The service centre Manager of sakinaka "simtech" pratik keeps his cell off,
and i informed the agent over chat about the unchaned faulty board on 21/8/2010, he said agent will call me back in 48 hrs, after 48 hrs i again connected to chat was promised to get a cal /resolution/escalation from manager/ im fedup, they keep my chat on hold /redirect /disconnect. today i tried to connect atleast 26 times.
after this i lodged this complaint.

Refer No CA .0989104 dt. 19/08/2010. Nealy 180 days from the date of purchase this PC was in rapair, within two years of purchase. The compalaint is for more than 20 times. It was after going
through a wide array of laptops that I finalised this particular model because it suited my needs and purpose. I had hardly used it for a couple of days when suddenly it stopped working. I took it to the H.P Service Centre, who, after getting it checked, told me that the hard disk of this laptop had crashed and Keyboard problem due to unknown reason. As my product was under gurantee, I was told that I would get a new laptop of similar model if anything happens to this one. But I found out that this particualr model was not available with any dealer in Ludhiana anymore. So,I implored the dealer to get me a new piece as soon as possible as I was carrying out most of my business and stock tradings through my
laptop and hence,with each passing day, I was incurring losses. I was told that this particular model was not in stock anymore and it may take a few days to get one. But many days passed and I didnt get it. As I was reliant on my laptop for my business and I was having losses because of this problem, so,after waiting for many days, I had to purchase another laptop.
Therefore, now I request you to kindly remit my money that I spent on my
previous laptop. I would be highly obliged to you. Hoping for a quick response.

Hi,I am Nijam, Last February 2010 i had bought a HP Pavilion 2103 tu model laptop, worth Rs. 46000/-, Next day i connect it via mobile GPRS (Aircel), The system hangs up (freeze) and after some times a Blue screen warning message came there. It always cames when i connect it to internet. A few months after i sent it to our HP customer care. sir ,i have a hp pavilion dv41411tu laptop. during it's warranty period i got a problem of screen flickering. when i gone to Sparax Techonologies Pvt .ltd. Jamshedpur they told me that there is a crack on the screen so we can't do any thing regarding this because it's a physical damage. when i asked that is this flickering is due to physical damage they told no.then i ask what is the reason of flickering but they where not able to give a answer. when i complain on hp customer care they told me that we will give feedback within 7 days but still they have not given any feedback. I also ask them that if flickering is not due to physical damage then why not the problem can be shootout by you? but they are not taking interest at all.

I have purchased a Touch Smart PC from Geonet IT Mall who are delares of HP from Vashi. The PC is not working & the service engineers sent by Geonet do not have knowledge of repair ofthe same. The taken laptop was delivered good 11 days later, without the board change, on 18/08/2010 after the expiry of warantee, now they are not entertaining me, i had marked the old board with permenant marker, to make sure the board is changed, which was not done, i reported the matter to one agent badri on chat of the same on 21/8/2010. i Think the company after repeated promises is taking me for a ride.
