I, Dharmendra Agrawal baought a Notebook "Compaq Presario 610 Notebook PC", vide product serial no. is "CNU9464HTF", on 5th Jan-2010, from Comnet Vision (India) Pvt LTd. and at that time they were offering Vediocon 22" LCD TV on it for which customer need to send CHEAQUE payable at PAR of Rs 9000 to HP redemption cell, and according to HP redemption cell, they would take 6-8 weeks to process any request, but still I haven't recieved my LCD or any acknowledgment message from their side and I have sent all the documen t through GATI Courier vide doc no.[protected] on 13th Jan-10 and it has been almost 40 days since they (Mr. Sumit) have received all the mentioned document and PAR CHEAQUE of Rs 9000/-. I have also send them 4-5 times mail along with POD of Courier. I have tried lots to HP redemtion cell phone no.[protected] several times but no one has picked up the the phone.

my laptop compaq 610 is not working well, it is taking too much time to respond after getting started.HP Compaq Nc6400 — WARRANTY
I have Hp nc6400 laptop its serial no cnd7161wd9 which is under warranty , one keyboard key is misplaced without any physical damage which is cover under warranty, So, please replace the above key under warranty. HP — Error in pen drive

on 15th Jan 2010 which is in warranty period.Now there are some problems in the product.I took it to the shop from where i baught this pen drive.But they told that they can't do anything to solve the problem.So I am complaining you to take any step to solve this problem neither I will complain in Consumer Forum.
HP Compaq Desktop System — high sound noise comning
Sir, i have purchased hp compaq computer in branded outlet on 24-05-08 totally 5 system cost about 1,70000 one lakh seventy thousand worth .3year warrnty product. in that case of my computer got repaired[protected] i regerstied the complaint in hp customer care on[protected] their service people came and reserached in system and said system board got fault that to be changed to bethey changed all spareparts from my system expect prosesccer and cabinet is the same but still date that problem of the system is not rectified from the company i have regestried more than 5 time to cust care.i have all RECORDS paper regarding this case.
.They coudin't find what problem in the system the warrnty period is going to be overed.sir i resquest you to reslove the problem from HP company and i wanted to be replace the new mechine.
iam expecting the fruit full replay from you.

i have puchased a presario desktop SG3630IL Sl.no.1NA9040MZY vide Bill no.354 dated 27/02/2009 from M/S NN Enterpises Sunder nagar for which i was supose to get One UPS & one HP Printer.I have recieved UPS but printer has not been delievered to me. Kindly look into the matter and do needful.

Me and my friend also purchased compaq laptops in 2008. He had to face the same problem. The gifts were dispatched almost with a delay of 6-7 months.
Seeing his case, I was able to save me the pain. I cancelled the cheque I had sent.
My advice, please do no go for the gifts offer from compaq / HP at all. Its run by a third party service and is totally hopeless. Any good company would provide you free gifts upfront when you the buy the laptop. And not ask you to send DD/Cheques for delivery charges.

HP Presario DV2601TX — WORST COMPANY & SUPPORT
I HAVE DV2601TX NOTEBOOK. ITS HARD DRIVE CRASHED, MADE FROM SEAGATE. I CONTACTED SEAGATE, THEY TOLD HDD IS UNDER WARANTY AND I CAN REPLACE IT BY CONTACTING HP.I CONTACTED HP, THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN'T REPLACE IT AND CAN'T HELP.
WHEN I WAS IN US, I CONTACTED HP US ALSO, IT IS ANSWERED BY LOCAL GUY ONLY, PRIMARILY THE STAFF IS NOT WELL QUALIFIED AND PUTING ON HOLD AFTER EVERY QUESTIONS. THIS IS REDICULOUS AND ANNOYING.
I HAVE NOT SEEN WORST COMPANY LIKE THIS. HOPE NO ONE WILL BUY HP LAPTOP OR DESKTOP IN FUTURE. BECAUSE ONCE YOU BUY YOU ARE TRAPPED GOAT. YOU CAN'T GET ANY SERVICE OR SUPPORT FROM THIS COMPANY AND I MEAN IT, I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN US AS WELL AS IN INDIA ALSO, UNLESS YOU SPEND THOUSAND OF MONEY TO GET YOUR WORK DONE (I guess it is worth buying new machine from other company then that)!!
I HAVE SPENDS THOUSAND OF RUPEES AND DOLLARS AFTER THIS CRAP OF LAPTOP, I WILL AT LEAST TRY TO STOP PEOPLE BUY FROM HP.

I had taken an extended warranty of my product from HP authorised Centre Business automations Indore and its end date is 24/1/2011. I had submitted my laptop to RT OUTSOURCING SERVICE LTD. Indore and they are not ready to repair it telling warranty cant be given on this am suffering the problem from last 15 days only the reason explained to me is warranty cant be given.Also warranty is covered showing on HP site Itself. As they had charged a customer for an warranty then whats the use of it. But this is the high time. It's not our mistake that we chosen HP Products.Product and Warranty Details-

HP Computer — announced offers are not provided
I had purchased a HP desktop & 2 HP laser printers in 2009,from SV technologies, TIRUPATI. UPS, All in one Inkjet printer for HP desktop & 1toner for each HP printer was supposed to be provided as a part of the offer announced by the dealer in TIRUPATI.Till to date none of the offers have been provided despite repeated requests. The dealer said that the company hasn't sent the offered products as mentioned and hence he is unable to provide it to me.
Kindly guide me in filing a complaint against the dealer and the company if neccessary.

HP Compaq CQ40 601TU Notebook — Delay in delivery of gift [22"LCD TV]
Dear sir,I purchased HP Compaq Notebook Sl. No. CND9441 JR6 . No delivery of gift [ 22" LCD wall-mountable TV of Vidiocon ] has been made though a bank draft of Rs.9000/- has been sent to them which has been creared as informed by the company but delivery of gift is not being done. I sent several mails on their Help Desk, but there is no response.In the end of Feb.2010 they given status that it will delivered by 5th March,2010. After that it has been informed in status that it is in process but when it will be delivered, on this they are silent and they are not giving any answar/reply. It is requested that pl. help me and suggest to whom I may approach for help and complaint for such negligence.
