compaq 610 about three months ago and i have claimed a Samsung 22" LCD tv and sent all documents along with DD of rs.9000 but after 3 months i have not yet received my gift while maximum time claimed by the company was 2 months and whenever i make call to their customer care they told me that it will take about 20 days more.I wonder how a company like HP can make fool to the public by promoting such a fake promotion.Please make some arrangement for my gift so i can receive it as soon as possible.

HP J4580 All In One Printer — Service centre
Dear Hp Customer Care Execuitve,In month of january i bought a ink jet printer j4580-all in one.
On 9-april-2010, i submitted that service centre located in kota (Rajasthan).
But the engineer is not available from the date of recieving, this information i got on next day when i called them to get the status. Then i was aware the person revieveng printers not a engineer. they also have another company's service centre Like-TATA & Huwai.
Quesetion-1 Plz give me a explaination how HP can allot a service centre to those
people who are not authorized to recieved printers?
Question-2 At the same premises muti companies services centre how possible?
Question-3 Past couple of days engineer is not availabe in service centre in case of
emergency repair where should i approch?
Question-4 when i submit my printer first time so they accept cartrage now i have a doubt
they might be changed by that person who work for TATA & Huwai?
I need clarification for my all questions?
Otherwise be ready for legal action in consumer court?

HP Pavilion DV4 - 1412TU Notebook PC — Gift not received
I have bought a Hp Pavilion Dv4-1412Tu Notebook PC on 16-Jan-2010. Under a special scheme I was offered a Videocon 22" LCD @ INR 9000 (inclusive all). I have sent all the required documents & payment on 18-Jan-2010. I was promised that I will receive this gift within 2 months. Now it has been three months & I have yet not received my LCD. On calling at the number given on their website, nobody answers the phone & I get only a pre recorded message. I have sent number of e-mails at the address provided, but there is no response. On the website it states that the claim has been approved, payment is cleared, etc, but no status when the LCD will be delivered.Details for the same are as hereunder:

HP Laptops India / DV Pavilion 1242TX — Very poor customer service
I own a HP laptop 26th Apr 2009. I faced battery problem in my laptop in 10th Apr 2010. They said it will be done in a day time over the call. When I went to the authorized HP service center, Somajiguda in Hyd, then they said it will take 2-3 working days maximum. I said, fine.They have committed to handover the laptop with new battery on 12th Apr 2010. I called up then on 12th and they said they had no stocks at that time and promised me to deliver on 16th apr. I had to wait till 16th Apr 2010. Today 16th apr, again they are saying the same stock issue and want me to wait till next week.
FYI ..I would like to tell you one more incident I had in December 2009 in Bhubaneswar. I had Laptop charger problem there. I went HP service center to replace it. They come up with same stock issue and took around 17 days. It is very irritating service provided by HP all over India.
It was a great loss of time and work for me. Today I have raised a complaint against them on HP site, but nothing happened. They should give temporary battery to customer for uninterrupted service.
Please help me and take the appropriate action against them.
It is not only about the service, it is also about the poor product. My HP laptop needed repair three times in less than a years time. When I approached them to renew my warranty before 6 months of the expire of my warranty...they say NO. I can't understand where is the problem. As a student I dont think I will be able to manage to repair the laptop 3 times a year on my own cost.
hp pavilion entertainment pc — Hopeless service at service centre
I had sent my laptop to your service centre in Varanasi with the complaint of overheating and automatically shut down without warning vide token no.3473 case no.[protected] obligation type.05k dated 8/4/10.My warranty no.U4817E dated12/16/2008.After repeated enquiries regards status the front office who replies on phone no.[protected] could never give me the latest status.After several queries he first told me that my warranty is yet to be verified by a team which has not yet been done till date.Then when I insisted to put me thru to the engr looking into my machine they put to Mr.Krishna the co-ordinator who told me that the warranty has not yet responded and the part ie.,heat sink is awaited.In the meanwhile ,they have delivered my laptop to my vendor unrepaired on the 12/4/10 saying that it is complete and okayed but the problem stillpersists.Now there seems to be no co-ordination amongst all persons involved in the service team and how could they deliver the laptop without repairing.Such a hopeless and irresponsible service like this is not expected from a company like yours particularly when there a so many other brands available in mkt.,claiming better services.I request you to kindly take up the matter on priority to avoid situation where I shall be forced to move to competent authorities to protect my consumer rights.Ajay Rai
HP Pav DV 2700 — Poor Customer Service
1. I had purchased HP Pav DV 2700 on 4 March 2009 from Singapore with additional 2 yr -Care pack purchased on 16 May 2009.2. The laptop was giving the following trouble :
a. heating
b. low battery back up, sudden discharge of battery(random)
3. The machine was given to RT Outsourcing, Kirti Nagar New Delhi on 18 Feb 2010
4. RT Outsourcing returned the machine back on 25 Feb 2010; with the following outcome-
a. Heat Sink was replaced.
b. Battery was reported OK . However despite repeated request NO SUPPORTING TEST/JUSTIFICATION on sudden dischage problem (which is random in nature) provided.
5.Mr Solanki of RT Outsouring Kirti Nagar while delivering the laptop on 25 Feb 2010 assured that he will get back on the battery issue by 26 Feb 2010; BUT unfortunately no communication received till date. It appears that obviously the service centre was waiting for the warranty to expire, so that it can then suggest the custome to buy a battery pack from them.
6.Repeated complaints were also lodged at HP Customer Service, conference calls were also made between VICTIM (me), RT Outsourcing and HP Customer Care(Himanshu). But very indifferent attitude was shown by RT Outsourcing.
7. I wonder if BATTERY is more precious than customer satisfaction. No effort was made by concerned service centre to address the grievances/doubts.
8.It was also requested by the VICTIM to RT Outsourcing the matter may be referred to HP but all in vain as RT Outsourcing turned Deaf.
9. Verbal Communications with Dheerandra ( Engineer) RT Outsourcing mentioned that the battery could have been replaced provided the Warranty was not about to expire. Also despite giving RT the photocopy of bill, RT outsourcing was not sure about its warranty (first year or extended).
The matter was also discussed with Mr Taranjeet. It was told by Customer Care that he is coordinating the service for Delhi Region, but all in vain. As despite his promise also no justification was provided for poor battery and sudden discharge issue.
10. The customer felt harrased by the confused or harrasing attitude of the service centre which will DEFINITELY DIMINISH THE BRAND IMAGE OF HP. The work suffered for more than a week whilst the laptop was with service centre and on a few occassions due to poor battery and sudden discharge whilst using office applications.
11. Service used to be the credibility whilst purchasing it, which now it appears to have diminished due to poor performance of service centre.
12. I request HP to take appropriate measures AT EARLIEST to protect the interest of customers and guard them from the motivated interests of it contractual service centres.
HP computer lcd tv offer. — HP Compaq, LCD TV Offer
I purchased HP Laptop Emall- Vstrapur - ahmedabad on[protected]and send cheque to HP Redemption Cell along with other docs to avail the LCD offer.
They deducted 9000/= on 05th March,2010. and i get sms for same.
Since 20-April-2010 i didn't received LCD except they send me an email to wait ( for how long?)
Even on coustermer care I can't get information, mosty its busy or once in while if answered no body can properly give information. some time system not responding some time pepole are not responding.
