I booked cylendre for home delivery on 18-20 days ago but not deliver.to cylendre Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP Gas Agency...

I am Manoj SharmaI customer of your company. My consumer number being 604045 had placed an order on second week of june and till now i dont get any deliverly for cylender . Now i have no clue at what time they will deliver this as when i call on contact numbers, not getting any reply from the dealer, ever i took my cylender twice there but they said you take it back as we dont have godam here we will deliver with in 2-3 days, i have no other choice to move to the diffirent company, if it is not solved ASAP. The distributor’s code number is 459040 and is held in the name of SRI KRISHNA GAS AGENCY, 172/3/2 GACHIBOWLI 23006044, PH: 23000622.Hyderabad.

Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking
Respected Sir,

I am a customer from kottayam, Kerala. The license of our gas agency( Amma Gas) has been suspended for malpractice, and customers shifted to two nearest agencies. But this agencies are also not supplying gas in proper way. I have booked for gas one month ago, and today only(02/08/08) I got a positive response, go and collect gas from their godown. For employees like us it is difficult to collect gas from godowns. So please make arrangements for home delivery immediately.

I booked my gas on 02.08.08, they said will deliver the gas by Monday morning. Monday morning I again called them, they said that delivery of the gas cylinder will before lunch but not reached yet. Again monday evening I called them, they said already send the gas and today when I called them they said lightly will be deliver today. Every month, this is the same story. I want to cancel my this h.P.connection because of poor customer care, no body bothered to pick up the phone, phone is ringing and ringing the very much delay in getting the gas cylinder.

I request the Higher Authorities to seriously look into the same and do the needful at the earliest.

Ihave submited the our TV form to Trilok Gas Sikandra Bodla Road Agra-282007, on22.06.08 for confirmation but till day he had not Acessed the same. every time on enquiry he is making lame excuses. how much time he will take .We are facing problum to get the gas from out side.please help to us.

HP Gas Cylinder — non delivery of cylinders on time and rude behaviour

I have a HP LPG Connection from last 15 years . My Consumer No. is 603520. I have been facing problems with balaji gas services at AIROLI, Navi Mumbai that whenever i go for booking the cylinders they are not co operating last month june i had gone for booking their pc was not working so they told me that they will enter the no afterwards and send me gthe cylindres but to the mess that today ie 09 Aug they have just given me one cylinder after repetedly going to their office, Sir being working in Minisrty of Defence i cannot take leave and visit the shop regularly.;ast 03 days back when i went there they behaved rudely and told me to collect the cylinder at my own risk and cost is this the answer a consumer should get? Anybody is there to help please ?

The shop owner of the distribution centre from where I collect my gas cylinder expired. The shop (Sharma Gas Co. Satara Road Pune) is closed for last 13 days. I have booked my demand on 23rd July (my demand registration number is 3700 ) I have still not recd gas. There is no news when the shop will reopen and when I will get my claimed cylinder.Can you please help?

hp gas cylinder late supply — no one taking action agains distributer

HP Gas Cylinder distributer is not oby properly rules regulation of gas supply for the customer and suply reciving signature is note taken by haker. in such way many cylender of gas is irragular and no boday take action.
striktly and strong action taken against distributer to mistke for such kind and cutomer should be intimeted for that action.

I am a consumer of HP gas (Consumer No. 626479) for the past several years and was previously residing in Dombivli...I had no problems with the HP dealer in my location...

For the past 3 years, since I have shifted to Airoli, my dealings with the solitary HP gas dealer (BALAJI GAS SERVICE) in my town has been FAR LESS FROM SATISFACTORY...I have to make my bookings for refill gas cylinders by phone, as it is impossible for me to go to their shop for the same...

On such occasions, I have to spent half a day trying both landline numbers provided by the dealers...either the phones keep ringing & nobody picks up the same or they are continuously engaged...What I fail to understand is that if the staff do not pick up the phones, how do they get engaged ??? I can only deduce that either the staff is purposefully engaging the lines to stop receiving calls OR they are making outbound calls...

Finally, once I get through & book my refill cylinder, I have to be very careful & ask for the booking number...If I do not do that the staff might not even take my request & no cylinder is delivered to me !!!

Even after getting the booking number, there is no guarantee that the cylinder will be ever delivered to my house...

I have booked a refill cylinder on 30/07/08 and was informed that it would be delivered to me in 10 days...Today is the 18th of August, 08 and still no cylinder !!! My gas cylinder was exhausted 5 days ago...since then, me & my wife have been eating out & for other necessities, we are using a portable electric stove (WHICH WE WERE FORCED TO PURCHASE & COST ME RS. 2000/-)...

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MONEY THAT I HAVE LOST DUE TO THE GAS DEALER'S NEGLIGENCE ??? IS HP GOING TO REIMBURSE THE SAME TO ME ??? EVEN THE ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF AT THE AGENCY IS HAUGHTY & HIGH-HANDED...NONE OF THEM (INCLUDING THE OWNER) RESPOND PROPERLY TO CUSTOMERS & BEHAVE VERY RUDELY...I HAD COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS PREVIOUSLY ALSO...
