[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

I have booked a hp gas for refilling of a cylinder on 20th may, til date i hv not yet received . Also when i call their land line, no one is picking up the phone, first of all its hard to get the line as it's busy always. the tel no is 25006602

HP Gas — Disregard for time

I use gas very economically. I am a working woman, multi-tasking person. When I want a cylinder, I usually used to put the empty cylinder in the car and pick up the new one when I pass by the agency. However, this time 12.6.2008 when I booked they said that they cannot give it and that it will be delivered at home. The fear that I always had, that of disregard of time did actually happen and I had to compromise on many work that were pending. When I asked them seriously, they took it offensively, and as any agency related to the government, they did not seem to understand the time factor and behaved arrogantly like any body related to the government. In this regard, I would like to make a suggestion which would be good for the customers. Approximate time of delivery has to be fixed so as not to harass the consumer. I am sure this is practical, if it is given a thought. Hope such problems don't continue.

HP gas booked on 02-06-08 vide booking number:116 with HP Gas dealer samatha shiva shakti enterprises at 11-7-145/2, Andhra bank complex, kothapet, Hyderabad(RR dist), but not delivered the gas even after 12 days.
Kindly look into the lapse and see the delivery of gas immediately.

HP Petrol (Unleaded) — Water mixed petrol

On 12/06/2008 at about 11:00 hrs I got filled up my Maruti 800 tank with 20.8 litres petrol which costed me Rs 1100.00 (One thousand one hundred)from Rakesh Navneet Pump, Saguna More in front of DAV Public School, Danapur, Patna - 801503. My car broke down after half KM starting from Pump. Soon, I called the mechanic. He shown the water mixed petrol in the carburator. After that I immediately reached the petrol pump and told them about the problem but manager rufused to hear anything and he said that the pump's petrol is all right. It is the problem of vehicle. Then I demanded for the invoice / receipt but he refused to give. After that I came to know next day in news paper that it was a fact. Now, I want the money of petrol and vehicle servicing to be refunded by the pump owner as the petrol was thrown out and mechanic charged me Rs 1500.00 for servicing.

HP Gas — Forced sale of Tea Packets

I went for a Issue of new gas booking book and was forced to buy teak packets of Rs. 180/-, as without purchasing the same, at any cost they were not agree to issue me a new gas booking book.

We Booked a gas Cylinder Few weeks ago. The Gas Cylinder Was Sent to Us was Sealed .He Didnt Measured It Front O[censored]s, on being asked he told that he is not carring machine to weight!

We didnt force much as we were busy in some chores to later we found out that The CYLINDER WAS EMPTY and YET SEALED!

We are shocked, we complained to the local Company supplier, he took itcasually and hasnt taken any action.we have the cylinder with us sealed and empty.kindly take prompt actions against it!
We Are unable to book gas because of this reason!

agree to give us better service on time in future.We also want to build a
good relationship with raghu gas service. So now I declare that I am cancel my complaint against m/s ragu gas service.

HP Gas Cylinder — phone always enggaged and abuseing behaviour

there is hp gas agency named singla gas agency sector-7, panchkula.there phone may be always enggaged and abuseing behaviour with me. i got furstrate always on booking of my cylinder. never their employe nor their attedent can received calls properly. it will take one hour always on my booking of cylinder

i want connection of double cylinders of hpgas. when i went to distributor of hpgas (Terdal gas supply .chikmagalur, karnataka).He told 5350 Rs (five thousand three hundred fifty) with local gas stove.

when i ask the detail he did'n told me the detail. can u tell me the Actual price of double cylinders connection...

HP Gas — the gas agency cheating me.

Hello this is srikanth Iam condumer of HP for domestic use since 11.08.2001. Now I lost my papers so I went to the SAI PRASANNA GAS AGENCY HAYATHNAGAR. I took the connection with a stove, regulator and two cylenders. Now I lost my connection papers and I put the application For the dublicate papers. then He is telling that "you have only one cylender connection I wont give two cylender in your papers "
What can i do Now. How can i get back my two cylender connection.

I am the consumer of HP gas for domistic usr since 8 years I took the connection subscription on the date of 11.08.2001 by M/s Hundustan petroleum corporation Ltd .., through HP GAS distrubutor M/s SAI PRASANNA GAS AGENCIES.Hayathanagar, RR district. two wards 2 gas cylinders, stove and regulator, Now I lost my Subcription Voucher. So I applied of dublicate one. BUt now he is telling that you have only one cylender in your connection. And he is not giving the 2 cylinder connection. what can i do where can i complant about this frod. Will u take the action of Shell i go to conusumer cort and put the case on him...

HP Gas — NON DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER AFTER ONE MONTH OF BOOKING.

I booked gas for home delivery on 23/05/08 through your computerised telephone no.1716. My booking no. was 83944 dt.23/05/08. But till today i.e.23/06/08 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call from last 10 days to their representative they says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say that i am facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP GAS.

We have facing several types of problems like misbehaving, Specially dealer's WIFE She is so much behave badly, misbehave with the clients, non Co-Operating person. I have personal experience with him.
Besides of service they book the refill strictly after the 21 days of the previous delivery and then they say that at list come after 9 days to get a refill delivery, But they not deliver promptly.
When we call to him they told only one ward... Tumahare area ka dilivery wala nahi aa raha hai...abhi shortage hai...yadi jaldi hai to slip katakar GODAM se lekar jao...(How IS This Possible this)

I have booked my gas cylinder on 17/06/2008 and was told that it will be delivered with in a week but I did not receive the cylinder till date. i get the cylinder from M/s Divya Jyoti Gas Agencies, East Vinod Ngr, Delhi. I call up every day & today they told me that this cylinder is not booked. I am a working lady and this will makes me many problems. Pls sir take any kind of immediate action against this kind of behaviour.

Saikrishna Agency in GACHIBOWLI, HYDERABAD is run by a bunch of ROWDY . They are swindling money from poor customers and not delivering gas. Am sure they will sell their wives to sleep with us if we pay 1000.
